Terrible terrible office. I feel like I was scammed…read more This office is scammy and rude. I had a cleaning and full exam in the previous city I lived (Tampa) in June, which I shared. I was told that the office here likes to do their own X-Rays for new patients, which we did, and I assumed it would be billed as something other than standard annual X-Rays. They didn't think to tell me I was going to have to pay entirely out of pocket for them, or that they hadn't yet received the X-Rays from my prior office, despite me filling out a form that asked for my last cleaning and me mentioning while in the exam chair about when I had X-Rays done in June. I saw earlier this month that I was charged $100 because insurance of course only covers one standard annual X-ray per year. When I spoke to whoever answered the phone, they hadn't received the EOB from Cigna yet so I called back a few weeks later and the woman was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She kept repeating herself over and over. As a side note: the fluoride treatment is somewhere around $60 and takes 15 seconds. Everywhere else I've been has been around $20. Place feels like one big scam.

It had been a while since I had been to the dentist, and this freebie made me want to try NDK over anywhere else. I definitely will be a permanent patient at NDK now given the great experience I had there. Don't be fooled by the exterior surroundings- You walk in and the beautiful decor, gourmet coffee and bottled water in the waiting room, and nice relaxing music all make you feel like you're going to the spa for some self-care. The staff at NDK also contribute to that feeling- they're super-friendly, knowledgeable, personable, and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable! The treatment room was pleasant to be in as well- relaxing music and pretty pictures to look at, including on an HD flat-screen. Later, I was able to see the super-high-tech digital x-rays of my own teeth up on the flat screen which was really cool. And Dr. Kim and Vanessa were great about explaining what I was seeing on the images and why they were recommending the treatments they did. The exam and cleaning was really gentle, quick, and expertly-done. And they made sure to check in along the way to make sure I was comfortable. I've only written one other Yelp review, and it should say something that I felt this strongly about how great NDK Dental is that I'm taking the time to write this! If you're looking for gentle, comfortable, expert, quality dental care I would highly recommend NDK Dental!

There is a decent wait for things like cleaning just like other dentists around but I have been accommodated when there was an issue that needed quicker attention.

Dr Stacey Rogers at Seacoast Dental in North Kingstown is a fabulous dentist! I am a retired…read moredentist who retired nine years ago. I am lucky I chose Dr Rogers for my care and my wife's. I appreciate her gentle manner and understanding. She recently discovered a re infection of an old root canal. Her hygienist noticed a problem and Dr Rogers confirmed and promptly sent me to a specialist for care. She has completed many dental crowns on me and my wife. She has completed exquisite bridgework on each of us. I rate her an "A" quality person and dentist. I send all my friends to her with utmost confidence!

DO UNTO OTHERS…read more.... This is the absolute worst dental office I've ever experienced. I am leaving this review on behalf of my sister, who is unable to do so. Months ago my sister visited this office for a broken front tooth & was told by Jeffrey that he couldn't put a crown on it, but to return for a cleaning. She had a fantastic oral surgeon extract the tooth & returned to Mansolillo months later for a cleaning & x-rays. The hygienist x-rayed her teeth & said for her to return for a 2 visit deep cleaning, but had to submit it to her insurance company before booking the appointments. I gave my sister's paperwork to the receptionist, to indicate what had been done & she gave it back to me. I told her that someone needed to indicate what was done, so she gave the paperwork to the hygienist who was complaining about being a half hour late for her next appointment. The next day they called me & said they couldn't treat my sister (who is in a wheelchair). I asked why & they regurgitated a word salad that implied they couldn't treat her in her wheelchair (that btw reclines). They said they were referring her to another dental office. I expressed that they should have been up front with me & told me this before I left their office. I asked if they could please text me the name & number of the other dental office. The receptionist said she could either text or email me the info. I told her that I prefer she text me the info but she insisted on me giving her my email address. When I didn't comply, she decided to rudely hang up on me. A few minutes later, I was left a voicemail by a different woman asking for my email address. Shortly after that I received a text asking for my email address. The fish is definitely rotting from the head down in that office. Jeffrey needs to stop prancing around that office & exercise some empathy & compassion, especially for those less fortunate than himself. And btw, my sister was in a wheelchair when he initially saw her for her broken tooth. That entire practice is the epitome of disrespect & cowardice.

I see Adrienne for my regular teeth cleanings and she is absolutely wonderful - so nice, friendly, welcoming, and does a great job cleaning my teeth. I've seen Sandy too and she is also amazing. I highly recommend coming here - everyone is wonderful and the office is so nice!
