It was my fault that I didn't remember to put my cans out for pick-up...a serious family situation…read morecaused me to have my mind elsewhere then putting the cans, but I now know they could care less, because it was not their problem. I called to explain why and was told that the truck had to come down the street to pick up my garbage. The truck comes down this street every week, because there about 5 blocks of this street. Not sure why I'm paying for a service I didn't get. I guess I should have called and told them, I was going to forget to put the cans out because i was going to have a family emergency. What a rip-off!! Too bad it's the only game in town!
