I give all fertilizer/weed companies 1 year to see how they can get rid of weeds and green up my lawn. After 14 months I met with the rep. and was not only treated rudely but told I needed to have monthly service. After 14 months and doing everything they told us to do, like bagging our lawn clippings and extending our irrigation, this was too much to digest. I asked them to do their treatment for today and I would find someone else. They instructed the tech to do nothing and they all left. Knowing what a great job they do for my in-laws I was very disappointed and appalled by the way they talked to me. I wonder if they talked to men the same way?! read more

I started off with personalized pest control many years ago , at least 10 , and I will tell you that I don't have a problem with any type of bugs. I started off with some of those little brown widows! They were in my barbecue that came from San Antonio and no more since. I have utilize them over the years for my lawn control and most recently for flea control. Richard, who normally does my pest control, also did my flea control. Richard told me, "that I didn't have a problem with fleas." This meant I only needed the initial two treatments. No bilking from this company! Honest and no pressure tactics. I call them if we see anything like a silverfish bug in the house and they will arrive and take of any bugs. I served 32 active military years and I'm retired on a budget! I highly recommend this pest control company! Military veterans trust me and tell them the Sergeant Major gives his word on this company! read more

I would give them zero star if I could. I've been their client for over 3 years and I can tell their customer service and products are getting worse and less effective. Mike was the best technician they had but he left the company and since then its been a revolving door, rude front desk employees (Jessica is the rudest) and the technicians they send are mostly kids and not knowledgable. They try to sell you different packages instead of taking care of pets issues you have paid for. It has been months of them coming and going but they are not able to put ants under control. Sad by I had to fire them . read more

Just had bug service. Matt was the nicest most polite young man. Professional and personal. He's a keeper!

My family has used this company for almost 3 yrs. They were the cheapest in town however now I know why. I had an issue with German roaches which is not included in your quarterly charge. I paid the extra $300 to still have a problem a month later. When I called to tell them, it was going to be an additional $300 to come out again and spray. If the problem was fixed I wouldn't have to call again. I used a different company to fix that problem but kept Personalized pest for my monthly control. Today I had an appt and of course I was told it was going to be extra not when I called to set up appt but when the guy was standing at my door. So with this company you pay a quarterly bill and pay when they show up! It would of be nice to know that what is covered is very limited. Pay the extra money and get a well known company. read more

I've been working with a gentleman and he is the most courteous and polite person I have ever met he has told me there is no baseboard spraying in this industry that is loud we are looking for the cracks and crevices that's where are bugs are coming from he also initiated a full inspection of my attic and roof line you did not want to overwhelm me but he brought it to my attention and I asked him how much do I owe him for the inspection he said there is no charge we just want to secure your home the best way possible so you have no issues in the future I would recommend this company to my friends my neighbors and my family it's too bad that there are so many other pest control companies that won't take the time to be thorough and polite it's get in and get out I would like to thank personalized pest control for sending George and is expertise and allowing him to do what he had to do this man is awesome is very upfront but yet he's honest this man is the only guy I want to come to my house if I have an issue but I do believe there are other technicians within the company that will do a bang-up job hats off to personalized Pest Control for having a wonderful man in your company honest compassionate friendly read more
