Brandon is clearly an expert at identifying critter issues and removing them. He identified our…read moreissue, found the entry point and did the initial work within an hour. We appreciate the removal and cleanup he performed. A male raccoon accessed our attic via some flashing near a soffit corner that wasn't reinforced. The following week, after making certain there was only one critter involved, Brandon reinforced the flashing tile to tie in to the soffit. I failed to understand the work would be done from the outside when he gave his explanation. He replied promptly to my query, when I followed up with him. While I wish the reinforcement work could have been done inside, in order to retain the original aesthetic, I am thankful that the problem is resolved.

I did my best to keep him in my room, while I stayed downstairs to keep an eye on my two sweet guinea pigs. I didn't want to be in my room anyway. I called him at 5 and he arrived at about 7 a.m., but traffic was heavy and between school, tourist season and not enough roads to accommodate all the folks here, it is tedious - and unfortunately too many drivers are impatient. He got here, was able to get the snake out, and I'm so relieved. He was very nice and professional. :-) I never had a snake in my home and I have no wish to have another, I did freak out. When I called I asked if he could help me.
