Every time I tried to discuss the fact that their truck backs down the street for 5-6 house lengths at 6:30am she kept turning the conversation to she can't do anything about the time they pickup, and Residential pickup time can start as early as 4am. I told her I am not dense, I know you can't control the pickup time, the problem is the driver being lazy and backing all the way down the street beeping all the way at 6:30am. I told her if Home Depot can driveway down the street and turn their huge delivery truck around, so can their driver. There is no need to be blaring that back up alarm for the length of 5-6 houses at that early hour. I asked to speak to the owner of the business and her response was, since I was NOT a customer, she wouldn't let me speak to the owner. Wtf?

I explained that I did not have it set up that way, I only had it set up for automatic payments. In the past this has happened before and they just reversed the payments no big deal. Not this time after her going on and on, how it must be my fault, etc. then she informed me they could give the money back but it would take 8-10 weeks. Seriously? It was still pending in my account. I said OK do whatever you need to do, she puts me on hold and then tells since the name on the account is my sons since he rents the house she needs to talk to him. I just gave up then.
