I had two appointments with him before my surgery and he did a camera up my nose along with a CT scan of my sinuses. I had previously gotten surgery on my deviated septum in July of 2017 and wasn't exactly thrilled will the results of the procedure done at the Cleveland Clinic. After the procedure at the Cleveland Clinic I could still on breathe out of the right side of my nose, somewhat better just not ideal. The doctor I had at the Cleveland Clinic never did a ct scan on my sinuses or put the camera up my nose. He basically looked up my nose and was like you need surgery. Michael Gaugler is one of the best doctors and a great surgeon. Though I only had my procedure yesterday's it's clear there is a night and day difference between some doctors. He also cleaned out my sinuses behind my cheeks and eyes, which from his indication was not done during my previous procedure at the CC. I'm very pleased Thanks again Dr. Gaugler.

The doctor we saw was awesome,very friendly and asked question after question and explained to us what was actually going on with my ears. He also gave me an option. When she went to remove them in the evening, the hearing aid had fallen off and just the receiver was hanging in her ear. After countless calls we were told that they nor the manufacturers would do anything. When I talk to a manager and told her I would post the situation on social media, she threatened to do the same to our family business. She said she could FIND out our business name. When I posted on social media a random stranger kept bantering me and calling me a liar. I looked up the person on Facebook and they were an employee of Holly's hearing aids in a neighboring city. Not giving up I called the CEO of the manufacture and they said they would send a new one after hearing my story. Unfortunately they had to send it to Holly's. I was called and told I had to come with my mom to pick it up. When I told them it wouldn't be me because my sister handled my mom's appointments, they said it had to be me because I was my mom's power of attorney. Without ME they were REFUSING to give my mom the hearing aid. I called my attorney and he said this was false. In the meantime someone from Holly's called my mom to pick it up. My sister took her the day before they told me I had to be there, so their staff didn't realize their mistake. We own a business and we always stand behind our product and service. I thought this was a mom and pop local business, but it is not. Every aspect of my interaction with Hollys was unprofessional and appalling.

Last week he saw my 8 year old son at Macedonia location, he put him at ease and answered my questions to my satisfaction. The front desk ladies were not warm at all. After waiting for 40 min, they didn't offer to put TV on or paper & pen to my 8 year old who was moving around bored waiting to see the Dr. The receptionist didn't have a smile on her face, she looked tense! I will still keep seeing Dr Brown and recommend him without reservation to all friends and patients looking for a competent ENT specialist. He is one of the best in town.
