We have a 1950's house with original plumbing, galvanized pipes and cast iron drains. It was time to have it all replaced. Got our 3 estimates and Repipe Pro offered the best price as well as the shortest time frame to complete the work. On day 1, six guys arrived, completed the re-piping to copper by 3:30 p.m. On day 2, five workers arrived, and replaced all the drains. This was completed by 2 p.m. Day 3, two workers came and completed all the patch work. HIGHLIGHTS: --Repipe Pro has an efficient system in place where a large crew of professionals each have different roles, which makes the process faster. His crew were polite, courteous, and very clean. --They were able to replace our beautiful shower tile when changing out the shower fixture (we had spare tile available). It was as if it was never touched. --Replaced our old laundry fixtures with a "box" style, which didn't really need to be done, but it sure did make the hoses look much nicer and organized than the set up we previously had. --Kitchen sink P drain original install was poorly designed, creating push back into the sink, Repipe Pro when replacing our drains, rebuilt it correctly, which they didn't have to do. --Hydro drilled to replace the main, which means our whole front yard wasn't tore up replacing the main pipe. They did a great job replacing the grass back, with almost no damage to the grass. We couldn't have asked for a better end result from a potentially nightmarish situation. It was by far the most painless contracting work that we've had to deal with, just wished he did other general contracting work (hint). The fact that we had minimal disruption with our family (3 kids), the work was professional and fast. They didn't fool around, they got the work done and they were very clean. Art, the owner, didn't up-sell, didn't try and push, just gave us his expert opinion on what should be done. We didn't feel like we were being pressured into what type of piping we should use (we were looking into PEX or copper). He was always courteous and professional from first contact to the completion of the work. Thelma, the receptionist, was friendly, concise, and was always available to answer questions and get us to the right person if she could not answer a particular question. We will defniely use Repipe Pro again (not on this house) and highly recommend them to anybody who needs plumbing work done. read more

"Exceptional Service and Quality Work from Repipe Pros" After discovering a slab leak under my kitchen sink cabinets, I decided to repipe my 3,300-square-foot, two-story home. I obtained estimates from three companies. Among them, I worked with Art, the owner of Repipe Pros, and I was thoroughly impressed. Art personally came to my home the same day I requested an estimate. During a detailed walk-through of my home and the exterior water heater closet, he meticulously examined every aspect of the plumbing. He even identified some issues, such as the main water line entering the garage connected to my house fire sprinklers and the connection to the house water supply, which other companies had overlooked. Art assured me that these problems would be addressed as part of the repiping process. He also answered all my questions clearly and provided a transparent breakdown of the costs. While the other two estimates I received were similar in price, they were presented by salespeople who were not plumbers, which made a noticeable difference in the level of insight provided. Once I decided to proceed with Repipe Pros, I scheduled the work to begin the following Tuesday. Art assured me that the job would be completed by the end of the day, with cold and hot water running before the crew left. On the day of the repipe, the crew--consisting of eight professionals--arrived early, ready to work. Their efficiency was remarkable; they completed the entire repipe and a thorough cleanup of my home by 3:00 PM. Repipe Pros also scheduled the city inspection, which took place two days later. The inspector praised the quality of the work, describing it as "very thorough" before approving it without issue. The final step, which was included in the price, was drywall patching and texturing. This was scheduled promptly and completed in just a day and a half. Repipe Pros delivered outstanding service at every stage of the process, from the initial estimate to the final touches. Their expertise, efficiency, and attention to detail made what could have been a daunting process completely stress-free. If you're considering repiping, I wholeheartedly recommend Repipe Pros for their exceptional work and dedication to quality service. read more

