I've only seen Becky once when Dr Barb was unavailable and my experience was good with her. Dr Barb was my dad's physician and went above and beyond for him especially the week he passed. I cannot say enough good things about her and how much she helped him and us near the end of his life.

I called her practice yesterday for a possible ear infection and the appointment procedure was very fast and easy to arrange over the phone. I was able to get in the next day. Her staff is always friendly and organized. She has a sizeable waiting room with magazines and a few televisions. The wait was approx 5 min but can vary depending the time and if its the flu season. Kinsella will be my doctor as long as she's in practice. So many doctors just look at your chart, your history, throw some pills at you and kick you out the door. There's a big giant open check in desk and waiting room. The check-in has a bunch of ladies sitting at a desk all wide open. One lady was telling a patient you need to make payment, it's asking for you to pay. It's in collection-loud enough for all to hear! Everyone can hear everything the receptionists are saying. It's terrible. Why don't they have dividers at a desk where you can sit down and talk privately to the receptionist instead of a big open room where you can hear everything? I think you could probably be having a heart attack and nobody would do anything. I'm going to have to find a new practice. Small one, not this corporate type healthcare.

They don't judge or admonish me. And I have never waited to be brought back to the exam rooms longer than 10 minutes in the 10 years I have been going there. Doc Cunnar is friendly and professional. he makes me feel safe and listened to when I talk to him. He keeps accurate notes digitally so they can be recalled. He is my PCP and Diabetes doctor. He is very knowledgeable about Diabetes care and knows about the different treatments and options and is willing to answer my questions about it. His nurses are professional also. I have weak veins and usually I have to get poked multiple times when I give blood but all 3 of the nurses must have been phlebotomists in prior positions because they all have found my veins and were able to make the process fast and painless. I am very happy with him and his whole team.
