Sometimes it is not up to you to have the house repiped, the house will tell you. Such is the case with me. I knew it was time and I was dreading the process of hiring a company for the job. Repipe Pro helped me manage that fear. Art came out to discuss the project and exceeded my expectations. I am happy I made the right decision here. You never really know how a crew will perform on a job that was sold to you. Edward and the crew worked non-stop to get everything done in one day. They answered all my questions and also asked me all the right questions. There were no issues with the new faucets and shower fixtures that I provided them to be installed. You can certainly get the job done cheaper, but I've made that mistake in the past. Having the job done right, done on time and with the work backed up with a lifetime warranty is comforting. They are a great value and they do great work. Way to go Repipe Pro!! Thank You. read more

Art and his crew were great. They were on top of the little things and a couple days after they finished, I'm noticing new sink stoppers and replaced GFCI outlets in bathrooms they did a lot of work in. The drywall work is top notch and actually hard to find some of the patches before painting. Very high quality and they all clearly know how to do this clean and efficient. read more

I was searching to get a quote to repipe our whole house after we discovered a leak with our existing copper piping in our 42-year-old home. In the process of searching on Yelp, I came across Repipe Pro and was amazed by the great reviews. I was initially hesitant to call because I live in San Bernardino County and I was not sure if they would come all the way out here to repipe our home. I decided to call them and it was the best decision I could have ever made. On my initial contact, Telma answered the phone and she was able to set me up with an appointment with Art for the following day. I was able to speak with Art during that initial call and he assured me that San Bernardino County was not far for him and that he's done work all throughout LA, Orange, Ventura, and San Bernardino counties. On the day of the estimate, it was raining really hard and Art called numerous times to update me on his time of arrival, which I appreciated. I felt bad that Art had to drive about 1.5 hours in the rain and traffic to get to my home but he never seemed bothered and assured me that he would be here. As promised, Art showed up and provided a thorough inspection of our home and the best option for repiping the house. I could definitely tell Art was a Master at this work. His price seemed extremely fair from the research I had done and I decided to proceed with the project then and there. He advised that we should pull a permit from the city for this work and I agreed. I, unfortunately, live in a city that makes it more difficult to pull permits as they require additional steps. Instead of backing out of the project, Art decided to go to the city hall that same day and assist with the additional steps needed to pull the permit. I am confident that no other plumber or business would have gone through all of the steps that Art went through for us. At that moment, I knew we had made the right decision in hiring Art and Repipe Pro. On the day of the repipe, the crew showed up on time, as scheduled, and quickly and professionally began their work. They covered all of the furniture and protected our floors. Within about 4 hours, they had repiped our 3 bedroom 2 bath single-story home. I could not believe how efficiently they were but again, they are masters at their work. I scheduled the city inspection for the following business day and the inspector was amazed at how professional the repipe was done. The inspector did not have any comments and signed off on the work without any issues. After the inspection, Telma scheduled the drywall repair crew to come out and repair the walls. Again, the crew showed up on time and patched our walls, and even added texture to match the rest of the walls. You cannot even tell there was work done with how professionally they patched the walls. We are extremely happy with the quality of the work and look forward to recommending Art and Repipe Pro to our friends and family. If you're looking for a repiping business, stop your search and just call Art now - you'll be happy you did! read more

I had experienced a kitchen sink leak (from the basket strainer not the piping) that lead to mold remediation work. One of those mold remediation companies I met with told me that the Patina on the pipes beneath my sink was corrosion and that they should also be replaced ASAP as they were compromised. Also, that company could conveniently do that work. I wish I was more educated at the time to ask them the right follow up questions but I wasn't, although I'm grateful at the end of the day that they were not the company we hired for the mold remediation work. I reached out to Repipe Pro and spoke to Telma, a very sweet, helpful and friendly woman. Due to the timeline of my mold remediation work and the timing of the certification from the follow up testing it just wasn't possible for us to set an appointment before the weekend. Telma very generously offered an inspection on Saturday (today) which I gladly accepted. Art arrived and I can honestly say that I have never met a more honest contractor in my life. He checked my under sink pipes and determined that they were strong copper pipes despite the patina on their surface. He then checked every sink and bathroom in the house as well as the water meter to houseline and determined that they were all strong copper pipes and replacing them at this point would be a waste of money. I was so grateful, not only that it seemed I could avoid thousands of dollars of unnecessary costs but also that this awesome man named Art also came to me special on a Saturday and no work was going to come from it. I pulled out my wallet to offer a tip for his time and as soon as he saw my wallet he waved it away, and said "oh no, don't give me any money. Just let me know if you have any future work and a review on yelp goes a long way." Hence the reason for this essay :) Call Repipe Pro, they're the most honest, friendly and helpful people in the industry! read more

