We called at 9 am and he was here by 11:30, SAME DAY. Alex was very knowledgeable, courteous and kind and gave us a great price. He was thorough and explained what he was doing and why as he went along. I hate when I have someone come out and they make you feel awkward and on top of that, you have no idea what they're actually doing and what you're paying for! He spent time answering our questions and didn't mind the screams from us three women when we saw a roach hiding in the garage! I would highly recommend Bugs Patrols services, even if you don't think you have a problem. We saw two roaches for the first time in 18 years and he indeed found that they had laid eggs in the garage which would have led to a bigger headache and more $$ later on. Thank you guys!!!
