I hadn't heard of the shop before visiting, and we went because there was a sale. They apparently had some water damage in January and just had opened back up... and wanted to release some of the damaged and unfinished clothes for discounted prices. First I need to mention that the management and owner were standing outside and greeting everyone, chatting with them. I heard the full story of how this place came about, and the struggles they went through during covid and the rain. Just a great group of people running the shop and you really root for them to succeed. I bought two t-shirts, a sweatshirt and a hat. It has become my favorite pieces of clothing. The shirts are comfortable but thick material, and don't hug you in an unflattering way. They fit so well. I will definitely come back once they have a new round of inventory to check out their stuff.

Pricing on things like Demonias wasnt a huge issue for me since id much rather buy from a place like this and give my money to them than buy from bigger name brand places like Hot Topic but also any problematic places like Dolls kill and Demonias. I didn't have time to order another one, so I went all over--to Men's Wearhouse, Friar Tux, and Macy's--but couldn't find the right tuxedo the same day at a reasonable price. Before giving up, I called Hollywood Suits to ask if they had tuxedos available. I was lucky that Oscar answered my call. He went out of his way to text me photos of what they had in stock. I went over about four hours before my event, and they had several great options. Oscar helped me find the right size, and they even offer alterations right in the back for an additional fee. I found a tuxedo in about 15 minutes, and they altered the pants in 30 minutes. They truly saved the day.

There was absolutely no interest in being helpful or even showing basic courtesy. He spoke as though he knew everything, your opinion didn't matter, and simply asking questions was an inconvenience. What really summed up the entire attitude was essentially being told, "If you don't like what you see, you can leave" and being given a "buy it or leave" type of ultimatum. There's a difference between being direct and treating customers with complete disrespect. The arrogance and condescending attitude were completely unnecessary and made the entire experience incredibly unpleasant. Some of the worst customer service I've experienced. If this is how customers are treated here, I would strongly recommend taking your business somewhere that actually understands basic professionalism and respect.

As Nathan J. said, there are some very unique looking clothes here and if I had the money I would have bought a couple of dresses and cute dangly earrings ($2.99 a pair!!) If you aren't sure whether or not the clothes will fit, fear not. There's a couple of changing stalls in the back of the store! If you aren't ready to step away from your fashion comfort zone, they also have some fedoras and knit hats too. And be sure to check out the shelves for some awesome looking mango wood handicrafts.

There are many cute and nice items here but the customer service is lacking. The other day, an…read moreemployee falsely accused me of stealing. I was not stealing or planning to steal in any way. I had just left Victoria's Secret, where I obviously spent much more than the little item I was going to buy from Marshalls. Anyway, the employee named Antonio made me so uncomfortable by falsely accusing me of trying to steal, and humiliated me. He even said "we have cameras" and I was like well that's great, check them, because you'll see I didn't steal anything or "switch tags." I asked to speak with a Manager and informed her what happened. She apologized about it. It was a terrible experience and made me not want to go to that store again.
