After 14 months I met with the rep. and was not only treated rudely but told I needed to have monthly service. After 14 months and doing everything they told us to do, like bagging our lawn clippings and extending our irrigation, this was too much to digest. I asked them to do their treatment for today and I would find someone else. They instructed the tech to do nothing and they all left. Knowing what a great job they do for my in-laws I was very disappointed and appalled by the way they talked to me. I wonder if they talked to men the same way?!

I started off with some of those little brown widows! They were in my barbecue that came from San Antonio and no more since. I have utilize them over the years for my lawn control and most recently for flea control. Richard, who normally does my pest control, also did my flea control. Richard told me, "that I didn't have a problem with fleas." This meant I only needed the initial two treatments. No bilking from this company! Honest and no pressure tactics. I call them if we see anything like a silverfish bug in the house and they will arrive and take of any bugs. I served 32 active military years and I'm retired on a budget! We contacted Steve back and forth and started the paper application with our condo association. I contacted MPSS in August and was told no County permit was received yet and that an engineers report was now needed for drilling through the exterior of the building. Then, Steve went on vacation. Then it was this, then that, until I cancelled my contract on 12/5/14, fully 6 months after hiring him. Still no permits or updates. I demanded my deposit be returned and Steve told me it would be in the mail on 12/5, then he said 12/12, then the 19th. Steve then emailed me that he didn't like my attitude! Frustrated, I contacted the Florida Attorney General. I received my check January 5th via messenger! This was fully 5 weeks after the request to return my deposit. I also heard back from the Attorney Generals office. Obviously, Steve had a change of attitude. I hired another firm and had the unit installed and permitted in the 5 weeks it took me to get my deposit check back from MPSS.
