But after many "I am sorry" and "thank you for your patience" I finally took it to Computer Fixx in Eden Prairie. John explained that they have several possible ways to get the files recovered and get the computer going again. After a day and a half, John called and said the computer was ready. They had checked the computer over completely. They found that Lenovo had put the incorrect mother board in and some of the other configurations were also incorrect. John and his team get a FIVE PLUS rating from me for both their honesty and speed in which they fixed the computer.
