I ordered the adjustable dumbbell. There was a problem with the 2.5 lb locking mechanism. When contacted the company sent a replacement part quickly. But that's not all. The company realized there was a design problem and went back to the drawing board to correct. Once they corrected the design they sent a replacement mechanism to all customers that had ever bought the adjustable dumbbell. Great integrity! read more

The Ares rack attachment has a cable system design defect, and does not function properly although the complete set up with rack is over $6K. REP has great excuses for why it does not work properly, but no solutions and they refuse to support the product. Buy Rogue equipment. This company's customer service is pathetic. I am angry at myself for waiting for Rep Fitness to honor email notifications for replenishment of inventory during this pandemic. Rep breaks promises, and misleads their potential customers with seemingly bogus "eta's" for their equipment, touted on their website. They oftentimes don't answer emails at all, and when they do manage to get around to it, they don't meet the expectations they set with customers. I guess this is what you get from a company that imports Chinese gym equipment. Comb through reviews on Amazon and look at the photos of bent equipment and rust. Read through stories of neglect from Rep's customer service team. Anyway, why waste any more time talking about this company's shortcomings. Thankfully, I decided to look further than Rep, and I found Wilder Fitness Equipment. They make their fitness equipment right here in the USA, in MS. Within one week I had a commercial grade 7 and 11 gauge custom steel 0-90 bench and half rack, including custom paint job and logo. I ordered it on a Friday and took delivery via FedEx freight the following Thursday. This equipment was made to my specifications, and I have zero idea how manufactured this equipment in six days! I couldn't be happier with Wilder, and I look at Rep's inability to deliver as a blessing in disguise. And no, I do not have any affiliation with Wilder. I just think the other's who depended on Rep Fitness and are STILL WAITING after months might benefit from learning about a tangible source for high-quality fitness equipment. I ordered a PR-4000 rack via the rack builder. J-cups are part of the package I paid for. The rack was delivered. I built the rack and discovered, after I built it, that the J-cups were missing. Called customer service and they said the J-cups that I included as part of my package were discontinued and they had not taken them off of their webpage. Mind you, they never reached out to notify me that the this was the case and that they didn't ship me J-cups. I had to reach out and ask where they were. They offered to change out they type of J-cup, which was fine and that they would ship me out a different set. I received the shipping notification, but they Fed Ex status never changed from "waiting to receive the package." Waited a week and then called them back. They said then they would reship them "ASAP". Still no shipment notification. I have a very nice (and expensive) rack with no J-cups. Can't use the rack to any great degree without these. To make room for this rack I had to get rid of my old rack. In essence, Rep's failure here means I can't work out. This company has had great customer service in the past. It is the reason I've bought other items from them instead of their other big name competitors. They have failed me here when I live spent a significant amount of money with them. If you're into CrossFit or fitness in general, you need to get acquainted with Rep Fitness! These guys have everything you need to make your very own amazing home gym setup. From kettlebells to full rig setups or even more mellow machine type fitness setups. The staff is generally very helpful, sometimes you have to wait a few minutes while they help customers on the phone or other folks in there store. The quality of the products is top notch and easily competes with rogue on quality, but at half the cost. Oh and you can pick up your stuff and save on shipping costs too!! We've been slowly accumulating our home gym over the past 5 years and rep fitness has been a key contributor to our collection (and addiction). I'm located in southern California and had purchased one of their barbell bars, a flat bench, and plenty of 45, 25, and 10-pound bumper plates. Despite a long wait (5 weeks) for me to get my shipment, everything came in PRISTINE condition. Not a single scratch or dent on any piece. Each plate has the rep fitness printed neatly on it and all the plates fit on their barbell bar perfectly (not too tight, not too loose). I was expecting to wait a month to get my shipment because of the current "world situation" and the shortage/buyouts of equipment online. Their customer service reps via email responded to me promptly. I didn't give 5 stars because I've never been to the gym (and probably never will, I'm a far away lols), but if I