Short version: Absolutely outstanding. I would suggest that you don't bother looking at other plumbers/repipe companies. Long version: After four leaks in three years, we decided to repipe our house. We interviewed three plumbers and four repipe companies for our job and Art was BY FAR the most knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. Art immediately spotted things about our unique situation that we had to explain to other salesmen/plumbers. He let me ask dozens of questions and patiently answered them all, taking time to give me peace of mind. The pricing was comparable to everyone else we interviewed but the materials were of MUCH higher quality- you don't want cheap angle stops or ball valves. Plus, he was super friendly and easy to talk to. The crews were incredibly thorough. The plumbing crew did a great job at clean up even though there's only so much you can do with drywall dust. It was obvious that they tried to cut as few holes as possible. Other repipers we talked with were talking about basically needing to trench our living room walls (with vaulted ceilings) because of the location of the main line. Art's team opted to dig under our sidewalk to move the main entry point to a better location to avoid having to do that much damage to our living room. The patching crew were really fast and were able to have the whole thing patched in ONE DAY. I'm sure that they aren't always able to finish that early, but it sure made a difference for us. The texture looks perfect. Also, they had noteworthy attention to detail. After other drywallers, I have had to spend a lot of time cleaning up after them, cleaning texture off the cabinets, etc. Not so with Repipe Pros. There was no overspray that I could see. Thanks a million times over, Art, Telma, & all the amazing crew, for treating our home like it was your own. That makes all the difference. Well done!! read more

I first met Art at 6:00 p.m. on the day in February that I discovered a water leak in my study forcing the evacuation of my 300 books and four bookcases. After meeting with contractors all day long I was running on empty. Art came to Glendora from Pasadena braving the 210 freeway rush to give a quote on re-plumbing my house as a favor to someone he didn't even know. His knowledge immediately impressed me showing me aspects of the project that I had not considered and would not have known or been told about by other plumbers. He also gave me a quote of $6000 for a job that two others had told me would be a minimum of $11,000 to repipe the house. Those bigger quotes also involved making big holes in my garage, kitchen outside walls, and both bathrooms as well as running pipe on the ceiling of my inside porch to reach the outside sprinkler faucet. Art was as good as his word doing an elegant job for $5800. By "elegant" I mean there were no holes cut in the kitchen or garage or the bedrooms. The line goes through a trench around the outside of the house to reach the rear sprinkler. Moral of the story: Talk to Art before you consider anyone else. He and his crew do great work for a very reasonable price. Steve K. read more

There is a reason why Repipe Pro has such excellent reviews here, Art and his crews do EXCELLENT work! I recently had to have my home repiped and Repipe Pro did an amazing job from start to finish. Along with Art being the nicest most polite guy ever, his crews and just as friendly and professional, aside from doing excellent work. They cleaned up every day and couldn't be any happier with the patching of the holes and stucco. Even the city inspector commented on their work. Art and Telma in the office were very responsive to calls and emails, made the whole 4 day process so much easier. If you are looking to Repipe, I promise you that Repipe Pro is the company to go with. Other neighbors have used them and are just as happy... read more

My mom was very skeptical of plumbers but Art was able to win her over with his extensive presentation and knowledge. He is very kind, personable, and explains in detail what to expect and what products he uses and their expectancy. The staff were very efficient at their jobs and finished at the scheduled time. Scheduling was quick and easy and they are very easy to communicate with. I had previous plumbing companies rip me off with extra charges or try to sell me services; however, Art doesn't do that and instead he is very transparent with what he does. I trust this company and they have a lifetime workmanship guarantee! read more

Very impressed with service, price and honesty. I had another company come out and claim that there was a main line pipe that was burst and they wanted to charge over $1800 to replace ONE pipe. They also wanted to charge $500 to pump water from under the house before they would go under the house. Long story short Repipe Pro found it was a plastic water line from the sink to the fridge that broke (Not main water line) and are replaced that and a valve to prevent future issues, for under $300. Will definitely call/use Repipe pros again. read more

