Last time I went there for a new headset I told them my problem and they told me to get this brand new Hyper X Cloud headset which is top of the line and everyone there uses it, this was a complete waste of $80. It worked for a week and then all of a sudden the microphone decided to start making a constant vibrating sound. Now I can either play without a mic or I can use the mic and not only have my ears ring from the noise, but every person in the game chat also reminds me every second of how bad my mic and headset is. So if I keep my microphone in I usually tend to end up getting muted by everyone or kicked from a lobby. And this is not thr only one that has done this. I bought a $120 turtle beach a couple years ago from this story and I had the same issue. Surprisingly I can get a good gaming headset from any other store that sells it except for this gamestop in particular.
