Went here with my kids & husband on a Saturday afternoon and it was packed. There were more people…read morethan there were things to do. People would park themselves on the arcade games so that no one outside their group could get a turn. Since several of the nicer arcade games were not working, that meant we had to wait for a looooong time to play the newer games. The staff called the laser tag waitlist out of order so people who signed up after us were let before us. This was our first time here so I had questions about how things worked and the staff seemed uninterested in answering those questions. They also seemed frazzled (I don't blame them) by the throngs of people and therefore unable to maintain order. The food & drinks are 100% junk food and of course one can't bring in outside food or drinks so you're stuck with their selections of sugar, corn syrup, grease, and more sugar & corn syrup. We spent nearly $100 for Bodacious passes, games that don't take passes, and junk food. I wouldn't go here again based on this experience, but my kids will surely talk me into it.

This, plus other maintenance and customer service issues, show that the people in charge don't care at all about the building's safety or customers. The got rid of the $30 all day deal which was the only reason it was worth driving an hour out of the way to go to this derelict carcass of a venue. I've seen injuries every time I've been here it's a wonder they have been sued into oblivion yet.

From the food, service and ambiance, it was a great first visit! They do not serve alcohol and that was a plus for us. No rowdiness at all. They rent the pool table by the hour and that is reserved for you until you check out! Great little gem tucked away in Foscoe! Highly recommend.

The service was nice and attentive. It definitely is a smaller mom and pop type of restaurant but very fun! The TVs had good variety of Olympics and College basketball playing on them so you can catch whatever game or event you want to watch. Now on to the food! To start we got the onion rings. They were cooked very well and I liked the breading of them. I do wish they came with some house dipping sauce or maybe a spicy ranch just to dip them in. They do have ketchup to use but I just feel with onion rings you need some type of spicy ranch or aioli dip with them. Now onto the Fries! I love me some crinkle cut fries and once I saw they had them I needed to get them! They are pillowy with a slight crunch on the outside. They have salt and pepper at the tables to use I do like a bit of old bay or something of that nature on crinkle cut fries that would be my only critique. Now Burger time! I got a patty melt which had onions, cheese burger patty and I put mayo on it. I enjoyed it a lot I do wish the onions weren't red onions and that they would've been caramelized. But the burger itself was seasoned and cooked to perfection! The bread it was on as well was a good rye bread and blended well with everything. The hamburger with jalapeños was good as-well the only critique on that would be the bun. If it had a different bun it would take it to the next level I think. For playing Pool they charge by the hour I believe and the prices were very good! Overall a great little spot to go chill and eat while watching or playing pool and not having to burn a hole in your wallet! I would definitely recommend!

The kids love riding the big train, although the loud whistle scared the little one this year. But we had noise-canceling headphones, as a just-in-case, so all was well. The kids are still little and really enjoy the activities up at the top. We had a stroller, so took the free shuttle to the top, rather than the skylift. The mine train, gem mining, and the little-kid rides were a big hit. Feeding the animals (goats, llamas, deer, emus) is always super fun, too. Before you enter the animal area, you can buy ice cream cones filled with animal feed ($1 a cone). Once you've handed out all the feed, then you break the cone apart and feed it. We bought 3 cones; could probably have used a 4th. The animals were all very friendly and gentle. Even one of the llamas came over for some feed; they are usually a bit aloof. Look forward to coming back!

There were several rides and activities geared toward kids, which made it a nice family outing. The train itself is very loud for little ones, so that's something to keep in mind, but overall the kids loved it and had a good time. For a family of 5, tickets for the train (which includes admission and all the rides) is pretty costly.
