The team was always available, responsive, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Negotiating repairs and contractors during the contract negotiations was very professionally handled. Colleen and Todd were amenable to selling our home within certain boundaries we required: did not list till we had moved out, did not display certain features of the home on the Internet for security reasons, did not push on upgrades we would not recover the expense, and allowed us to close from a remote location. A special commendation for their preferred foundation contractor who expedited foundation repairs. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Colleen Frost Realtors.

Regrettably, you can't trust State Farm claims; When asked about a simple condo policy where water…read moredamage liability came from another State Farm insured; I contacted my agents office with questions about how to handle a situation where things were not going smoothly with the other homeowners contracted repairs; asking if I could just claim on my own policy and let State Farm handle getting my deductible back with assurances that it was "no problem"; only in the end to have dismissive and uncaring "you got a problem between you and your HOA" after claims seemingly knowing there was going to be a "subrogation" clause pulled the rabbit out of their hat; oopsie; sorry we should not have told you that. I have been a customer of State Farm for over 40 years; this is over a 1k deductible I should have been able to get back from the other State Farm insured; but no; games... Mike Warren himself has always been a great agent; I'm just sad that I did what his staff suggested; only later to have it blow up in my face.