We recently decided to repipe our home with PEX, and after extensive research, Repipe Pro was our choice due to its fantastic reputation and 5 star reviews. Our decision was surely the right one. From the very beginning, our experience with Repipe Pro was exceptional. The owner, Art Hovseplan, affectionately known as "the father of plumbing," knows his business. His years of experience are evident in his extensive knowledge and professionalism. We scheduled an appointment for a quote, and Art arrived promptly, conducting a thorough walkthrough of our home. He explained the repiping process in detail, highlighting potential improvements and discussed the high-quality parts and equipment they utilize. Art's passion for his work and his genuine care for his customers were obvious. On the scheduled day, the Repipe Pro team arrived precisely on time. They were organized and efficient, laying down protective floor coverings to safeguard our floors and stairs. The team worked simultaneously in various areas of the house, displaying amazing productivity. I was able to work undisturbed upstairs on my computer while they completed the plumbing work. To my astonishment, they finished the entire repiping job in less than a day! The water was back on, and all fixtures; toilets, sinks, showers, and bathtubs, were fully operational. It was truly amazing how quickly and efficiently they worked. The repiping work passed inspection with flying colors the very next day. The day after the inspection, the drywall team arrived to patch the holes created during the repiping. They completed the patching the next morning, leaving behind a near perfect finish. After painting, it will be almost impossible to tell where any work had been done. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with Repipe Pro. They are a team of very skilled professionals who provide outstanding work. We have already recommended them to our neighbors and will continue to recommend them to our family and friends. If you're looking for a reliable, efficient, and knowledgeable repiping company, I highly recommend Repipe Pro. Art and his team are simply the best! read more

After a couple of pinhole leaks and temporary repairs I decided to do some research in finding a professional company to change our entire incoming water system. I understand that getting your home repiped is a huge process so I took special care into choosing who I wanted for the job. I decided to use Uponor PEX material since our neighbors had good experience with it. One of the companies I called was Repipe Pro, and I spoke to the owner Art who was extremely pleasant over the phone. One of the things I've come to realize about the service industry is that the type of people you will be working with is crucial. Your money and time should be invested with the people you are most comfortable with. When Art came up to my home and did the initial inspection he gave me a detailed breakdown of the root problem and what could be done. He explained everything very clearly and I could tell he was very knowledgable about his craft. During his time at my home we had a chance to bond over chit-chat and it felt like I had known him for years. That was the turning point when I realized I wanted to work with him and his crew. After the consultation I received the estimate which was very reasonable given my situation and also he is willing to work with you if you have an budget constraints. So I gave him the go, and we proceeded to set a date. The crew showed up with leader Armen on site on time and was ready to get to work. They behaved professionally in their conduct and we had no problems throughout the day. The work areas were covered well, very impressive!!! Our water was off around 8:30 and hot/cold was back up after 3:30 Thanks guys! The city inspector showed up the next day and you could tell he was happy too. The holes in the wall were covered the following day and everything was good as new. I must admit the quality of patching was beyond our expectation... I am more than satisfied with their performance and recommend calling Repipe Pro for any questions you might have about water line replacement. Quality service, with good people for the right price that's what I'm talking about! read more

I had a great experience with Repipe Pro! I heard water running somewhere in my house and of course it was late Saturday night that it happened. I figured out pretty quickly that I had a slab leak (a leak in the pipes in my slab foundation). I woke up Sunday morning and started calling companies to get estimates and to see if anyone could come out to confirm that I did indeed have a slab leak. Being that it was Sunday I was having to leave messages for someone to call me back. Repipe pro answered the phone and the lady on the phone said that she would have someone call me right away. Within 15 min Art called me. Art was great! He had a technician come to my house on a Sunday to confirm that I did have a slab leak and to verify the estimate that Art gave me on the phone. Meanwhile no other plumber had even called me back yet. I am very frugal and I always get multiple estimates on any work I have done. The next morning (Monday) I started getting calls back from the other plumbers that I called on Sunday. I got three other estimates besides Repipe pro. The best offer I got was $2500 more than Repipe pro and that didn't even include the patching of the walls that had to be opened to run the new pipes. When I told some of the other plumbers the price that Art offered me they told me "that's a great deal, go with that". One of the plumbers I called even asked me to give him Art's number so he could refer his clients to Repipe pro. One big advantage was that Repipe pro did everything. They even patched the walls. Every other estimate I got did not include patching the walls. It would be a nightmare to have to find another contractor or handyman to patch the walls. I can't say enough about Art and Repipe pro. Art stayed in contact with me the whole time until the job was done. His service was excellent and his price can not be beat. I was so satisfied with the job! I recommend Repipe pro with full confidence. read more