did, I would definitely give them 5 stars. Been buying equipment from Rep Fitness for the last year, both directly for them and through Amazon. We were looking to not spend an arm and a leg, yet get high-quality equipment that would last. Rep Fitness strikes the right balance between price and quality, at times surprising us on the quality front as it beats expectations. Quality: 4.5/5 Finishing: 4/5 Merchandise availability: 4/5 Shipping time: 5/5 Shipping cost: 4/5 Customer service: 5/5 Quality: everything is solid and well made, but there are some spotty quality control issues. E.g. the knurls on the dumbbells are not consistent all around, with some missing spots; battle ropes that have some fraying spots from the start. Finishing: most of the items have nice finishing all around, but a few areas could use a bit more attention to detail. E.g. some welding joints being more sloppy than expected. Availability: there are many things on the website that are out of stock and no indication on when they're expected back. In some cases, those items are discontinued and still show on the website. You have to call them to find out more details. Shipping time: they ship right away and even the freight shipments arrive very fast (CO to CA in less than a week). Shipping cost: this is where you notice a difference between Rep Fitness direct vs. Amazon. Amazon prices have shipping built into their price, while on their website this is separate. You'll have to compare side-by-side to figure out which one is better for your items. Granted that fitness equipment is heavy, the shipping cost is reasonable. Purchased a new zero-gap bench and it arrived damaged, pieces bent, holes in the pads, bolts missing and Rep said they would take care of it. By take care of it, they billed me for replacement parts. And some parts aren't replaceable, so metal pieces are still bent. Will not be back. Paying shipping from Rogue is a better option than giving Rep another dime and their quality is exponentially higher and worth the price instead of paying a lot for a pile of junk. read more

The functional trainers are defiantly Chinese made. It took two to make one because some of the parts were made incorrectly. They were good about sending the replacement parts. Customer service as I said was great but after two years the cables and pulleys are worn. I thought about buying an Athena, but they are sold out. I've owned a gym for the past 8 years and I'll say the Dumbbells are awesome. They are solid. The knurling is aggressive, which helps with grip. Purchased: Set of 5 -50DB, 55-75DB (Hex) and 2, 3 tier storage racks (Blue). No issues, everything was packaged great. No problems with anything. No dents or chips. A lot of fitness product companies continue to run promotions and take orders even though they can't keep up with fulfillment or customer communications during the COVID pandemic. I was impressed that Rep actually stopped taking new online orders so that they could catch up on existing orders. I logged on when the site reopened, waited in line for my turn, and was able to order the 2 kettlebells I wanted (which were out of stock virtually everywhere else I looked). I knew there would be a bit of a delay in shipping, due to the volume of orders they were receiving, but I placed my order June 22 and received my kettlebells on July 9---that seemed reasonable to me. Was lurking on their site for over a month, signing up for stock alerts (trusting I would get notified), only to end up missing the boat on a highly touted bench I've been eyeballing. When ETA's were relayed for the next batch, Rep opted to shut down their site & switch to a lobby system on 6/22. Their marketing team did a great job of hyping the lobby & how it was the "fairest option" for the thousands of customers hoping to get gear. They even hosted an IG live session prior to the lobby opening to squelch any concerns. It became obvious pretty quickly, however, that they were VERY selective on which questions to answer. Posted multiple questions through the Q&A tool on whether they would enforce caps on popular items to prevent the pandemic hoarders/price-gouging resellers. Crickets... Gear was literally & immediately flipped/resold (THE VERY SAME DAY) for 2-3x+ on eBay, craigslist, etc... Had Rep cared about the customers (those who have been waiting MONTHS & actually buying the gear for themselves), limits SHOULD have been enforced. As far as the lobby? They advised to logon 1/2 hour prior to the site opening to get into the queue & you would be assigned a random #. I logged into the lobby @ EXACTLY 10:30 AM PDT & when the site opened @ 11AM, I was queue # EIGHT THOUSAND (not a typo). While in the lobby, real-time status updates were displayed for various gear selling out right before your very eyes. I was PRAYING they stocked enough Wide Pad benches by the time my slot was unlocked, but, alas, no... Had there been NO LOBBY, I would've had a better shot of competing for a bench vs waiting in an endless