We called them back to fix the problem they caused. After three hours and $450 more, the elevator came down but crashed like a shotgun at the bottom. I called them back again to fix the problem. They said it would cost me $350 more to fix it, and would not be available for several weeks. Then they called me and said I would have to pre-pay before they would fix it. I refused and they told me to call another company. What a scam.