Art and his crew were beyond great. They started the job when they said they would and finished it one day early. Art is very personable and will answer any and all questions you may have. My wife and I hired an epoxy coating company (NOT ART) to treat the plumbing for our home. We were charged $6,500 to have all water pipes internally dried, sand blasted, and epoxy coated. The warranty for this treatment is for 10 years. After 4 weeks we had a slab leak! Hardwood floors were ripped up, drywall cut off the walls, and we had a dozen fans and dehumidifiers running 24 hours a day for 5 days. The company we used has still not stepped up to pay for damages their process was supposed to prevent. We quickly decided we needed to repipe our entire home as we had no faith in the epoxy system we had just paid for. I spent 25 years in the custom home industry as a foreman and contractor. Art is the real deal. He explained everything in detail and his crew works their butts off. When he told me he could repipe, patch, and texture our home in 5 days including city inspection I was a little skeptical. They did the job in 4 days and did an awesome job! His guys cleaned up each day. After the first day we had two bathrooms up and running. They finished the repipe on day two and had it inspected. Days 3 and 4 were drywall patching and texture. Unbelievable. Some repipe companies are merely marketing and sales firms that sub the work out to other plumbers. Art is hands on and all his crew work directly for him. Don't try and go with the epoxy system. During the repipe we found that some of our original piping had no epoxy inside at all. Repiping is the only way to be sure everything is solid and done correctly. You will have drywall dust and it will take longer, but it will be done right. read more

I don't often write reviews, but felt compelled to write this one based on the service Repipe Pros provided us with. I cannot say enough about Art and his crew. It wasn't until the job actually started that my decision to go with Art was confirmed: these guys were great. I'm not an easy client as I have a fair amount of knowledge on how things work and what needs to get done. Art came over and thoroughly went over the job and then he went over it again. Watching him go through the details made me realize he knew what he was doing and I really didn't need to point anything out to him. He was VERY precise. Our job was pretty extensive, we had to repipe an outside mainline that served our irrigation system. It involved driving a copper pipe under the driveway (so we didn't have to break it up), going around and up walls with uneven and terraced terrain, and covering approximately 200 linear feet with copper piping, including 5 hose bids and irrigation valves branching off of the mainline. A lot could have gone wrong but Art's crew was totally professional. I was impressed watching them navigate around the property and grateful that they made themselves readily available to answered any questions. They did an outstanding job down to the very last detail!!!! I didn't have to stand over them because it became quite apparent that they were so in sync with what I wanted and expected from the job. Over the years I have worked with quite a few companies for property maintenance and remodels and I would place this company at the top of the list as one of the BEST!! I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Art is a gem. Two Thumbs Up read more

Once I confirmed that I needed to address a slab leak, and decided to go with a PEX repipe, I chose Repipe Pro among the bidders because of Art. His thorough evaluation and explanation of the plumbing in and around my home allowed me to make decisions that not only fixed my leak but improved my use of my home. Within his bid that was well in-line with his competitors, he suggested adding a hose bib to facilitate watering, raising another to ease access, and improving the safety of a ground wire that was affixed to the old copper pipe. He collaborated with me, giving me choices on where to enter walls to minimize destruction and disruption while we are working from home. Telma was prompt and wonderful in scheduling all aspects of the job beginning 3 days after I accepted his bid. His expert crew arrived 15 minutes before schedule and completed the repipe in 1 day. They laid drop cloths everywhere they walked and wore masks whenever they were indoors. The patch crew arrived the following day, also 15 minutes early, and finished in half a day. Art came out himself on the 3rd day, a Saturday, to address and fix a small issue with pressure in the pool fill that I had not tested with the other faucets at the end of the repipe. It now works better than it ever has. What started with panic at the thought of jackhammering my slab (!), ended with relief and delight in my new plumbing, great water flow, speedy hot water delivery and not having to drag that dang hose around the corner anymore. Art is knowledgable, engaging, professional, kind and my new best plumbing friend. Please consider giving him your business. read more

