I am very happy with STAT Pest Control. I am a first-time client and they went out of their way to make me feel secure, using their company. I had Tyler as my tech. He was an ultra-professional, did inside and out mitigation. Texted me about 15 min. before he arrived. Gave me all the information I asked for, in terms of; how long the spray lasts, the safety of my pets, what was done today, etc. The office of Heidy and Rachael, are always there for your questions and they are always NICE. They truly act in the best interests of the client. I am impressed with the professionalism and thoughtfulness of this company. read more

It's no longer Stat - it's been acquired by PurCore. PurCore made an inspection appointment with me when I called them for between 8-9:30am the next day. At 9:15am, I called them to see where the inspector/exterminator was. I was assured by the phone representative that the inspector/exterminator would call me. No call. No show. Nothing. Don't waste your time or money. read more

Stat did a great job with the reassurance that I could call at any point throughout the next year to request additional assistance should I need it. Bugs - gone! read more

We recently purchased a new home in Enbrook Loop, Naples. Being from New England we had no clue what company to use for pest control. Florida has a lot of pests we are not used to in Boston. Our Technician, Brandin Vice, was amazingly informative about every bug you can imagine.....weirdly so.....but you want somebody who knows their insects and Brandin certainly does....lol. He did a very thorough job and installed termite bait traps as well. We asked him to come back because there were some bugs inside our screened lanai. He did so immediately and without cost to me. Great service. read more

Star pest control is top of the line Quality pest control and their techs are very respectable.

Good fast service and they are knowledgeable. I especially like that they will come perform service without a contract.

Still with Stat a year and no bugs staying free from the nasty things. They have been doing good just as promised. From the owner when we started with them . I recommend them due to us being happy with the company. read more

We bought our vacation home a little over a year ago and began working with Stat to keep our place pest free. We spotted some ants yesterday, so I called and they sent someone today - the very next day! We also got a text message letting us know he was on his way. Our service technician, Chris, was really friendly and professional. He explained what steps he was taking to ensure they stay out and also made sure we understood what products he was using and how they work. I appreciate the service from Stat and am very thankful we found them. read more

Best of the best!! Tyler was professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process, answered all of my questions and walked me through all treatment areas. I have had Stat pest control service at my house in Naples for the last year. Local family owned company is why I went with them. Not the big corporate company with high priced that you pay way to much for the company advertisement. Simple put they are the best. Detail is second to none every employee wants to satisfy the customer. I would recommend them to anyone out there. They deserve a shot for your business. You will not be disappointed I promise you that. Sincerely Rich P from foxfire in Naples. read more

Great company with professional staff. Technician Chris arrived earlier than expected and that alone impressed me as I requested the earlier the better as I had appointments I had scheduled closer to the end of the time frame given. This was my initial visit, Chris sprayed interior of my house and was very informative, and able to answer all questions I asked. He gave me tips on what other things I could do that I never knew about. This made me very comfortable with my decision to use this company. Also, very affordable pricing, and owner, Randy, was helpful fitting me in in accordance to my availability. I can't say it enough, great company!! read more

Speechless! I am speechless. I had a visit from a technician to check out an ant problem. He asked to go in my garage attic crawlspace. He came down with terrible news. "You have rats." He proceeded to tell me it would cost $950 to remediate and $49 a month, ad infinitum. He tried to get me to sign a contract. I told him I wanted to have another opinion and he tried to get me to sign a contract with an addendum that he would match the competing company's price. I declined, but was still emailed the contracts. I had another company inspect the next day. There were no rats. I went up with the inspector myself. There was one old rat turd that was surely planted by the previous inspector, Randy Arias. How outrageous to look someone in the eye and lie right to their face for a buck! This is truly psychotic behavior. There's a special place in hell for Randy. read more

We are here for the winter season and found, what I thought was bed bugs. Rachel, at Stat Pest Control, was extremely helpful and kind. I am so grateful for their help! I highly recommend this business. read more

Arrived and noticed a small pile in the room. A local handy man came in, and wanted to "take care" of the area. He mentioned that he could spray the area, and that we would be fine. I had the intuition to call a licensed pro. I called several places and STAT responded a.s.a.p. Randy the owner, was doing a job in Naples, and I called his office. The receptionist Rachael made the effort to listen- and contacted her boss to come give an estimate. We were departing and knew we needed a Pro Randy arrived - analyzed the area and agreed to do the job on the spot! He had a Professional set up, and was an obvious pro. He took longer than expected, and rectified the problem. He was reasonable, courteous and the owner... not a salesman- He knew exactly what to do! I give STAT 5 plus stars! My husband was so happy that I took the initiative to call around. We highly recommend STAT Thanks Randy, you went above and beyond! Your company is amazing, and with the customer satisfaction you provided, will always recommend your company. Ray and Pam C. Marco Island Fl. read more

He was prompt and came out the same day for the quote. However, pricing was very high and that did not include what I consider standard service for the lanai. Fortunately, I flagged down an exterminator working in my neighborhood and that quote was reasonable and included the lanai. So far great service with other exterminator. read more

we have had other pest control companies, but by far this is the best and most professional company in Southwest Florida. all of their technicians are very friendly and very good at their jobs. This is the post-war result of Stat Pest Control. Randy came out to service our home last minute! Not only did he consult with me of the root of our issues. He was prepared to preform right on the spot. I truly felt like Randy took care of our home like it was his own! He was cautious with not only our assets but our birds as well. I can truly say I am truly grateful of the services Stat Pest Control has to offer. Not only did he flush our home, but will be returning to our home to continually service it. I don't know of a another company that has even offered to go the extra mile that Randy did during our flush. 5 stars for without a doubt! read more
