For both emergencies and maintenance, I have found Anderson Plumbing and Flux Electric to be my go to professionals. I discovered them five years ago when they sent Mark Petty of Anderson Plumbing to resolve some significant plumbing issues in my residence. Glad I did. Not only is Mark a wonderful person but he's a total professional. He is knowledgeable beyond anyone I've met in this field. He is a problem solver. Since then, I have met a number of the plumbers and electricians with Anderson Plumbing and Flux Electric. Both Flux and Anderson have served me well. There's not a problem that they cannot handle. Recently I signed up for the maintenance program for my Generac with Flux. The staff they sent out were very knowledgeable, professional, and very congenial. They answered all my questions while servicing my Generac. Top-notch electricians. I highly recommend both Anderson Plumbing and Flux Electric as your go to contractors to resolve your plumbing and electrical issues. You will not regret it. Tim S. Like Share Edit your review

Got a second opinion from another company and it turns out the only thing that needed to be replaced was the ECM motor, nothing else was actually broken. No need to replace the furnace at this time. They quoted me 17k for all new units. Outrageous. Replaced just the ECM motor and it was $1500 with an honest company. Pretty sure because I'm a woman that seems like she wouldn't know what they're doing they tried to take advantage of the situation.

Very disappointed with this company's military discount policy. We were told that we would not…read morereceive the military discount simply because the service was being performed at an investment property. Military service should simply be honored for what it is. There shouldn't be additional conditions or hangups based on what type of property a veteran owns. We served in the military regardless of whether the plumbing service is needed at our primary residence or a property we own and rent out. We aren't even making a profit on this property, but more importantly, that shouldn't be the determining factor. If a company chooses to offer a military discount as a way of recognizing someone's service, then that recognition shouldn't change based on whether the customer owns an investment property. I found this policy disappointing and, personally, a poor business practice.

Although they didn't *actually* come out to work on my plumbing (my pipes froze and broke from that…read moreepic Deep Freeze in January 2 weeks ago and I've been without water since) - they stood me up and cost me 4 hours of leave time - they seem like really nice people. Anna, who answers the phone, was very nice. I just am not up to playing plumber games, where they say they'll be out at a specific time, and then they aren't. They don't call when they are actually on the way, and they show up after you've called to reschedule because it's after the latest time they said they'd be here, and you're now into overtime pay - and with no face mask in these covid times. I can't deal with having to take **multiple days** off from work - and possibly losing my job - over a broken pipe. I especially can't deal with the modern practice of plumbers sending someone out to do an "estimate", but not to fix anything, and then scheduling an appointment to come out and do the work - forcing the customer to take off multiple times from work. That's just so wrong. I hope this was an aberration and not a common practice with Giesbrecht. What happened to: call the plumber, the plumber comes out and DOES THE WORK and gives you a bill and you pay? Done and done? ONE day off from work, one day of stress and anxiety and fear, and it's over? I'm sure the Giesbrechts are wonderful people. I'm also fairly sure they are good plumbers. I just can't deal with being stood up. I won't get any more time off from work until late MAY. So I guess I will have to live without water for all of March and April, and most (or maybe even all) of May. But don't let my anxieties and stress reflect on them. It's a bad time all around. They're doing their best, and I'm a hot mess, without water.

Tim is exactly the kind of contractor every homeowner hopes to find…read more When we bought our home, the inspector found condensation in the crawl space and warned us about the risk of mold. They suggested we hire an electrician to install a dehumidifier. That's how we originally called Tim, just to put in an outlet. But when I found out it would involve cutting into the house, I wasn't comfortable with that approach. What stood out about Tim right away is that he didn't just dive into the task--he took a step back to really understand what we were trying to solve. He listened carefully, and instead of rushing to do what was asked, he gave us thoughtful advice. Tim explained that what we truly needed wasn't just an outlet or a quick fix, but French drains to properly address the moisture and drainage problem. It was clear he was an expert in many areas, not just electrical work. Tim and his team of three worked diligently for three days. They were quiet, respectful, and incredibly thorough. Honestly, we often forgot they were even there because they were so mindful of our space. The work was done steadily and with such attention to detail that the results are better than anything the house originally came with. We are so thankful to have found such an intelligent, trustworthy person. Tim will be our first call for any future projects--we couldn't be happier with his work.

He was so professional and polite. Very thorough! Very knowledge---walked me through everything and explained everything is such easy-to-understand detail. He made me feel encouraged that this company is honest and employs honest people. I initially was looking to get a dryer vent cleaning, a unit cleaning, and an antimicrobial fogging. He did a full inspection of all the things I was looking to have done and was honest about the services that I didn't need so I wouldn't be spending money unnecessarily (although he offered to still do them if I still desired them). He showed me how to clean my dryer vent out for the future---with the way our stuff is set up, it's very easy for us to do. He showed me video of all the vents and informed/showed me a vent that needed to be repaired and he then laid out my options for me to decide what I wanted done. He then looked to see if he could crawl under the house to reach and repair the vent. He gave me lots of great tips for creating more efficiency in our home and how to keep our air in good quality as well. Kianoosh carefully and attentively listened to everything I told him and all the various problems I mentioned with our system and air flow to various parts of the house, and he really took care to address and attempt to fix each one, and if it wasn't something that could be fixed same day (i.e. large repairs and installations), he made sure to inform me of all the options---he showed such care and impeccable active listening skills! He also asked to borrow some water from the tap for one of the machines and some water spilled on the floor and he offered to use the shop car to clean up the water. He was so respectfully of our home and being in our home. Truly Kianoosh was an incredible representative of Interstate Heating & Conditioning company.
