The Well House at Lamson Mansion was a huge surprise to me! Located in Tremont, I had passed this…read moreunique and beautiful historical building multiple times while en route to some of my favorite coffee shops. The Well House offers everything from massage, to facials, to halotherapy and more advanced cosmetic medical services. I assumed they were more of a serious medical spa, but they do offer traditional spa services. A friend had suggested trying a B12 shot to potentially improve some health issues I had been having. I booked easily online for a 5-minute B12 injection with nurse practitioner Mikayla. It will ask you to book for 15 minutes, but know you'll be in and out! Mikayla was approachable, warm and made me very comfortable. I would easily recommend her if she is available at booking for any future services you might need. The Well House is a really interesting historical building. It combines old roots with modern touches and the owner continues to put a lot of effort into the maintenance of the space. They have multiple floors including a halotherapy room! For accessibility purposes, an elevator is available for use. If you're a consistent high-end spa goer, they do offer membership packages. Overall, I had an extremely positive experience here and can't recommend them enough!

The next day I noticed one side was longer than the other and the layers were extremely choppy. Nothing was blended together, and it looked heavy in some parts and other parts were thinned out. To make matters worse when I got home from my haircut I noticed there was a major hair dye stain on the back of my shirt. I had gone straight to the salon after work and now a pretty expensive work shirt is ruined. The owner refunded my haircut and gave me tips to get the dye out of the shirt but didn't offer anything else to comp the ruined shirt.

I have been wanting to find a go to nail salon that is good quality and actually cares. I have been…read moreto other salons in the area that seem to just get as many customers as possible and lack in quality. One of the reasons I chose to try this place out is that they have online booking lol. This location is nice with good parking in the Marc's plaza. It has a seating area inside. There are a ton of color options to choose from. The reason for not 5 stars is that the place could use a little TLC ... ceilings especially where one is missing and one is half falling. Also there were bandaids on cabinets...? The workers were both so nice. I was taken immediately to choose colors and begin. I did the Gel Spa Manicure for $50 including an exfoliating scrub and lotion massage. It was so relaxing. Kim did a really good job and took her time to make sure everything looked good from the filing, cuticles, to the amount of gel layers I wanted, and at the end she made sure there was no jagged edges and if so filed it nicely. The prices are unbeatable, especially with the food service. I'm excited to go back.

She completely botched my sisters hair, so bad that she had to get it redone . Even after that I decided to book with her again for a touch up on Thursday 4/13 at 4:45 pm , I showed up at 4:47 pm and was told she could not take me because I was late and she had other clients . I understand I was not on the dot, but I just found it really ridiculous considering I've always tipped her very well. And don't get me started on the front desk.... even worse! They do no peform confirmation calls and over all they just have an attitude , and they are the one messing up the scheduling. I'm told my appointment is at one time from their receptionist Hope via text message , and then when I show up I'm told another thing by Vanessa. Get it together envy salon !!!!

Erika is very skilled and thorough, and friendly. Not once did I have to wait for a personal phone call, a co-worker yakk session, or any other shenanigans. I will definitely go back to Envy. The 4-star review is in reference to the receptionist, who could stand to be a little more friendly. But overall, I am quite happy and my nails look fancy!
