I use this service for my lawn and trees on a regular schedule. They use weed kill and fertilizer to treat my lawn and protect my palm trees. My yard looks great with their service. Their customer service has always been very responsive if I have a question and their prices are reasonable. They also provide pest service. I highly recommend them. read more

We recently moved to Sarasota from NJ and were looking for a pest control company. We had some bad experiences in NJ where companies would be in and out in less than 10 minutes. Many folks on a local FB group recommended Walter so we went with him and couldn't be happier. He was so incredibly thorough as he went around our entire property. He took his time explaining everything he saw such as ants in the crowns of our palms and starts of hornet nests. We are really glad we found someone we can trust after our previous experiences and recommend him highly if you are looking for help with pest control. read more

Scamer Never told us about canceling fee and 30 days notice. Salesman told us we could just call and they take care of it. Besides all this I paid 1 year in advance 12/23/20 till 12/23/21 I canceled 1st of December 2021 and now wants 132.00 canceling fee WOW and I'm paid till the 23rd. So people beware of Walter Salaza pest control He will take your money this is not right I found out they are more folks in the Better Business with same complaints. We have been using this company for a year already and can say only positive things about it. Everybody is very pleasant and responsive. The secretary, the technicians are very prompt and professional. Always on time, doing detailed service and treating my house like their own. The technician AJ, who recently came to our house is very knowledgeable and teaches us how to prevent the problems and does an excellent job in treating the house. Their ad states they are the most trusted pest control company in Lehigh Acres..you can add Cape Coral to that ad! Very professional company. We had a severe ant problem..they have worked tirelessly to help our situation. I am sure we have been one of their bigger challenges. The company is great, very responsive to coming out between regular service. I had a problem over the weekend and the owner showed up Monday morning right away to help me out. He went above & beyond the call of duty, climbing up the roof to try and find the opening where the critters came in! I can't thank him enough. read more

This is the best pest control company I have ever encountered. Everyone from the person who answers the phone, to the technician that comes out, and the owner are all very courteous and friendly. They show up when they're supposed to and on time. If you have an extra situation that you need help with they are on top of it immediately. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Dependability of any kind of contractor here in Florida is almost nonexistent. Walter Salazar pest control is not one of them. I wish all services and contractors would model their selves after the Walter Salazar pest control company. read more

Just switched from HomeTeam to Walter Salazar due to customer service issues and seeing bugs just a week after they would treat. Pablo came to my residence and was super polite and knowledgeable. The company goes above and beyond for its customer and explained every aspect of the treatment. Pablo even showed me how the spacing on my previous termite system with hometeam was not installed properly and was spaced to far apart. Great Value! Great Customer Service! read more

We have been in Florida for over 13 years and I can honestly say that Walter Salazar is one of the most honest and trustworthy people that we have hired. He is well informed and dependable. But most important, he will not sell you something you don't need. He takes care of your bug problem efficiently and does not "pad your bill" or overcharge you. He has taken care of both of our bug problems with one, reasonably priced visit. We have recommended him to many neighbors and everyone is as pleased as we are. Established in 2014.

Being in the industry helped me understand my true purpose in life. We had a very bumpy road along the way, however we believe it is all worth it when we see the impact we have on local families.We have been protecting homes since 2008 for local companies. However we had a different vision on what we wished to deliver a higher standard that we believe our customers deserved. We being homeowners ourselves with bills of our own wanted to be able to provide customers with superb customer service while having the opportunity to protect their families. We love being active in our community and also enjoy helping families in need when we can.

Meet the Business Owner: Baltazar S.

I was born in Ft Myers on vacation where I attended schools in Immokalee FL where I wrestled and played on the High School Football team. I later graduated from Immokalee high school, and married my middle school sweetheart. We built our small family together by first getting married, then exactly a Year later we had our first and only child "Walter". We have always been involved in our local community where we enjoy feeding the homeless and donating gifts to less fortunate families. I enjoy riding motorcycles and spending time with my family on the weekends. I currently reside in Lehigh acres Florida where We try and support our local businesses as much as we can.

Found Walter driving down the road, flagged him down and he came in immediately. He addressed our concerns and gave us several options on remediating our ant issue. He then found the entrance point and spot treated, applied Bates, and did a whole house exclusion to be able to rectify the pests coming in. Extremely professional, very nice to our pet dog, and explained everything as he was applying. Highly recommend this gentleman for all of your pest-control needs. He was with us for a little over an hour, and priced us out for less than $50. Who does that? We will be setting ourselves up on a program to have him come out on a regular schedule from here on.I can't iterate enough how happy I was to see him use products that were safe for my dog. read more
