I hadn't heard of the shop before visiting, and we went because there was a sale. They apparently had some water damage in January and just had opened back up... and wanted to release some of the damaged and unfinished clothes for discounted prices. First I need to mention that the management and owner were standing outside and greeting everyone, chatting with them. I heard the full story of how this place came about, and the struggles they went through during covid and the rain. Just a great group of people running the shop and you really root for them to succeed. I bought two t-shirts, a sweatshirt and a hat. It has become my favorite pieces of clothing. The shirts are comfortable but thick material, and don't hug you in an unflattering way. They fit so well. I will definitely come back once they have a new round of inventory to check out their stuff.

I thought it was just a regular surplus clothing store based on the outside. They have a lot for guys but not much for girls so I couldn't find anything in my size. I didn't have time to order another one, so I went all over--to Men's Wearhouse, Friar Tux, and Macy's--but couldn't find the right tuxedo the same day at a reasonable price. Before giving up, I called Hollywood Suits to ask if they had tuxedos available. I was lucky that Oscar answered my call. He went out of his way to text me photos of what they had in stock. I went over about four hours before my event, and they had several great options. Oscar helped me find the right size, and they even offer alterations right in the back for an additional fee. I found a tuxedo in about 15 minutes, and they altered the pants in 30 minutes. They truly saved the day.

His roommate has been bugging him to come here for a long time so we came over. It's on Hollywood Boulevard, which is very touristy. The sales person with the black hair and beard was super helpful and patient. He styled a whole bunch of variations with the ties and shirts. We ended up getting like three shirts and three ties and he threw a couple freebies in which was great. The only issue is that it was a longer process in general. And we didn't see pricing on any of the items so we should've asked. And I think some of the shirts that we bought were a different price online. I'm not 100% sure but definitely ask as you go through the process. Street parking. There's no returns on the item so you better love them. We appreciate it that he let us try on several dress shirts to find the right fit. My son had a good experience. Overall, it was reasonably priced. I'm not 100% sure if the dress shirts we bought are a cotton blend or 100% cotton, but we were advised not to dry them too long as they were machine washable.

As Nathan J. said, there are some very unique looking clothes here and if I had the money I would have bought a couple of dresses and cute dangly earrings ($2.99 a pair!!) If you aren't sure whether or not the clothes will fit, fear not. There's a couple of changing stalls in the back of the store! If you aren't ready to step away from your fashion comfort zone, they also have some fedoras and knit hats too. And be sure to check out the shelves for some awesome looking mango wood handicrafts.

I had just left Victoria's Secret, where I obviously spent much more than the little item I was going to buy from Marshalls. Anyway, the employee named Antonio made me so uncomfortable by falsely accusing me of trying to steal, and humiliated me. He even said "we have cameras" and I was like well that's great, check them, because you'll see I didn't steal anything or "switch tags." I asked to speak with a Manager and informed her what happened. She apologized about it. It was a terrible experience and made me not want to go to that store again.
