I thought it was turning into an ear infection or sinus infection so I had to find an urgent care ASAP since it happened to be January 2nd and everything was closed in observance of New Year's Day. I called to confirm this place was an urgent care and that they were open. The woman was polite on the phone and told me they were open and they weren't busy at all at the moment. So I zipped over and she was right, no one was in the waiting room. Just me myself and I. They work on a walk-in basis FYI. I was seen within 2-3 minutes of checking in. The doctor came to my exam room within a couple minutes of my vitals and info being taken. Dr. Hornung was who saw me and he was professional and nice. I was in and out of here in 20 minutes but they didn't rush me at all. It was spectacular service for someone who had no energy from being sick. This place is located at the corner of Eola/New York St. They are right next to Paulie's Bar & Grill and there is a subway right there too. The whole office and waiting area was super clean and tidy. If I need an urgent care again this will be the first place I think of. Definitely recommend. If you're reading this, I hope you feel better soon!

During my first of many calls, I was told there was no record of payment and was reassured the matter was being reviewed and would not be sent to collections. Despite multiple follow ups via phone and email over the past 4 plus months, the issue remains unresolved. We are now in mid March and I am still receiving emails and texts stating my account will be sent to collections if unpaid. Tuesday I requested again, to speak to a supervisor and was assured I would receive a call by the end of the day. That did not happen, again. This level of service and lack of follow through is completely unacceptable and truly unprofessional. If a zero-star rating was an option, I would choose it. Do better Duly!

I asked the front desk how long it would be and she couldn't tell me but said there was a 6 hour wait and had an attitude. I called another hospital 6 miles away and got right in - bloodwork, urine analysis, Doppler, ultrasound - it was night and day and my baby is okay. I DO NOT recommend Rush Copley and warn others NOT to trust that they will take care of you because they will not.

Our family member was admitted to Rush Copley hospital in poor condition and mental state. The…read morepatient did not reliably receive food or water. Hospital staff were emotionally abusive to the patient IN THE PRESENCE OF THE FAMILY. I shudder to think how our loved one was treated when the family was not around. I believe that this standard of "care" would not be allowed under the Geneva Convention for prisoners of war! After transferring to a different hospital, much more compassionate care was immediately evident. Moreover, the doctors at this second hospital had far more theories of the case and considered at lot more potential treatments than Rush Copley physicians. Ultimately, the physicians at the second hospital figured out the medical issue very quickly, while Rush Copley never did in a lot more time. I am no medical expert, but I think all of this might mean that the Rush Copley Hospital was medically incompetent, if not negligent. Don't let your loved one--or even your worst enemy--check into the Rush Copley hospital! Go to Delnor or Good Samaritan hospitals instead. Both are highly rated and have been great experiences for our family over the years.
