Bob did a patio cover for my mom that blew off in a storm. First it took him months to even start the job. Then he finally came to do the work, the patio itself is okay but... He did not flash the roof correctly to the new cover, as a result she has leaking inside the home that has caused mold and her front door to swell and not close properly. I called him to let him know about it and he said the door was "old' and that he would call her to come and take a look, he never called. She has called him several times and no call back. He does not stand by his work! You can see daylight between the two roofs and he even messed up the homes flashing so now it leaks inside! Now she has had to hire a roofer that needs to correct his mistakes and a door company to replace the door. My mom is 90 years old on a fixed income and been dealing with this ordeal for 2 years now. When I spoke to him about the job he said well the deck he built the cover on was old, why would you build a heavy roof over an old deck? Why not put new supports in the ground? Do yourself a favor and hire someone else. read more
