This dude changed a toilet and threw the old toilet in front of my house claiming that the city will pick it up, 10 days later I complained and he had to come back and pick it up. Moreover he is pissed off that we didn't allow him to just leave the toilet behind in the neighborhood "TWICE"!!, which is something that he might be doing in his other jobs for those who are unfortunate to do business with him "check his work" even after he leaves the house. Airco sent a "project manager" (Steiger Hart) to the residence to "inspect" the area where the water heater was going to be placed. The project manager informed the resident that the area was not up to code (LIES) and recommended purchasing several things to bring it up to code (emergency shutoff valve, hammer arrestors, expansion tank, safety drain pan, new combustion- pvc piping, and a gas drip leg). When I asked for an itemized price list, I was told their system packages everything together and he couldn't provide an itemized bill. The only service that receives an itemized bill is HVAC. RED FLAG!! The home was built in 2016 and according to the plumber we actually hired, EVERYTHING IS WITHIN CODE. Airco wanted to charge $1744 for install and code upgrades. Then proceeded to try to convince the resident to purchase a hot water heater from Airco because theirs are manufactured better . We paid a local plumber (small family owned business) $250 to install the hot water heater and replace the hoses. This company lacks integrity, clearly overcharges, and tries to upsell the customer. DO NOT USE THEM!!! Before you respond lying saying you couldn't find an account using my name listed in the review, I have emails for your "project manager" and Lowe's.

I was relieved he didn't try to sell me a new water heater when all I needed help with was relighting my pilot light. I tried for an entire day and it wouldn't catch. I kept seeing the spark but it wouldn't light. I almost got same-day service, which is impressive when I called at 2pm, but traffic delayed him and instead we scheduled for 8am the next morning. He was here 10 minutes early and it took him less than 20 minutes to resolve the issue. Again, instead of jumping straight to buying new equipment, he first offered a band-aid solution if the problem came back since a new water heater is expensive. Upon looking up the actual cost of the faucet (which they did not consult this is what was actually wanted), it is nowhere near $1,000. What are you hiding? The fact that you're overcharging for service fees? They believe they can get away with this because the customer is a senior. The customer signed a contract because she trusted them to take care of her. Shame on them for taking advantage of older Oklahomans.
