The following week, after making certain there was only one critter involved, Brandon reinforced the flashing tile to tie in to the soffit. I failed to understand the work would be done from the outside when he gave his explanation. He replied promptly to my query, when I followed up with him. While I wish the reinforcement work could have been done inside, in order to retain the original aesthetic, I am thankful that the problem is resolved.

The first visit, Terminix, manage to kill the infestation, but two weeks later many tiny ones were running around. The good thing about Terminix, it comes with guarantee! I called and was able to secure fast appointment after the working hours. Brian came to my rescue. He came on time. It was fascinating to get an education from him on the types of the roaches and a way to prevent the next infestations, on what they liked and disliked. I came from big and clean cities, and knew nothing about them. He took his time moving all my stuff around the kitchen, meticulously spraying in the tiny cracks and areas.... Have a maintenance contract for pests, technician usually visits on the day the text says, mostly when I'm not there. However, just try and reach the technician, supervisor or anyone that isn't a call center in Texas. even then, the "back with you in 2 business days" means the "check's in the mail" from my younger self. I have left messages, sent online email, used the chat feature and no response to reach the technician. Even the phone number on their business card. If you value a discussion with the actual company, I don't know how to reach them. Their physical address is only a front for staging vehicles as they are no longer customer facing, their words. So if you reach anyone in the Fort Myers Office, ask them to review messages from LaBelle. And don't think you can stop automatic billing via your website account, you must do that with their account retention people. Good luck.

I do not recommend this company…read more When I first hired Purcor Pest Solutions, the service worked very well and I was satisfied with the results. However, after the company changed ownership (or rebranded), the quality of service declined dramatically. My home is currently full of insects, despite paying for ongoing pest control services. The treatments have not been effective, yet I continue receiving bills for services that have not solved the problem. Customer service and results are nowhere near what they used to be. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company and would suggest looking elsewhere for reliable pest control. Very disappointing experience.

Think twice before…read more.. We were longtime customers of this pest control company back when it was locally owned, and the difference since the corporate takeover has been night and day. I completely understand that buyouts can be lucrative for small business owners -- from an MBA perspective, I get it. But as a customer, there has not been a single day since the takeover that we have felt happy with the service. The pricing has steadily increased while the quality and responsiveness have steadily declined. We've noticed bugs and critters slowly making a comeback, communication has become frustrating, scheduling is now a hassle, and yet nothing meaningful has been added to justify the rising costs. Purcor is simply not customer-centric. The focus feels entirely driven by internal corporate KPIs rather than actual customer satisfaction or keeping homes bug-free. The personal care, accountability, and pride that came with the original local company are gone. Unfortunately, this seems to be happening across the industry as more small pest control businesses sell out to large corporations. My advice: do your homework. Call around and support one of the few remaining local companies that still values relationships, service, and results.