Dear Art & fellow workers: I am 86 years old & saw water running down the sidewalk - couldn't find where it was coming from so I called the plumber & he couldn't find it either. I called a leak detector & the leak was between the 2 bathroom walls. The plumber said to call home owners & people at church that had you do their repiping. They didn't call back until the next day because they had been on vacation. I was getting estimates in the meantime. Nobody came with a sample of what they would use not even a flashlight. One fellow said you have so many outlets therefore the price is about $7,000. I got several estimates & the highest was $12,000, ouch! Jorj Baker was the last one to come with a reasonable price. Thank you so much. The workers worked hard to get my water going again. At first I was worried about that many workers in the house. My friends have had workers in and had theft problem. I haven't found anything missing. Only objection I had was not locking the side garage door when they took the trash. There were lots of phone calls made. Art insisted I had an electrical problem. I called an electrician & he couldn't find anything at the box. Art called another electrician & he said the problem was at the pole. Art also called Edison & they came as the electrician was leaving. There was a broken wire at the pole. Someone told me some could be electrocuted if the problem weren't taken care. Thanks to you all for caring & helping me solve my water & electrical problem so quickly. I had no idea I had an electrical problem. I can highly recommend #1 State Plumbing. Why? Because they just finished a complete re-piping for this house. The owner of the house and I are 100% satisfied with the expert work they do. The sales person was extreamly knowagable and gave us expert advise on what materials would be best for the job and what the city codes were that had to be followed. Also he also gave us copies of all contractor licenses and references. The installation crew went over every aspect of the problems they would run into and gave us several alternatives as to what could and could not be done before the job even started. One of the requests for the job was that the wallpaper stay intact. They did their best to keep the damage as minimal as posable. Number One State Plumbing was wise to bring in a large team to knock out the job as fast and efficiently as possible. The entire crew was hard working and seemingly tireless. I am a union electrician for 18 years and I know construction. This company gets a big thumbs up from me and the owner. We feel they went the extra mile for us. I've also taken pictures of the expert work they do which the owner of the house will show possible buyers when it is time to sell. Did I mention the free labor and material warrantee for as long as the owner owns the house? We interviewed several other companies and we were very happy we chose Number One State Plumbing. Their prices were very competitive. From the sales person to installation team to the dry wallers this company knows it's stuff. sincerely, Gregory C. Smith read more

I had two jobs performed by Art and Re-pipe Pro. One was done on my Mother's home to include replacing the main line and all existing pipe with copper. Art's crew came in on time and worked as a group of professionals. They replaced all shower valves and restroom valves and did a great job not damaging any of the tile on any of the shower walls. My Mother and I were very pleased with all aspects of the job performed by Re-pipe Pro to include patching the small access holes made to install the pipes into the wall. Once the job was done the drywall was repaired by Art's crew and with small touch up paint work by us it was 100% complete. I was very impressed with everything about Art and Re-pipe pro that when it was time for my own house to be re-piped, I without hesitation choose Re-pipe pro. Art is very pleasant, appreciative, and extremely knowledgeable at his craft. The job that Re-pipe pro did on my own home, to include replacing the main line was just as outstanding as the job performed on my Mother's home. On time, professional, orderly, swift, clean, and dependable. Upon completion of the job Art takes time from his busy schedule to personally call to see if you as the customer are completely satisfied with the work performed. This is a very refreshing touch in today's automated world with automated surveys. If you have any issues with any of your existing plumbing, Art and Re-pipe Pro is the one to call. I highly recommend his company to resolve all of your plumbing issues. read more

