Honestly, I never write a review however, I feel it's important to write this one. I have never been more disappointed in in a dental facility than this. Now this is going back several years, but they broke a crown that is to a partial and I wanted them to fix it, but they couldn't because it kept breaking and the last time it broke they wouldn't fix it because they said I needed to come in for teeth cleaning. Why would I want to have them touch my teeth further when they already broke my crown and it's so broken that in order to actually fix it correctly, the whole half of the partial needs to be replaced. they supposedly fixed this tooth several times, and it constantly breaks the porcelain away that I've said, forget it and just go ahead and fix it myself because nothing's going to make it stay unless the partial is replaced. Not to mention I went in to have a tooth pulled that she couldn't pull and ended up sending me to another dentist in the middle of trying to pull the tooth. I had to drive across town and that dentist who was able to remove the tooth without a problem. So while they are all very pleasant I'd be super careful if you have partials or a crown! I wrote this today out of anger of having to once again fix the tooth. read more

I recently started going to Resnevic Dental after leaving my previous dentist. A few friends and family members recommended Resnevic to me and I am so glad I decided to switch. I left my old dentist after the straw that broke the camel's back. I had a simple composite filling done and had nothing but problems, pain, and sensitivity with the tooth afterward. Even after returning twice for correction, the problem persisted and I decided to leave. Dr. Jean at Resnevic is phenomenal. She has wonderful bedside manner, thoroughly explains everything, and truly takes her time with you. I trusted them completely from the first appointment. Dr. Jean ended up redoing the filling and now I am pain and problem free!! I couldn't be happier with my results at Resnevic and will be confident continuing to entrust my dental care at this practice! Highly recommend! read more

It is humbling to realize that, despite using the best materials and exacting technique, treatment outcomes can sometimes fall short of expectations. J. Resnevic, DMD" It is never best to place a pin in a tooth, it is especially never "best" to do anything without a patient's knowledge or consent, and in fact the lack of informed consent coupled with the fact that you stated there was no metal in my tooth when I asked what it was, is what makes this malpractice. Hopefully in future patients will be told before pins are placed in their teeth and advised of the fact that they are known to cause fractures and allowed to decide for themselves whether they want to take that risk or go elsewhere. It is also never "best" to charge for "emergency treatment" when you caused the emergency. Yes I will agree with you that it fell short of my expectations. Nobody told me to expect that I would come in to repair a tiny flake missing from a filling and leave with a vertical root fracture beyond repair, or that it would be failed to be diagnosed on 2 return visits. I did not expect the tooth above the one being worked on to be clumsily and repeatedly hit hard with dental tools Most of all I did not expect that I would never chew on that side again or that after not having so much as a cavity in more than a decade I would be having an extraction to rid myself of the excruciating pain you caused. So while I appreciate that you are "saddened" the agony I have been through, and the loss of my tooth, which continues to effect my quality of life and will possibly continue to effect me for the rest of my life, far surpasses mere "disappointment" with services rendered. I hope you enjoyed your holidays. It was not very festive for me cooking a huge Thanksgiving dinner for others, that I was unable to eat, while counting down the days to my extraction appointment. I went to have 2 cavities filled. I was told it had to be done on 2 separate trips. When asked about the cost I was told that the first was a 2 point and I could get the white filling for the same price as the silver. The other tooth was a 3 point filling and the white would cost a lot more. I said put white in the 2 point since its the same price and silver in the other. Well they put them in backwards and now want me to pay the difference. I called and spoke with Linda who said she would check into it and call me back. All she did was send me another bill. I called again and was told again that she would check into it. She sent me another bill. I am still dealing with this, and feel I should not have to pay the difference. I paid what "due" if they had put the fillings in correctly. read more

Having worked in a dentist office many years ago, I know what it takes to run a great practice, and they have it. I'm so glad I found Resnevic Dental, I had put off seeing a dentist for years due to my own anxieties, and needed to find a new one as I could see I had cavities. Everyone there has been wonderful, from the hygienist, receptionist, dentist and dental assistant. They are all so friendly and understanding of my dentist anxiety. They explain all procedures as they are doing them, are knowledgeable and answer all questions. They didn't judge me for neglecting my dental health (meaning for my cavities although I brush twice a day!) and they made me feel like a person, they again are friendly and they talk to you, not treat you like just another patient in an office. I hate going to any Dr. office and feeling like you're just another body, I felt welcomed and at home at Resnevic. I got three fillings today l- and it went great! I don't know what I was so anxious about! My two girls and I got cleanings last month. All experiences were wonderful, they were beyond sweet, and patient with my girls, and knowledgeable, also taught them about Dental health and explained a lot to them, and how to take care of their teeth. I have to go back next month for some more fillings and after today I'm not even nervous to go at all! Glad we found a new family dentist! read more
