Contract negotiations between us and Saint Raphael's Fernando Lugones were very pleasant and the project began with the removal of all tiles and gutters, and the removal and replacement of underlayment from our roof. The procedures were conducted professionally and quickly by the Saint Raphael team. Upon arrival of the tiles, the Saint Raphael tile team installed all tiles in a very neat and professional manner. Subsequent to that, the Saint Raphael team installed new gutters quickly and very neatly. We are very impressed in the way Saint Raphael organized the work required, how well it was done, and we have never seen a work site kept in such neat condition throughout the job. I highly recommend this company to anyone requiring the services they can provide.

We had him install gutters on our house about a month prior so we already knew of his quality and customer service. While on-site we really discovered the extent of our roof damage. 40-50% of our shingles were gone. With more rain on the way, he had our roof covered within 24 hours. Prior to that he took dozens of pictures and even drone video of all of the damage for the insurance company. From there Mike and Captiva helped us through the difficult insurance process, but they made it a breeze for us. Mike was on-site every step of the way from the insurance adjuster, to negotiating with our insurance company, to final inspection. He even helped my wife take the groceries in one day...no joke. The finished product was more than we could have imagined. Huge upgrade from the builder grade crap Taylor Morrison installed. These guys are the professional league of roofing companies. LAST WORK ON MY ROOF AUG 2025. Tear off started Jan 29, 2025 ... day one started as a disaster from using wrong materials, wrong thickness plywood on decking 15/32" not 5/8", damaging my house to the crew falling through the ceiling 8x and not reporting it to the owner. Failed multiple inspections. Failed to properly lay underlayment, metal roof, prevent leaking from day one, caused extensive damage to my house inside and outside, including many cracked trusses. Refused to repair any damages, hire an engineer per FL building code but is capable of hiring Attys to defend himself. Complaints filed with Collier County, DBPR, and claim with his insurance. If you cannot find any complaints its because they are all covered up ... its amazing how the law protects what the public should be able to find. When hiring a roofer ... do not believe the 5 star reviews, the fact you cannot find any complaints in any county or on the states website ... dig deep and do your research. Just because a roofer has been in business for a long time does not mean they are reputable or do good work. Make sure you are getting the materials that you paid for. Hire an independent inspector, do not rely on the county to do a proper inspection for you. Most counties these days DO NOT get on a ladder. Its impossible to inspect a roof properly if they do not. The ONLY reason we caught everything we did is because I had to tear out my entire ceiling and my house is now gutted. Due to the ongoing leaking issues and Roman Roofing failed to tarp my roof, anything I was trying to save must now come out per the environmental testing report. I do not know how people like this sleep at night, knowing they have taken tens of thousands of dollars to repair a roof, have added hundreds of thousands of dollars in additional damages and just walk away thinking they do not have any responsibility to fix their damages. The only thing…read morethat I don't like so far is there's roofing nails all over my front yard, sides and back yard right along the house and I keep getting then stuck in my shoes/sandals because there are scattered along the grass. I'm worried someone will get hurt. Other than the roofers nails there was a small opening in a very tight corner of the ventilation planks underneath the roof, so an animal could've got in or bugs? But I didn't see anything so hopefully everything is good because I climbed up and closed it as best as I could. But anyways roof look great Brand Spank'n new and awesome!!!! I rate them as a 100% even though some small minor issues and an A+. Those workers are very hard workers and do great. The only thing I recommend it getting like a net or bucket catcher to put along the side of the roof so those nails don't fall to the ground and someone step on it and get hurt. All this was from damage done in Ian. From day 1, until completion, the men were so clean and careful about how they removed the old roof and installed the new one. They scanned for nails that may have come out in my yard twice! The roof passed through the county inspection first time and the inspector said they did "great work" and he had NEVER had any issues. In addition to the great work, the price was great also. No one beat their prices and more importantly they have been here in Lee County for 20+ years so you only have to call them if you have any issues. They were recommended to me by a friend that used them and I am passing on the same great recommendation.
