We had a number of companies come and bid for a total renovation of the exterior of our home,…read moreincluding windows, siding, soffits, fascia, and roof. Morris Clark came in around the middle price-wise of the bids. The customer service is excellent, and the quality of work turned out to be well worth it. We went with Cascade windows, Hardie Board siding, and Iko Dynasty roofing. Originally, we had planned on going with another contractor for the roofing due to cost, but they were able to lower their roof bid to closer match what the other roofer had offered. Since the work quality was proving to be worth it, we went with their bid for the roof as well. The timeline for the project went longer than anticipated causing some frustration, but the quality of the work and finish was well worth it. There was an issue with delivery of the color of the roof that we had chosen, and Jordan was very apologetic on behalf of Morris Clark, even though it wasn't their issue. They negotiated a discount on our behalf for the inconvenience or to redo the entire roof at no extra cost from the original quote. In the end, we have had an excellent experience, even with hiccups along the way. I highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

This was in the spring of 2021 and all seemed well until the rains came later in the year and we discovered one of the windows that did not previously leak, was leaking. After numerous attempts to connect with this company through calls and emails I am finally writing a review to express my immense disappointment in the aftercare and lack of communication. Given that I will now have additional expenses to fix their poor installation work to protect my home, I cannot recommend this company.

Installed an Infinity Sliding Patio Door with four layers of low e and sound reduction and a hemlock wood trim. Clean installation despite having to cut into the ceramic file floor by using professional protection covering. Also was only a half a day to install. Mike and Ken did a great job all around and came out a few weeks later to replace a bowed screen door and a marred cover piece, and now it looks perfect. Well worth the price but also a reasonable price considering the quality product and installation. Can highly recommend this company and the personnel as a high quality company that really does care about its customers. They are trustworthy and very professional, and Marvin stands behind its products. Michele LaBelle

These folks just aren't trustworthy in my opinion. We ordered two banks of expensive Marvin windows…read moreback in February 2026 to replace some contractor-grade windows in our 2005 spec-home in North Spokane. We intend to start replacing a bank of windows every six months or a year. NW Window came out to measure and then we ordered the windows. It took five months to get them - which is fine, as I understand that they're custom built, and that takes time - and then NW Window tried to install them. The installers were great, but they quickly noticed that the upstairs windows were fine, but the legacy trim could not be reused with the downstairs bank of windows. The person who had measured the windows back in February did not catch that there was a difference in trim depth between the upstairs and the downstairs. The next thing I received from NW Window was a quote for an additional almost $2K (plus even more for staining) to rebuild the window trim. This was on top of a sale of windows that was almost $24K. I get that no one is perfect, but you need to own your mistakes. NW Window, on the other hand, simply blamed the original contractor of our home for having inconsistent trim depth and is trying to shift the cost of their mistake to me. I will definitely look for a different window supplier in the future and will note to the window manufacturer, Marvin, that it should look for a more conscientious reseller in the Spokane, Washington area. Please note the ragged, more-than-3/8" gap in the trim on the picture below. It's sort of amusing that NW Window includes the following on the bottom of its invoices: "The bitterness of POOR QUALITY and LACK OF SERVICE is remembered long after the sweetness of a LOW PRICE is forgotten. Thank you for your business." They should read their own documents, as this was definitely an example of very POOR QUALITY and LACK OF SERVICE.

Arrow Point was the only company to show up on time. Their estimate came in at the lowest. Using the same exact materials quoted by other companies. Two days to complete a tear off and re-shingle while replacing flashing, roof vents, etc. There was absolutely no evidence left behind that they'd ever been here, except for a new roof. The materials they used were top notch, especially the new flashing and roof vents. Those materials have come a long way since this roof was first installed.

When I received the contract I signed it and set a installation date. I was shocked when the job was done and it was a smooth wall, looking very Institutionalized. When I reviewed the contract it did in fact say smooth. Yes, my bad for assuming our agreed discussion was the final product. The installer was polite but lacked any attention to detail and efficiency. I had to point out areas that he forgot to caulk, left the basement wide open, used the bathroom and all the toilet paper and then didn't flush! He didn't clean up and left dust and dirt everywhere. The position of the hardware is way to high and defiantly not even close to the older fixtures. I had to call to set up an appointment for Bathfitters to re-caulk an area, specifically asked not to have the same installer as I didn't want to have a disgruntled employee that I complained about coming back in my home. And of course that's exactly what they did, by sending him back. There are too many documented dates of when I've tried to reach out to them over the months. Their follow up is horrible. Just be aware that you will be leaving dozens of emails and calls. They apologize for the miscommunication and said that they would replace the wall with the textile that we agreed upon for an extra $1k. I'm pretty dissatisfied but I did sign the contract regardless of what we agreed upon when getting the quote. Get your pocket books out it's going to be expensive.
