He sprayed the inside and outside of the house, gave some information on some of the critters around here, since we're new to the area. He was very kind and helpful. Tony's pest control has been great! when i first moved in to my house there were big black ants in the garage and outside window sills, carpenter bees, little microscopic ants in the kitchen, and those annoying bugs that bite you but are invisible (noseeum's?). anyway, after getting bitten like crazy my first few days I called Tony's they did inside perimeter and windows, attic, and outside, the quarterly outside. Haven't been bitten or seen any insects since the service was started!! Very happy with this company, highly recommended. cost is on par or maybe cheaper than Terminex. well worth it if you don't like bugs read more

Have you seen how cute a baby raccoon is? Well, Im not some sissy animal lover, but Ill say it, Raccoon babies are darn cute. "Little trash Pandas." We had a pregnant Raccoon living in our Attic and WE wanted her removed, and not injured. Most importantly, BEFORE the babies arrived. IF the babies were born, it creates a series of problems - trapped babies - dead trapped babies - damage to the house - injury to workers trying to remove So, over about a month we begged "dave" from Tony pest control in cape coral to put the trap upstairs because the trap had not worked on the ground. It was clear that the mom was scared to come down out of the attic. As we witnessed it, first hand. she comes out and then runs back into the attic. Well, "dave" said his boss did not want it in the attic despite putting traps being put in the attic being common in pest control). Despite our attempts at using logical explanations. Even offering to put the trap up there ourselves, our requests went unanswered. We were really concerned about the babies being born up there. "dave" assured us this would not happen. And if it did, he would crawl the attic and keep them from suffering and starving to death. =========== Long story short. We have had people crawling our roof and finding dead stinky raccoon babies over the last month. They starved to death in our attic. Obviously, suffering over the last month and eating insulation and trash to try to survive. "dave" assured us this would not happen. Yet it did because Tony pest control choose to not expedite the process So you probably wonder, why would they do that? Not quickly take care of the problem? Well, let me ask you: Do you think the reason was because they got an extra 3 visits. Visits they billed our Property manager for? So they got more visits, and likely more money. They were bilking our Property management company (RPM property in Cape coral). Obviously, someone at the RPM office is friends with these people to allow this. Tonys pest control was - super rude on some visits, refusing to explain anything - wasting our time - refused expeditious removal - left raccoon babies abandoned in our attic. - left us to deal with dead raccoons, scattered throughout our attic. - gave us the impression that the problem was dead rats, and Im sure also billed RPM for that. We bought a house that had been neglected by the previous owners who apparently ran out of money, motivation or both. During the inspection we started noticing cockroaches - dead and alive. I almost lost my mind. I called the biggest most well known pest control company in the area. They came right out and explained the detailed and expensive plan they'd need to put us on. Thankfully, a neighbor suggested Tony's. He sensed my desperation, came right over and coaxed me out of the bug free bubble I had made in the corner of the kitchen. We have had another company for years and things seemed ok, until the middle of last year when I had to constantly have them come out because of ants in the master bath. Did not renew and a neighbor recommended Tony's and oh my goodness. We were out of town for about 5 days and when we returned it looked like a massacre. This company is by far the best pest control company we've ever had. We've been using them for years. I never see any bugs. If I do they are dead or dying. Their customer service is excellent. You won't believe it but, we just called Tony's Pest Control to come and check out what we suspect is a nest in one of our climate control vents. I'm sure the technician is a nice person, I didn't personally meet him. But what I do know is he walked around briefly, poked around near the ceiling, reported that we had open vents, charged us $200, and departed. NOT 30 SECONDS LATER did we hear the poor tortured cries of our now trapped feathered friend. So we went outside and inspected the vent ourselves. LO AND BEHOLD, the vent is not even closed. To recap: not only do we still have a bird problem, we are now more acutely aware that the problem is exacerbated, let alone fixed. read more

This company was hired to do take care of plants and shrubs (ornamental service). The technician made a mistake and a weed control product was put on all our plants. Our 3 year old plants (those that are not dead) are now bare branches with about 3 leaves. A month later the company has not refunded us nor made an offer to replace any plants. And, yes, we were charged for the plant treatment. read more
