I had a horrendous experience with John, owner of Premiere Pest Control. This man was both…read moreunprofessional and argumentative with me when I asked him not to spray in my home. I gave him permission to spray only in the garage, but he didn't even spend 10 seconds out there, and did not lay a barrier by the doors, including the garage door. He sprayed in my home, anyway against my wishes, telling me, "I shouldn't be telling him how to do his job". In spraying under the sink, range, and washing machine area, the pesticide ran back out all over my floor. I pointed the mess out to John, and his comment was, "This usually doesn't happen". Instead of caring enough to only spray in corners, he literally took aim from the front of the appliances and sprayed a continual spray until the mess ran back out on my kitchen floor. Worse yet, he sprayed in my bathroom cabinets towards the top and covered all my personal items, including toilet paper, which is now unusuable, and other items which I will have to discard. I asked him pointedly to only use a bait or powder. He argued with me that this was "tying his hands, and that he would report this back to you and the President of the Association because he didn't want to have to come back again". I assured him I planned on following up with this complaint in regard to both his untoward behavior and his unprofessionalism.