Art is "The Expert" on repiping. He really knows his stuff! He uses top quality materials but is very reasonable in price. His crew is very knowledgeable, professionable, respectful and pleasant. (They are also very neat!) The supervisor, Adis, is amazing. They go beyond to make sure their customers are happy and "Fully Satisfied". I had the main line to my house repiped. It was a little more complicated than most jobs because my water meter was on the opposite side of my driveway. The plumbers I had contacted to do the job all told me they need to tear up my driveway and brick work to run the pipe. Art was able to trench my grass and run the pipe under the driveway. This saved me thousands of dollars. I am so glad I contracted Repipe Pro to do the job. This was one of the best decisions I have ever made! I would Highly recommend them. read more

I sent out a handful of request to different plumbers thinking I might have a slab leak. Art responded on a Saturday night, and called me shortly after. He scheduled to come by after an appointment Sunday afternoon. Art called me as promised and came over. He walked me through my water meter and showed me there wasn't a leak. He could have charged me, but he told me to save my money. Art is a true professional plumber and person. Will call in the future if needed. read more

What can I say?..... "Said and Done". Art and his team did a wonderful job completely repiping my rental property with copper plumbing. I met with 4 different companies before I decided to hire Repipe Pro and I am glad I decided to go with Repipe Pro, Art is a true man of his word. I met with Art on Saturday afternoon, hired him that same day, he had his crew at my property on Wednesday morning and they were completely done with the repiping by Wednesday evening. The following day the holes were plastered over. Repipe Pro are true professionals, they did a superb job from beginning to end. read more

The service we received from Art/Repipe Pro was one of the best experiences we've had with a contractor. We had our entire two-story house repiped with pex pipes about three weeks ago after experiencing a slab leak underneath our restroom (second leak in the house within four months). After speaking with several other contractors, I immediately felt we were in the right hands after speaking with Art. We were looking for someone who had genuine expertise in repipe; not only does Art's experience dominate in this field, he was so personable, professional, and respectful that we knew there was no point in continuing our search. He assessed our home as if it were his own home, and his recommendations were all reasonable and well thought out. Telma, who took care of the scheduling and all the logistics of the project, was just as professional, prompt and courteous. Despite his busy schedule, Art went out of his way to have our house repiped as quickly as possible, knowing we were on limited water supply because of our active leak. The drywall patching service we received from Jores was hands down one of the best patch work we've ever seen; even the paint contractors who came by afterwards couldn't really tell where he had patched in a number of places because his texturing was so well blended with the original. I am hoping that my review will convince people who are faced with the stressful decision to repipe to give the job to Repipe Pro because Art will deliver on exceptional high quality service you just can't find very easily these days. read more

Art and his company repiped my neighbors' houses. I am glad I got the referral. His crews know what they were doing and wasted no time. A crew of 5 finished repiping within 6 hours. I have got many emails asking about experience with repiping(pex) so I'm writing a review to public We had three different quotes(Repipe 1, plumber from insurance and Repipe Pro) and this Repipe Pro had the best price plus warranty, permit, large crew. Repipe 1 was 20% higher. Plumber was about the same but he said we don't need permit?(sketchy) i do not want any issue with city if we decide to sell the house. First day: they were on time(8am) and there were 7 or 8guys started working downstairs and upstairs. We got a call around 3:30pm and it was all done and water was running. Our kitchen was remodeled last year so they went thru Stucco in the kitchen so our new cabinets and back splashes were not damaged(thank God!! So happy they considered) 2nd day: city of Aliso Viejo came out and check every pipes and gave us permit. 3rd day: couple of guys came out and patched all dry wall and textured. Over all we are very happy with their work. I could've done with just plumber and maybe save couple of hundred dollars but how about warranty? We don't have to worry about slab leaks and pin hole leaks anymore. I'm highly recommending this company because I had no frustration with them. Owner name is Art and he said he will give best deals for my friends and family. Pls use my name Yumi Ko and he will give you the discounted price. Call owner directly and ask for discounted price like I got. Good luck neighbors!! Repipe Pro +1 (818) 295-3800 Owner name: Art * Please mention my name Yumi Ko and they will honor $300 off. Recently, our home experienced a water leak in the slab. Needless, to say, we were not happy because this was the second time that this had occurred, and we were not looking forward to having the recently installed travertine floors jackhammered up. Anyways, to make a long story short, after interviewing a number of plumbers and re-piping companies we decided to go with Art Hovsepian, the owner of Repipe Pro. It happens to be one of the best decisions that we have ever made relative to having a contractor do work on our home. Art was incredible. Even before we decided to go with his company, he took the time to thoroughly go through our home and assess our needs and explain in detail what the re-piping process would entail.  He was knowledgeable, professional and easy to talk to while taking the time to answer our many questions. When the work was to commence, we had Ed as the foreman and his crew assigned to our project. Again, we cannot say enough good things about the quality of their work. They were punctual, took great care of keeping everything well covered and clean, and worked in a very professional fashion. The end project turned out better than I can describe. The workmanship was of the highest caliber, with clean cuts and joints, and the layout of the plumbing was aligned perfectly with straight runs and piping fasten securely to all the framing. The care of doing nothing but the best quality journeyman work was evident throughout the entire job. I would add, that even though I have been affiliated with construction for many years, I seldom see the high level of workmanship that Art and his team performed on my home. For those who need to re-pipe, turn to Repipe Pro if you want a company that will give you an incredible job with top notch material and service at a fair and reasonable price. read more

