The owner told me that they are very careful to make sure there look before they proceed and are supposed to call him if they suspect any possible damage before they do any work. They failed miserably. I asked them to come back out and clean the mess they left on the wall of my home. They agreed to clean up the mess although it was a harbinger of things to come. I asked them for a quote to trim a couple of palms before I realized the extent of the damage they did and noted that their quote was excessive.
