They billed me at the desk, and then filed a claim and took that payment as well.

To be honest, my hearing loss and tinnitus felt like it came out of the blue and I am very fortunate to have Dr. Jessica Woodson and her team as a resource. She was able to provide guidance as to how to cope with my condition as well as explore different hearing aid options within my budget. She was very patient with the process of finding the right hearing aids since I went back and forth with different styles and fit. All the other doctors were helpful as well if Dr. Woodson was ever out of the office. They also set very realistic expectations on suggesting how long I use my hearing aids because it is a process that takes time to get used to. I look forward to my regular follow ups since the team is very service oriented and ensures I have everything I need whether my earpieces are cleaned out, I need new batteries, etc. They also keep me posted on any new technology available in case I ever do want to upgrade. The office is very clean (including covid protocols), the staff is friendly, and it's so easy to book my appointments. If you or someone you know has a hearing loss, and is looking for guidance and professional help, please consider Audio Help. It has kept me at ease while transitioning into a life with hearing loss.

She carefully showed him how to wear them, clean them, change the filter, and finally how to charge the hearing aids every night. Our office experience as a first time purchaser of hearing aids was made so convenient with Dr. Gambino's wonderful personality, knowledge of the product, and ability to navigate through all the additional paperwork for us was simply amazing. We are so thankful to Dr. Gambino and we highly recommend her to our friends and family. The Cheung Family

The exam was comprehensive, and everything was explained with patience and clarity. When we returned two weeks later for the hearing aids, Audiologist Suzette Xie took the time to gently guide my mother on how to use and wear them, making sure she felt comfortable and confident throughout. The fit was excellent, and my mother can now hear clearly again. Conversations now feel natural, and the simple relief of not having to repeat everything has made a huge difference for everyone in the family. We're truly grateful for the care and attention she received. The office has a very friendly atmosphere, and the staff were accommodating with no attitude, even when I needed to make a last minute change to my appointment that day. The wait time was under 10 minutes. Highly recommended.

Dr. G took her time to explain what she was thinking based on my interview answers but also asked, where appropriate, follow up questions to understand why I would answer her questions the way I did. Dr. G spent the time needed to deeply investigate how I would use a pair of hearing aids to enable her to make her best possible recommendation and for where hearing aids would help me the most. I was pleased Dr. G would get into the 'nitty gritty' of what hearing aids would actually do to help me and my loved ones. Before I retired, I managed a consulting practice for a major technology organization for a Fortune 500 corporation. i understand the difference between a superficial and a more intense interview. Dr. G explained several times that she wanted to understand what aspects of my hearing I would want to improve the most and setting my expectations of what I could expect. I was also impressed with how Dr. G included my wife in our discussions, seeking her input where appropriate. We would become a team working together to achieve a life-fulfilling goal. I am very comfortable with Dr. G's approach, and could feel the depth of her knowledge and practical experience in this subject area. I am looking forward to continuing the process that will affirm the type of hearing aid that will serve me my loved ones the best. I was pleased to see that her approach was more than checking off boxes on a spreadsheet, but really delved into what I do during the course of a day and the relative importance of the many different activities we discussed. I have had an earlier experience with a major hospital regarding the fit and use of hearing aids. That experience left me disappointed where I questioned the entire idea of using a hearing aid. My experience with Dr. G is 180 degrees different from my earlier experience. I am excited and looking forward to engaging in the process to effectively learn to use a hearing aid under Dr.G's guidance.

From check in to being guided to a room, the staff was so nice, the waiting area spotless and calm. My new doctor, Dr. Tian, was SUPERB. She actually LISTENED and confirmed and educated me about my condition. What a relief to "be seen" and spoken to as a person. Her team followed up and suggested I have an allery consult, which I scheduled with no problem. The level of care "bedside" manner and general office experience was reassuring and I am excited to recommend Dr. Lisa Tian

I saw Dr. Raithatha for chronic rhinitis in December 2025. He recommended the Rhinaer ablation…read moreprocedure, and explained that it would be non-invasive and I would be congested for a few days. I was even told I could play pickleball on day 4. He provided the Rhinaer marketing material which also made these claims. I was not made aware of ANY risks. Dr. Rhaithatha was going on vacation after day 3 of the procedure but his assistant said that she would be there if I needed anything while he was away. On Day 10 after the procedure I started having hemorraging nose bleeds in the middle of the night. I ended up on the emergency room twice. The nosebleeds got so bad that by day 4 of nosebleeds I needed to be carried out of my apartment in an ambulance and fainted several times. I ended up having several rounds of a blood clotting factor and a transfusion and spent 5 days in the hospital. I called Dr. Raithatha's office and made them aware of this but his assistant was out also on vacation and the office manager never let Dr Raithatha know what was going on. Dr Raithatha explained that this procedure has a 50% - 70% effective rate and is good for 1 or 2 years. Had I known that there was even a slight chance of hemorrhaging nose bleeds I definitely would not have had it done. Be aware that although rare, a blood vessel in your sinuses get exposed and there is risk involved in this procedure. Make sure there is a solid emergency plan in place if you decide to take the risk. My experience of ENT and Allergy Associates is that they run like a factory and if you are in an emergency situation they are not prepared to deal with it.
