After 14 months and doing everything they told us to do, like bagging our lawn clippings and extending our irrigation, this was too much to digest. I asked them to do their treatment for today and I would find someone else. They instructed the tech to do nothing and they all left. Knowing what a great job they do for my in-laws I was very disappointed and appalled by the way they talked to me. I wonder if they talked to men the same way?!