After my second slab leak it was time to do a complete repipe of my home. I obtained five estimates from companies that specialized in repipes. All the estimates were somewhat similar in price and parts to be used. After careful analysis and research, I decided to go with "Repipe Pro". The main reason was Art Hovsepian who is the owner/operator of the company. Art's expertise, knowledge and honesty in the field of plumbing is outstanding. He takes the time to explain every step of the process in your repipe. Art was an excellent communicator and pointed out issues that the other companies had missed. Another reason I went with Art is that all the work is done "in-house" with no subcontractors, that also includes the drywall repair. And of course the lifetime warranty was definitly a plus. The repipe went extremely well. All of Art's workers were polite and professional and the workmanship was excellent. The repipe entry points in the drywall were cut to precision and the repairing of the holes was excellent. I also had Art's team install a water heater with the repipe. The city inspector commented on how clean and professional the install was of the repipe and water heater. Through the entire process Art and his crew were a pleasure to work with. Its obvious Art is a "true craftsman" and he takes pride in his company and it shows from start to finish of the job. And after the job is done you will be a part of his "customer family" for life. read more

Repipe Pro repiped my entire house and did an exceptional job from beginning to end. I hired them for a complete whole-house repipe, replacing the old rusty plumbing throughout my home. Before the repipe, we had old rusty pipes, weak water pressure, and the water just never felt right. After they finished, the difference was honestly unbelievable. The pressure from every faucet and shower is so much better, and even the water itself feels cleaner. Art was a big part of why the whole experience went so well. He is very knowledgeable, kind, easy to work with, and took the time to walk me through everything. He explained all the concerns, gave me his recommendations, and made sure I understood what was being done and why. What I also really appreciated is that he respected the fact that this is my hard-earned money. I never felt like they were just trying to sell me more. He made sure I was getting real value and quality for what I was paying. The whole team was professional, careful with the house, paid attention to the small details, and kept the disruption as minimal as possible for such a big job. This was a full-house repipe, not a small repair, and the quality of the work really shows. If you're dealing with old pipes, low water pressure, rusty water, or thinking about repiping your home, I would absolutely recommend Repipe Pro and Art. Very happy with the result. read more

After I met with a few companies for a Quote Request, Art with RepipePro is the most outstanding among them. When I asked for a quote for a certain work, I wanted to see everything in writing in detail, what and how they will be replacing, what is included as well as what is excluded, the labor cost, what mat'l will be using, the cost, etc. Not only Art provided me w these information for free of charge , he gave me references in the area where he worked a few projects. His quote is very competitive. I am pleased w him being very professional , super honest, communication with his office Staff was excellent and his team w Ara the project manager has done a great job. Ara and his crew were on time, prepared all the area, replaced broken old pipes, replaced broken drain pipes and repiped w Copper L Type (made in USA! ). They finished most of the work in one day. We were able to use the bathrooms and kitchen end of the day. Next day, patching team came to complete the work. (Note they do not paint over the patch). They also cleaned up very well. I was so happy to find Art and RepipePro. I highly recommend this company. I cannot say enough good things about Repipe Pro. From the initial consultation through the completion of the project, every step of the process was exceptional. Edward was thorough, informative, professional, and took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure I understood my options and felt comfortable with the work being done. The scope of the project was significant--they repiped my entire house, installed a new water heater, and added a whole-house water filtration system. Throughout the process, the communication was excellent, the workmanship was outstanding, and the attention to detail was evident in everything they did. The installation team, led by Edward, was absolutely fantastic. They were hardworking, focused, respectful of my home, and clearly took great pride in delivering high-quality work. It was obvious that they cared about getting every detail right and ensuring the job was completed to the highest standard. I've hired many contractors over the years, and I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences I've ever had. From beginning to end, the entire Repipe Pro team exceeded my expectations. If you want the job done right, with professionalism, quality, and exceptional customer service, Repipe Pro is the company to call. I highly recommend them. read more

