The room could have been cleaner. As there was cobwebs on the walls and the table and chairs were dusty. There were dead bugs in the light covers that were overhead. Erin, the massage therapist was awesome, it was very relaxing and she even offered me a towel at the end for the shower. At the end of my visit, I went to the front desk to pay, and the staff was unfriendly, and gave me two envelopes to tip the therapist and guest services. The tip for guest services is for those at the front desk that pour a beverage for you and show you to the hot tub. Personally, I thought this was a very tacky gesture for guest services to request a tip. Upon leaving the grounds, I noticed that the grass had not been mowed in awhile and was turning yellow. I would have given this review less stars but the friendly and attentive massage therapist made up for the poor customer service at the front desk.
