Scheduling an appointment took about five minutes and he was able to come out quickly with a time that worked for ME...not whenever I could be squeezed in. 2. After calling many different places for quotes-no one seemed to be able to find the right type of windshield for my car. Edit: After finally needing to fully utilize the backseat, I had to pay again to vacuum it all out myself since there was so much glass remaining from their cleaning job. The more I vacuumed the more glass I realized they missed. Made me wonder how much glass cleaning they originally picked up. Disappointing that they didn't clean much of the glass up, rendering the backseat unusable until I did it myself. Overall, the service was professional and timely. I called a couple places at their prices were in line for a window repair for the make and model. With the coupon, it was cheaper and they all have good reviews so I chose this one. They arrived within two days, but I called late in afternoon, so not expected that they could see same or next day. They called me the day of informing me when they planned to come over during the 3 hour slot I was given, and called again when they were here. They took care of cleaning the car and replacing the window without any help from me, which took about 45 minutes. However, the reason for the 3-star review (instead of 5-star) is related to glass cleanup. I called many places and repeatedly asked them if they would come and clean up all of the glass. After inspecting the car after the technician was finished, I commented how there was a decent amount of small glass pieces in the back, and a handful of large glass pieces in the front and back. After disposing the large pieces with my hand, the technician commented that he'd try to clean again but his vacuum isn't strong enough so I'd have to go to a car wash and pay for a vacuuming from them. I have no idea if that's standard practice and/or other businesses would've told me to do that, but that seems contrary to what I was told on the phone. Additionally, he didn't really clean up the glass in the driveway, but instead moved most of it to the nearby dirt so people wouldn't step on it when entering the car. When asked why and how to clean it from there, he mentioned that you could use a broom or a shovel to remove pieces from the ground. For the remaining pieces on the driveway, he assured me that they would not pop the tires. Again, overall, professional and timely service but the glass clean up was defsubpar and that was part of the draw of them coming to you. read more

Recently, I got into an auto accident that resulted in damages that included a shattered front passenger window. I contacted Replacement Auto Glass and spoke with Jason Lowe, the manager. He was very professional and efficient and was able to send one of his technicians to my home the same day. My car window was broken at the sun valley mall which sucked. Luckily replacement auto glass was open on a sunday to take my appointment to replace the glass for my 2016 honda fit. It was nice to see the car get vacuumed out and the window replaced, but seeing tools on top of the car was a big turn off. As an automotive student were told not to put tools on the paint of the car of the customer because it will scratch the paint. I needed a replacement original equipment windshield for my 2013 Acura. I left a message with Replacement Auto Glass, they called back next morning, explained my options, $305 for an OEM windshield installed (PPG/PGW), $1,175 if I wanted one from Acura. I went for the PGW windshield. (Note that PPG sold its glass business to PGW in 2016). Replacement Auto Glass offered to come out that afternoon, but I opted for the next day. They arrived when they said they would, installed the windshield in less than an hour, and I cannot see any difference from the original windshield (except the new one is not cracked!). I am super-happy with these guys, and would recommend them to anyone. read more