Professional from start to finish. I needed to get my house repiped and I got quotes from 4 5star plumbing companies on yelp. All the quotes were around the same ball park, but Repipe Pro offered to fix a lot more for the same price. Not only that, Art was very thorough with his walk through of the house. He let me know what needed to be done, where they were going to have to break the walls, and answered all of my questions. The other companies just did a quick look and gave me a price. The crew was always on time, they cleaned up well, and overall just did a great job. About 5-6 days after the work had been completed and I was already a happy customer, they called me to tell me that I had overpaid them. I had pex pipes installed but I accidentally paid for copper pipes which is more expensive. A refund check was in my mail 2 days later. I never would've caught the mistake on my own and I honestly think most other companies wouldn't have done anything If I didn't contact them first. So, great plumbers and even better people. Repipe pros absolutely live up to their name! The thought of redoing all pipes going in AND going out of a 50-plus year old house was daunting. This company really has a process in place from start to finish. From the start when Thelma first contacted me, to when Adis and his large crew showed up, getting the city inspector in to sign off, to Al and the patching crew and the finish job - this company was thorough, professional and really good at what they do. As they removed the old pipes we all agreed this job was going to avoid more pipe problems and possible disastrous pipe issues. I am very thankful to see that we had such professionals and I thank Repipe pro and would highly recommend them for your repipe job. Don't put off repiping your house - call Repipe Pro! read more

If you're looking for quality work, the best option is Repipe Pro. I can't say enough good things about Art and his team! The initial consultation was very thorough and clear. Art is a master in his work and takes pride in it. After a VERY reasonable quote, my parents decided to choose Repipe Pro. Art's team repiped our entire house within 3 days - even with last minute cosmetic requests and a miscommunication issue. Even with all the extra work Art and his team so graciously accepted, he honored the original quote. We have to give a special shout out to Ed and his team for being so patient, polite and professional with us (we had a lot of questions and requests). The repatching specialist is an expert in his work - you can't even tell the walls have been broken into. The finish and texture was SPOT ON. I found Repipe Pro here in yelp as we never use a company or contractor without checking yelp reviews. Repipe Pro was rated 5 stars so after I spoke with Art, the Owner, we were very impressed with the information he gave us and told us that Ed would come out to provide an estimate. Ed provided us with so much information and answered all my husbands questions so we decided to go with them. Ed and crew arrived exactly on time, and each man went to their respective areas and began work. They finished right on time as promised. The City Inspector came out the next day as promised and signed off on the work. The next day Josef came to do the patching and boy, there were a lot of holes. This is the "unbelievable " part. After everything was dry, you literally can not tell where the walls and ceilings were cut. This man does AWESOME work. The whole Repipe job was done with the utmost precision and care. I owed Art and his crew a very good review for their work. Art and his crew re-piped my entire house about 4 years ago. My wife and I were very happy with their super job. Recently I had a leak in my kitchen. I called a plumber to detect the source of the leak. He couldn't detect where the water leak coming from, but he still charged me $275 and ask for additional charge if I wanted him to find the source of the leak. I was so upset and frustrated. Honestly, I thought the leak from the copper pipe. I contacted Re-pipe Pro office and Art came out in just less 20 minutes. Art spent more than 30 minutes to help me locate the source of the leak. It was from a broken plastic drain pipe. The leak is not related at all to Art and his crew's fantastic work. Art didn't charge me anything for his time. Thank you so much, Art.
