We made the appointment where Alex was going to service our needs. We had a four hour window for the staff to visit. Alex texted us before arriving at the beginning of the four hour time. He wore protective shoe guards in the house. We explained the issue. Once the price was discussed and what was covered, we signed a contract. Alex got busy and told us to interrupt him if we had questions. He located the issue and fixed it in a timely manner. Not only was he professional, he entertained questions. He also provided a suggested work plan to consider. We will discuss that in detail before making a decision. The cost was high and the workmanship more than made up for it.