Having a amateur background with plumbing and electrical, I found Repipe Pro to be the epitome of contractors. Professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, clean and honest! Having no current issue and taking a preventive approach, I reached out to 6 repipe specialty contractors for quotes. Art from Repipe Pro stood out above and beyond the others. Art is a plumber by trade and thoroughly inspected my home and asked questions before making a quote. He explained the process, the technology and his recommendations while taking his time to answer questions. Other contractors sent owners/sales people without a plumbing background. Their inspection was incomplete and no recommendations except to up sell a filtration system and/or a re circulation system. I told him we would love to have hot water faster to our kitchen. Being a plumber, Art made it happen, with the repipe. No expensive re circulation system that also uses an electrical motor. Hot water to kitchen went from 3 minutes to 5 seconds and the cost was minimal. Repipe Pro does not use subcontrators! The excuse to pass blame. Courteous and polite, crew was excellent and Telma, coordinator, is a pleasure to deal with. On spot! Bob M, Laguna Niguel read more

This is a fantastic company! Our house is 107 years old, and the water was coming out very rusty. I joked with my friends that if they thought i was looking rather orange, it wasn't because I used an inferior tanning product! When I told these friends that I was finally having my house completely repiped and that it would be done in a day, they didn't believe me. However our plumber, Pasadena Plumbing, whom I trust completely, recommended Repipe Pros, and assured me it would be a great job. Art, from Repipe Pros came out and gave my husband the estimate. He said the repiping would indeed take only one day and the next day they would come to patch the walls for any holes they made. We figured that the "one day" would be a very long day at best, and that they might go into the next day. Makes sense, right? Well, as it turns out, they came at 8 o'clock (just when they said) and were all done in the afternoon. I couldn't believe it! A team of six men came and blitzed the house. The next day, a very nice man came and patched all the walls. While it is no fun being without water for a day, this was as painless as a project like this gets, and my husband and I highly recommend them. read more

It all started with a burst pipe under our slab on 9/17/2022. Our entire house flooded from it. Another company rerouted our pipe on 9/19/2022. Being told that it would be advantageous for us to re-pipe our house, we started interviewing plumbers as well as companies specializing in re-piping. On 10/5/2022, we consulted with Art regarding our house re-pipe. Art was thorough in assessing what needed to be done and in answering all our questions. Art took time to explain the different sizes of copper pipe that would be used and the reasons. During our consultation with Art, we shared how State Farm, our insurance company, denied our claim and refused to pay for any and all damages. He took time to contact someone who he thought would be able to help. Art genuinely cares for people and is willing to help in any way he can (regardless if you hire him or not). Several days later, we decided to hire Repipe Pro. We are highly pleased with the job his company did. After the job was completed, we had some questions. We are pleased with Repipe Pro's customer service before, during and after the job was completed. I hope you will find Repipe Pro to be as good a company as we have. read more

I had selected three companies to check out before having my home's water lines re-piped. Art, the owner of Repipe Pro, showed up on time for my scheduled consultation and bid inspection. In addition to his personable demeanor, Art is knowledgeable and was obviously concerned with both my needs and budgetary concerns. He educated me on the latest technology and best value in water line systems. After our meeting and his bid presentation, I felt so confident in Repipe Pro that I booked with Art and didn't bother to look any further. On the day of installation, all required permits had already been drawn. Crew chief Ara and his team arrived as scheduled and went right to work replacing my water line system. The team replaced my entire system same day, and even replaced the water main connection a day ahead of schedule. The workers completed the task efficiently, with a minimum of needed wall cutting, all of which was completely repaired after required inspections the next day. We are totally satisfied with our new water line system. We recommend Repipe Pro for your water line replacement.
