Their team did the design, permitting, and landscaping/irrigation work. The pools team did a great job, and I'm very happy with the end product. HOWEVER.... this review is to comment on my overall dissatisfaction with the company's willingness to honor the landscaping/plant warranties - which they didn't do. Instead, they invoked the "act of god" clause, and left me hanging. The dollar figure is a few hundred bucks, and a little bit of my own labor to replace the dead plants... Given the project was north of 200k, it's a minimal impact, but I'm going to be honest, and state that it left me with a terrible taste in my mouth, and wanted to share it with the broader community. Caveat emptor.

All within 10 days we had Jesus come by to scope the project, got an estimate, scheduled the work and now it's all complete! The guys were on time and they even came back by in the evening unscheduled to finish a piece we hadn't originally scoped. Highly recommend! They did a careful evaluation of our system and then fixed the problems I had highlighted. In addition, they took the initiative to adjust some of the sprinkler heads which were spewing too much water into the beds, and let me know what they had done. They also advised me how many minutes, and how many times, I should be sprinkling the various areas of the yard. They are very knowledgeable and personable. I appreciated how professional and thorough they are. I will definitely hire them again to periodically inspect our system (especially during this hot summer) and to make any necessary repairs.
