If posting zero stars was possible I would have. We have been coming here for years and never had a complaint. This visit was very different. After being seated, Olivia waited on us and came right over to get our drink and food order. That's about all she did. We never saw her again until the very end when she acted like she was confused why we were upset. There was no silverware and no plates. Our pizza came out before the appetizers and all items were delivered by a different staff member (not our waitress). I had to get up and ask the hostess for plates and silverware. Thank god for her. She took better care of us than our server. We ended up starting a tab at the outside bar because it was IMPOSSIBLE to find our waitress. It almost seemed like she was intentionally avoiding our table. I went to say something to the manager (guy with a beard I believe his name is joe Russo) he waved off my husband who was trying to get his attention. I expressed our issues, he disappeared and never returned never apologized nothing. I usually don't post reviews like this but I was so annoyed I had no choice. In closing, our waitress greeted us and that's about it until she delivered our bill and was confused why we weren't happy. It was pretty much self serve. I don't know what the hell happened to this place but it has gone downhill. Thank god for the friendly attentive outdoor bartender Kaitlyn who gave us great service (even though that wasn't her job as we were at a table). When we mentioned to Olivia we were unhappy she had excuse after excuse (I have a lot of tables, blah blah blah). I don't really care. We're here spending money, she should have just apologized. Well, it's safe to say Rossford has been officially added to the list of good options for a night out. And while you can't exactly go bar-hopping, Reset is so great you probably won't feel the need. Obviously they have arcade games. Yes, a couple of them are pay-to-play. But they also have a large outdoor bar area with several sand volleyball courts, corn hole, and that one where you throw the 2 balls connected by a string and try to get them to wrap around a rung of something that looks like a rack you'd hang clothes on to dry. Like most things in life, they're even more fun with drinks. The outdoor bar is a bit under-stocked, making only ultra-basic mixed drinks (rum and coke, vodka and cranberry, etc.) and having a pretty limited selection of beers on tap, but if you want something more elaborate you can make your way inside and find it there. The two bars are separate though, so if you open a tab with one it won't carry over to the other, and they don't allow glass cups outdoors. Also outdoors in the evening is a basic DJ setup with some lighting, but this doesn't much add or detract from anything. Most of the songs are so predictable you don't even realize there's music playing at all, but that's fine. They also serve Cameo Pizza, which is fantastic stuff. They refer to it as "old world style" pizza, so it's the kind of thing you'd imagine coming out of a brick oven with toasty crust and fresh toppings--rather than the typical greasy bar food you really, REALLY regret the next morning. Anyway, this is instantly one of my new favorite places in the area and absolutely worth checking out. read more

Very awesome hang out place. It is a little away from everything else in the area, but they have a great setup. The inside is filled with retro gaming. They have several systems set up to tvs all over the place as well as a bunch of arcade games. Almost everything is free (they have a basketball game, billards tables, and crane games that you have to pay for) and you can play as much and as long as you want. The outside has several large sand volleyball courts, a tiki bar with swings to sit at, giant jenga, and drinking games. Overall its a great place. They serve Cameos Pizza which is FANTASTIC. By far the best pizza in my opinion. They also have a great beer selection . read more

waited an hour and a half for food and was never brought silverware once even after asking twice i have been to this place twice and was literally never given silverware or a napkin half the games were broken the first time i came and the manager was very flat out the most unpleasant person ever very rude to the kids too read more

I've been a regular at Reset for the past 8 months, and absolutely love everything Reset has to offer! From the food, drinks, games, and outdoor activities you can't beat the atmosphere! I've tried/sampled nearly every app, and have never tried something I didn't end up liking, nor have I ever had a bad experience with my food. The servers are knowledgeable and friendly! And management has gone above and beyond to make us feel like family when we walk in the door every week! The games, and Thursday night Trivia Nights do a great job of bringing in that core "millennial" customer base like myself. Reset has become my friends and I's Thursday night tradition. The outdoor edition makes for fun summer nights with the volleyball, trash can beer pong, Cornhole etc. all available for use, along with a full service outdoor bar! All in all, Reset has quickly become my favorite bar, and I have no problem recommending them to my friends/family/coworkers! read more

This place is quite the hit with the younger crowd like myself in the area. Seems to be extremely busy during the first few weeks of opening which is common for a restaurant/bar/volleyball place such as this. Being that it opened mid-summer everyone wanted to get out and check out the outdoor sitting and volleyball areas. Overall, my experience here was great! We ended up sitting outside because of how many people were inside. The waitress that helped us was extremely nice and offer the best recommendations for pizza, that is through Cameo's, which was delicious also. After the food, we ended up playing a couple of games of cornhole before leaving. Great place to hang out and grab a drink with friends. read more

A group of us traveled over 90 minutes from Michigan to visit Reset. We had MAJOR issues with the location in Toledo however was extremely glad we did as this location was amazing. The staff was able to accommodate our large group (13 people) and made the experience amazing. The food was great and the drinks got stronger as the night got shorter. We enjoyed the outside items as much as the freeplay arcade. We would highly recommend and would make the trip back in the future. read more

I usually go to the reset on monroe st, which is much better than this one. There was only one pinball machine at this location and it was not working and overall less games then the monroe st location. the draft list was unimpressive, the other location has way more beer available (because bar 145s draft list is included). I didnt have any pizza there because we came specifically to drink a few beers and play some pinball. read more

