I feel compelled to take the time to write this post. I have been in business for almost 15 years…read moreand I always try to be honest and fair, and realize I can't make everyone happy.... But I have always been professional. I just want to share my experience at ATC's ... Because reading some of these reviews.... I think it's important to share how Tim has been nothing but professional, extremely knowledgeable, but most importantly honest. My computer crashed when I was preparing for a lecture. My plug in no longer worked, and multiple viruses slowed my computer to a hault! With the lecture only two weeks away. Tim repaired my computer and replaced the entire screen and shell of the computer because I damaged mine. But instead of having to buy a brand new item. He had a refurbished laptop frame that was practically brand new at a steal of a deal! His honesty is what I value most. When I came to pay for the cost, it was less then what he estimated !!! So i get my computer back a week later , and I accidentally sat on the laptop and fractured the monitor! Lol, but seriously , Tim rushed ordered a new screen in two days and installed it for me for free. I just paid for the screen itself! Now that's honesty! And I was able to give my lecture to my colleagues! So Tim, thank you for all you do, you have a loyal customer and I will be referring my colleagues and friends to you Thank you Joe

This is how the owner talks to his customers. As the owner, I must reiterate that we are appointment-only and not open to the public. Today's slots were booked in December, and we cannot accommodate walk-ins or same-day requests. I have already provided approximately three hours of uncharged work in good faith. Our hours, availability, and policies have been clearly communicated multiple times. Continuing to argue or challenge them needs to stop. If this continues, I will need to begin charging for my time, and I may have to discontinue our engagement in charge you for the time spent. As the owner, I've already informed you that your item will be ready for pickup on Monday. If you continue to contact me or pursue this matter further before then, I will begin charging for the approximately three hours of uncharged time I have already provided. You have been warned. Any reply to this message other than "Sounds good, see you Monday" will result in me instituting that charge immediately. Please respect this boundary. I would not recommend anyone to use this company ever.

First and foremost, No Dinx knows customer service in and out. Phenomenal people working there. I…read morewill say though, I was once waiting on my wrap one day and was privy to a staff meeting. I heard a female manager being very demeaning to her employees. So my review. I am the owner of a vehicle that was wrapped in 3M Matte Black by No Dinx. The wrap looks amazing from a distance, but up close there were some glaring problems. Mostly, the wrap was letting up in a lot of areas in the beginning. Disclaimer, this is apparently common, I won't dispute that. I had to take it in twice to try and correct the problems and address some other issues with cracking due to the wrap being placed over sensors. Eighteen months later, the wrap is nearly completely failing at its edges. I've taken it to a wrap company in the new area I live in and was told the way the wrap was done was "lazy." This was because the wrap was layed over sensors, the hatch and mirrors were done in sections, razor scratches in the paint from trimming, and of course, the wrap was majorly peeling back in some areas, like quarter panel cameras, most of the door handles, rear hatch and hood. Mind you, this car is garage-kept and almost exclusively hand washed. Don't get me wrong, these guys are great and friendly. But the work done was not, over time, what I would have expected for $5,000. I've since removed the wrap completely and am having another company rewrap the car soon.

If you are considering having No Dinx create an original logo or other artwork as part of your…read moreproject, be advised that they will charge you extra $ for "design time" if you want the digital art file, despite this language they use on their artwork proof sheet: "No Dinx has included up to 4 hours of design time for this project." "All designs are joint property of No Dinx and the client." I understand that this seems to be standard practice, but I have worked with a number of clients over the last 20+ years who have run into a misunderstanding with No Dinx and other design shops in the region on this issue, and I believe the company should use more transparent language in their documentation to avoid this confusion. There has got to be an eloquent way of saying, "we want you to only buy stuff from us, so if you want the artwork you paid us to create, you're going to have to pay for it again." A lot of my clients have been unsuccessful in acquiring their artwork from No Dinx, and have been forced to pay me to recreate their logo instead. I also believe that if a client pays for design time, the client is the primary owner of their artwork file(s), and the designer's role after payment is to provide that artwork to the client at no additional cost. That's how I have always done things in my 20+ years in the graphic design business (especially for a non-profit organization!). You paid me for a logo, and therefore that logo belongs to you, not me. No Dinx does quality design and production work, but I don't expect them to change their business practices over this one review. This is one issue to be mindful of if there is a potential desire/need to have your artwork appear on a product from another source.
