The home was delivered in unsanitary condition (used hygiene items, rusted razors, debris left behind). We were told to email proof -- we did -- and never received a response. We were also promised a cleaning voucher that was never provided. Shortly after move-in, the AC stopped working. It took 3 days of repeated calls and indoor temperatures over 85°F before it was finally fixed. Now we are dealing with a sewer backup where wastewater is filling the bathtub and shower and affecting toilet function. We were told this is "not an emergency" and to wait -- despite this being a clear health hazard. We have contacted multiple representatives (Jason, Rhonda Brown, Mary, Terry, etc.) and sent multiple emails with no follow-up. Under Oklahoma tenant law, landlords are required to maintain safe, sanitary, and habitable conditions. This has not been met. At nearly $1,900/month, the lack of response, unsafe conditions, and failure to address serious maintenance issues is unacceptable. Proceed with caution when renting from this company.