Judging on the pizza alone (which I have only had as carryout): D.E.L.I.C.I.O.U.S. To be honest I didn't have a good first impression: I open the pizza box and am immediately a little disappointed. It was really thin... and it looked a little bit too greasy also. I take a bite and eat my words. So tasty. So freaking good. Just the best flavor! I just went to this place tonight, and I can confidently say that I will not be returning. In fact, my experience at this location was so poor that I don't even think I will go to the Monroe St. location either. 1. When my partner was ordering his beer (Sam Adams Nitro Stout), our waitress admitted that he did not know what a pint was in terms of drink measurement. When she brought the beer out, it was the wrong beer entirely: she brought a shandy. I had previously assumed one would have to know at least something about beers to work efficiently in a bar, but I guess not. 2. Waitress pulled massive attitude with me concerning my drink. Which, if I can sidebar real quick: what kind of bar serves Pepsi and not Coke? It's Jack and Coke, not Jack and Pepsi. Anyway, I'm playing Mario on the TV mounted to the wall, and waitress sounds noticeably agitated by the fact that I'm engrossed in a video game. Mind you, I'm one of four people at the table AND I had already ordered my drink with her, she just forgot to get it for me. Also, the bar is an arcade bar; you're going to walk up to people playing a video game and they may not look at you while they order. 3. Speaking of the bar self-describing as an arcade bar, is that a joke? I appreciate the fact that I can play like, maybe 3-5 games that are worth anything at all for free, but otherwise I'm not certain the target demographic is being kept in mind. Or perhaps the better question is, what is the target demographic? I'm a video game junkie that thoroughly enjoys the idea of an arcade bar. This did not do anything for me. Instead of being surrounded by people with whom I share interests, I am surrounded by country music and dude bros. Could I feel any more uncomfortable at a venue that states that it caters to my interests? Nothing about this bar should be named Reset, as obviously the most important highlight of the venue is the volleyball field... 4. Can we talk for a moment about how flipping awkward it is to go outside from inside the bar? Seriously. First I have to go to the bar inside and ask to get a plastic cup so I can transfer my beverage into it, as they serve your drinks in glass cups indoors, but you can't take those cups outdoors because of the sand. Bartender idly tosses flimsy plastic cup at me, kthx. Then I go to the back door and barely have enough room to get out because I am caged in like an animal in what feels like a back alley, which is quite literally filled with trash and empty kegs, and I'm supposed to believe that's the desired route for patrons to take to the outdoor portion of the venue? It felt so unlike I was still in part of that bar that I worried I was doing something illegal by walking outside with alcohol in my hand. 5. Last, I only ordered one appetizer, but even that was just like, I don't even know... I've never had pretzel BITES anywhere. Hard to hold, hard to dip, and the cheese was underwhelming. 6. Actually, you know what, not last. I cannot stress enough how (insert expletive) my waitress was, how bad the serve was. Look, let me give you the highlights: - My friend asked for another beer, waitress said no, then giggled and said yeah. I asked my friend if she knew the girl personally, friend said no, and seemed bothered by waitress's candor. - After beer was mentioned to be wrong, politely mind you, waitress copped bad attitude for the rest of the evening: "Here's your drink! Look, I didn't even make a mistake this time!" - "See, when people are nice, they'll get the right drink! And quickly, too!" - Friend lost her phone inside the bar, had to used Find My iPhone to locate device. Phone was behind the bar. We were the only patrons inside the bar at that time. Wait staff made NO ATTEMPT to locate the owner of the phone. In fact, once I made friend's phone make sonar noise, my party had to ASK FOR THE PHONE. We were obviously looking for a phone... - After first drink, party went to games for some playtime. Waitress came up and told me long winded story about how she was being asked to go home so she had to close our tab with her but by no means we were being kicked out. I've been at other bars in my life, other restaurants, and I've been there during shift change. I've never had to close a tab or pay my bill until I was done, not when they were. - Waitress rushed us on paying bill: "I'm honestly not trying to rush you, but I -REALLY- have to go!" - Waitress hovered over us as we all signed our slips so she could grab them quickly. - Waitress's way of saying goodbye: "Be careful driving out there! You gotta watch out for the crazies! Unless you ARE one of the crazies, then forget what I just said!" I mean, is it possible for me to rate 0 out of 5 stars? Seriously. The staff was nice and the food was prepared quickly. Our drinks were also arrived quickly. The games are a nice touch for the kids to keep them busy but they can't be in there after 7pm. Overall we were pleased with everything except the food options. There were enough different food options but not a lot to choose from if that makes sense. They had a lot of the same thin to offer. Absolute worst service I've ever experienced. I ordered 2 different drinks and 4 shots ALL of which I couldn't even choke down. It was ok. The pizza was better than I was expecting after reading some of the reviews here. Beer was $2-$5 range. The reason this wasn't a better experience was that so many of the games didn't work well. They have about 20-25 games. Many had joystick or button issues. Takeout Cameo pizza... Great addition to an overloaded Perrysburg pizza market. Ordered via the phone and picked up in 20 minutes. Great pizza and great crust... So tired of the normal suspects, this is my new favorite in the area. Try the chicken, bacon, ranch pizza (the kids devoured it). The inside looked pretty busy for 6:30p on a Tuesday night, but other than that I cannot support nor deny the other reviews of bad service. My takeout experience was as expected. read more
