Loved our first time here we got the $60 card and played for 2 hours on it. Lots of good games and prizes are very nice we decided to save up for a better prize. The claw machines were a bit of a let down. We have been to arcade were the claw actually clamps and you can win multiple items. No prizes kinda of a waste of money. Came in with a party of 8 for bowling. They were able to get us 2 lanes. We had 4 adults and 4 kids. Cool place they have it all arcade, laser tag, bowling, food, ice cream shop, and full bar. Not the cheapest for sure. Bartender was not too busy but it seemed to take awhile for drinks. read more

We had a fun time here celebrating. This was my first time in Johnson City and my first time at Tiebreakers. When we first arrived, we were seated at a table to order food and drinks. We started out with wings. They were pretty good. Then we ordered pizza, burgers, salmon w/ asparagus and mashed potatoes. I appreciate the options of party food and healthy food. I also had a few green tea shots and a drink that I cant remember the name of, but I have a picture posted. It was good and I love the fruit melody that it comes with. They had so many games. The kiddos enjoyed playing as well as the adults. They had many of the standard arcade games in addition to bowling, axe throwing, vr, and a pinball lounge. With your reloadable card you can get $10-$200 worth of playing. If you are in the area, I would say this is a fun spot to try. We don't have one in Memphis, so I appreciated having a new experience. read more

First time to this adventurous place. Met some friends for dinner on a Friday night then stayed for some games. Appetizers and beer: Loaded Tater Tots and Modelo were both good. Entree: Chicken Parmigiana sandwich with waffle fries. The chicken was fried very dark and crunchy. The fries were flavorless so I asked for salt and pepper. Dipping them in ketchup helped. Philly Cheesesteak sandwich with tater tots. The cheesesteak was a little tough but overall was tasty. Faith , our wonderful waitress, served us with a smile and made sure we had refills when needed. Games: It's like Chuck E Cheese for adults. Great variety of push button, digital, and hands on games both old school and new. Go up to the front desk and choose either bowling or putting money on a game card. Now go have fun. Tickets earned from winning games go directly on your game card. No more little tickets to hide in your pocket. When you are done (or ready) redeem you tickets in the rear of the games section. ******Beware of machine scammmm***** I had over 150 tokens on my card and it's hard to keep count on your card until I realized I got to my last 40 tokens. And I swiped my card twice that was 7 tokens each (14 tokens in total ) and after I realized the machine was reading 20 tokens left (40-14=26 NOT 20) so basically the machine stole 6 tokens that I REALIZED AT THAT TIME. So I'm wondering how many more times they were stealing from us!!!! I know it's hard to keep count of your swipes but beware!!!! There definitely scamming us read more

"BEWARE OF GAME SCAM" I was part of a large company party and all was great until I put 200 tokens in the Wizard of OZ coin game trying to collect the set of cards I needed the ruby slippers and Crystal palace. I didnt realize the first machine screwed me out of the ruby slipper card until I dropped the crystal palace card and the machine didn't dispense into my winnings. I had a technician come over and more less called me a liar and told me they just can't open up the machine and hand out the best cards. He definitely escalated the situation with his cocky attitude. The manager that was there didn't say a word to make it right. read more

I love the idea of this place, what was upsetting was how long it took to get our food. Even our appetizer took 30 min just to come out. It was insane, we love the idea. Just could use a better kitchen lineup. We got there at 5 to eat, we had a reserved bowling game at 6:45... we got done eating at 6:30... it was a bummer. They also could have worked on making a more appealing plate. The food was good, just not great. I give the owners a round of applause, because JC could use more places like this & whoever made this went out of there way to bring more to JC. I'm not upset I just was sharing my 2 cents. Waited over 1.5 hours to be seated for dinner. Told host when we arrived we had small children in the party, we were sat at a high top table that couldn't be provided high chairs for the kids. When we asked for another table we were given smart remarks about this is where we had you seated, gave us a booth which wouldn't accommodate our party and when asked for a second table they said it was already taken, when there is 4 available at the time. Asked for a manager which came and only tried to talk around the situation. We walked out. Games seem to be good overall as we played them for the 1.5 hour wait. Frequent the area and wished for a better experience but more than likely will not return. read more

I recommend this place for not only its amazing arcade games but for its amazing food but it's slightly pricy But you can't put a price on memories. I think this place is amazing. It's food is outstanding. It's your normal bar grill thing it's really nice I've played bowling there. I loved it. You can order food from the bar and then go sit down and bowl. it's amazing. Frustrating experience. Too small for the amount of people in there. We went early before the crowd came and it was still crazy busy. The staff was rude and unhelpful. The games keep breaking and taking your money and when you would ask for a refund they would be rude. The take on a bowling game was fun but the food took an hour to come out and by that time we were finished with the game and wanting to leave. We tried to get a refund and wasn't able to. Yesterday was was my second time coming here. The first time was with a work event and had a decent time with the bowling, which was decently priced with a group discount. However, coming here with my wife and 2 other couples we had a very bad experience. Came here for the bowling and this time got food as well. Service: Took us a little bit to figure out how to order food while we were bowling. The person that took out order opened a tab for us without asking when we just wanted food. So we had to go back at the end of the day and close it (inconvenient). My order and another friend's order came out without dipping sauce. The person that dropped off the food left before we could even tell him. When he came out again we told him and he replied "I just bring out the food. If you have an issue you have to talk to the person that ordered the food." Of course we go back to the bar to try and fix this. 5-6 people were working behind the bar and one person not looking very busy makes eye contact with me and promptly looks away to ignore me. We finally talk to the guy behind the bar that took our order, and he seemed very VERY confused when we simply said that we didn't have dipping sauce. He then promptly got us our dipping sauces, which was good. Bowling: Our lane had technical issues multiple times during our 1 hour. This of course killed the pace of the evening as we had to stop bowling and wait for someone to come and fix the issues. We had to wait a couple minutes each time. The person who was bowling lost their turn and score, which ruined the whole game for them and like-wise for everyone else. Food and Price: very over-priced for what you get. My fried chicken was way too salty. Another friend got tater tots which she said were not very good. Another friend got a pizza that came with no plates or even napkins, so it was very messy, especially with bowling at the same time.
