It's certainly is the biggest mistake I ever made! I wouldn't have my teeth removed and I paid $1,800 for a new set of teeth. The day of the removal I sat in the waiting room for 2 hours and then they called me into the one they got me ready explain to me how the dentist was running behind because his godson was born that day. Then the dentist came had one of his assistant hold my face down and then what should have been a two to three hour procedure removing all 31 of my teeth only took him 3 minutes flat I'm telling you he removed my teeth in the most brutal, barbaric and painful way possible. Then he rushed out of room like he was on Adderall or cocaine to run to see his next patient. His assistant sent me on my way all swollen and gushing blood with teeth that were way too big for my mouth stuffed in my face. A couple days later when I could kind of talk again I asked them to fix the teeth because they were way too big for my face it was clear that they weren't meant for me that they were meant for someone a lot bigger. I couldn't close my mouth around them and they were cutting into my gums. I mean there is absolutely no way possible that this was the mold of my mouth. These dentures looked like they were made in a 3d printer with very very sharp and gagged edges that were making my gums bleed. From day one were way too big for my face. yet they didn't care and they refused to fix them they refused to give me any aftercare instructions and refuse to give me any antibiotics when my jaw became infected. When I went back in and asked them to fix the teeth and express concerned about my jaw that I thought might be dislocated because of he's rough and brutal way of pulling my teeth they then told me not to bother coming back and not to bother going to affordable denture either because they own them as well. I paid $1,800 to be brutally assaulted. I had all my teeth painfully and violently ripped out of my face and then I got handed teeth that from day one were way too big for my mouth. I just left the hospital with an infection in my jaw they told me I should file a report with the police report and a complaint with the insurance company and the attorney general's office and that is exactly what I am going to do. I highly suggest you stay away from this place it was the biggest mistake I've ever made and it most definitely will be the biggest mistake you ever make. Sorry for the misspelled and mispronounced words I still can't talk properly unfortunately I don't think my mouth or my speech are ever going to be the same again! I also want to mention how this dentist asked me if I was married and when I said no he told me that he's not surprised that my teeth aren't nice enough to have a husband. He told me how he was going to make my teeth better so I can get a husband. I don't know how you all feel about that but I think that comment was 100% wrong, disgusting and completely professional! People with state health insurance please don't get exited This dentist office only has one dentist who is completely overbooked and treats his patients like they are objects on an assembly line. He's not worried about the pain or damage he causes. He only cares about collecting that state money!

Terrible service ever I have gotten several infections still have the worst experienceread more

They made an appointment for the fitting, which was supposed to be on September 23rd. We were contacted today, September 18th, letting us know that our insurance would not authorize the treatment without trying a CPAP first. I spent several hours speaking to different departments at our insurance company to find out the procedure and after much research and speaking with a high level supervisor, it was confirmed to me that we did NOT need any prior authorization, nor does my son need to try a CPAP before getting a mouth guard. When I called the office to discuss this with them, I was met with a rude women who would not allow me to speak. Who in fact told me that I could pay them $2500 upfront and then fight with my insurance company to be paid back. She was a receptionist...not even billing! Do not go to this dentist office is you would like to ask questions or advocate for yourself. They do not want to hear anything at all and think they know what they are talking about...not to mention WAY overpriced. I called my own dentist and asked about a mouth guard and was told is was only $1500 and we could submit the claim. Awful!!!
