Usually I avoid the Dr., but I am happy to go see her. To start, she is like Dr. House, from that old TV show. She walked in and seemed to already know what was going on from me....and not from my chart. She is very intelligent and knowledgeable about anything Biology, and does a lot more than Western Medicine. Here's what you want to know. The minute I left I was thinking of all my friends and family that I want to have see Dr. Harding. She spends a lot of time with you to discover everything bothering you. When she is done, she will have many recommendations for you. It may be vitamin and health related, and not just a prescription. Note: plan on going on a day when you have plenty of time. I was with her over 3 hours. If you can't wait that long, take the day off. If that doesn't work, you can go to another Dr that will have you in and out in minutes, along with a new prescription.

Always answers our questions leisurely, the kids love her, and we can usually see her upon short notice or else her associates see us - also good. Her nurse practitioner, Joan Hofer, is outstanding. My insurance no longer covers routine physicals, which the baby still has often, and Dr. Eckberg was cool enouh to reduce her fee which really helped. Nice nurses and receptionists (great phone skills!). You never feel like you're talking with clock-watchers.

I called to confirm this place was an urgent care and that they were open. The woman was polite on the phone and told me they were open and they weren't busy at all at the moment. So I zipped over and she was right, no one was in the waiting room. Just me myself and I. They work on a walk-in basis FYI. I was seen within 2-3 minutes of checking in. The doctor came to my exam room within a couple minutes of my vitals and info being taken. Dr. Hornung was who saw me and he was professional and nice. I was in and out of here in 20 minutes but they didn't rush me at all. It was spectacular service for someone who had no energy from being sick. This place is located at the corner of Eola/New York St. They are right next to Paulie's Bar & Grill and there is a subway right there too. The whole office and waiting area was super clean and tidy. They took it upon themselves to cancel that order from the drug company because they could order it themselves and get the medication themselves next week. I need it this week, but I also would need to get a round of steroids if I wait another week. They want me to also drive more than 40 miles next week, because the infusion clinic I normally go to is closed, to get the medication which would mean I would need to take a day off of work Thanksgiving week when we are not able to take days off and with no notice. I will not be using this infusion center again. Nice rooms and chairs does not fix this type of situation that effects my health.

Was told I didn't need moisturizer if I have oily skin. Which she should know that washing your face and not moisturizing afterward will cause even oilier skin. She also suggested Accutane just for oily skin. o.0 During the mole check, she managed to make me feel like cattle, doing a once over then flipping me over real quick. Pretty sure it was a glance. This woman is the most insensitive, impersonal doctor I've ever come in contact with. One time here was enough. This whole clinic is a joke.
