I found Tyler and Marco Island Computers through a Google search and decided to call because of the stellar reviews. Boy, was I glad I did! I left a message and he called back within 15 minutes. He literally talked me down off of a ledge. I brought my iMac in and it was DOA because of a worn out HD and a blown-out Logic Board. Tyler explained everything to me in plain English so I could understand what was going on. Needless to say, I am typing this on my lightning-fast iMac and we even had Tyler give my husband's MacBook a tune-up -- which is now lightning fast again as well. I'm going to add "Dr. T" to my list of yearly check-ups as it makes as much sense to have your computers get a "physical" as it does to go see your Physician every year! Even if you live as far as Naples or even Bonita, you will want to make the trip to Marco to see Tyler -- you'll be glad you did!

Couldn't be happier. I found Don via the Yelp app and called him this morning. He answered and said…read morehe would be out today in about an hour. He was prompt and very nice to deal with. The original dryer switch problem was solved in a few minutes. Then he tested and found poor air flow. I told him that we wrote that off to it being an electric dryer because I had already power cleaned out all the lint from the venting in the wall when we got down here. Don guessed that the flapper might still be plugged and I told him that was on my list to borrow a ladder and finish the cleaning of the top. He got his ladder out and did it. Now there is draft. He then leveled the washer and checked inside the front when he noticed that the drum was off balance. (This was way beyond the original service call and we appreciated his thoroughness and extra effort.) We have a family owned business up North and we know when another contractor goes above expectations. He did. So, he's on our A list and you can be sure to get a fair shake from Don at Budget Appliance in Naples.

He did a thorough maintenance check and clean. Found a clog in the drain and fixed that. Noted that we had a kink? in the door gasket and said he'll go back and get the part. Will fix it without a 'service' charge but just the hourly charge. Actually I was thrilled. Rarely do I say that with service people. I give Jesse 5 stars.

Great service call from Jessie. Honestly advised that the replacement refrigerator door gasket…read morecould not be used to replace the manufacturer's now damaged part. He said there was no way to install the part because it can only be installed at the factory using foam adhesive pressed in. Otherwise, he cleaned the refrigerator and freezer drains which solved the two problems of excessive moisture and ice accumulation. Only negative is that when I made the appointment, the customer service representative advised buying the gasket from a third party, but then the technician and his supervisor said it could not be installed successfully. They should coordinate with the people making appointments on this issue. Not cheap, but quality work, which is more important.
