All the tech had to do was replace the battery, but he had no Mac experience. This man said I opened up the computer and did this damage. Pricey but worth it, our store computer wasn't turning on and the tech figured out what was wrong with it in less than 5 minutes. Saved me a whole lot of time and hassle especially since we need our computer to run our business. For the other person that gave a bad review, our tech was calling from Florida so they may have had to send your hard drive to another state to be fixed.