line. I was fortunate to find a variant of the bench (Rep advertising a 7-10 delay for processing of orders on their site) & purchased a Thompson Fat Pad separately from Rogue. It's now July 9th & I just received an email that my order would likely be shipped between now & the 17th of July. Icing on the cake? I reached out to Rep 8 days ago with concerns regarding the bench's compatibility w/ the pad (which arrived 2 weeks ago), i.e.: "If swapping our pad for the Thompson pad (must be 4-bolt mount pattern) & you will need to purchase (4) 3/8"(dia)x1"(length) bolts." Rogue only sells ONE MOUNT PATTERN & it's 6-bolts. Simple question; Does your 4 bolt pattern requirement account for 4 of the 6 Rogue bolts or will I need to hack the bench? Have yet to receive a response... As far as updates from Rep, here's the hook, line & sinker, chronological list of updates: 6/16: Propaganda regarding "With growth comes change," w/ false hope regarding quadrupling their warehouse space, tripling their customer service team, extending warehouse hours, etc... 6/19: Website Reopening Notification (details regarding their being a lobby/waiting room), apparently in our best interest. 6/20: I received a notification that the Wide Pad bench was back in stock 6/22: Lobby Up, but was forced to settle on another bench. Email stated: "Due to current high demand - Shipments may be delayed 7-10 business days." 7/1: STILL no bench, but I reached out regarding concerns with the bolt pattern contradicting Rep's compatibility note. Sent an email, but crickets... 7/8: Received the following email from Rep: All remaining June 22nd orders to be shipped between now and July 17th. They also reminded me that they have been hiring aggressively & their customer service team (the same one they apparently tripled), now have a 3-5 day email turnaround time on urgent emails regarding existing orders, and 10-14 day turnaround time on other emails. 7/9: Unfollowed Rep on IG. I'm sick of seeing their cringey stories of folks ecstatic for gear arriving (though READ THE COMMENTS) & you'll see thousands of others just as frustrated as I. Was Rep a decent company? No doubt, though they're now fueled by $ due to the mass influx of pandemic-spawned home-gym builders. All the hype/false hope forced down our throat leading up to the site reopening led to nothing but disappointment. 1st of July should've been when my gear shipped, yet now they've tacked on another 10 days (pushing the bench arriving @ about 30 days from when the order was placed). Good thing I have a "decent" bench in the interim, though all the online hype of the FB-5000 resulted in me missing the boat on what ironically would've been a CHEAPER bench from Rogue. On paper, Rogue's bench was significantly more $, but the FB-5000 + a retail Thompson Fat Pad + Bolts + Shipping EXCEEDED the cost of the Monster bench (which is now OUT OF STOCK). Was hoping to get the Wide Pad from Rep, but it (of course) wasn't available on 6/22 nor has it been available any other day since then... Today was the day (in addition to unfollowing), I've also removed the tabs for my Rep wish-list items & will be taking my business elsewhere... Here's a real review from someone who has actually bought and used many products from Rep Fitness for his home gym. If you live in Denver and have a CrossFit-style home gym in your house, this is the place to go. Rep Fitness also sells stuff on Amazon and online, but the prices are obviously cheaper when you pick up in-store because they don't have to ship (insanely heavy) items to you. So far, we've purchased a (used) Gladiator Olympic-style barbell, bumper plates, two plyo boxes, a wall ball, sandbag, and a power rack (PR-1100) from Rep Fitness, and we've been thrilled with the quality and price of all of them. Just like they are in terms of price, the quality of Rep's products are somewhere between Rogue ($$$) and Titan ($). In my opinion, if you're building a home gym, the quality of products at Rep is more than enough for what you need. If you need commercial equipment that is going to be used day after day, all day by hundreds (or thousands) of people, make sure to pay for their higher end stuff. We've also had great service every time we've been to Rep. Just this past Saturday, we came in to the store to get a power rack, and we found one weight horn accessory (the pipe that holds bumper plates on a rack) in the clearance area, which we knew were supposed to be sold out. We asked if there was any possible way that another horn might be lying around somewhere, and one of the employees dug around back for us to find us another to complete the pair. A weight horn is a completely random item that costs $10, and the team there was happy to dig around for us to try and complete our power rack. He also gave me great advice before we pulled the trigger on a deeply discounted Olympic barbell that wasn't perfect, but was more than good enough for what I'm going to be using it for. The staff here is really knowledgeable, and we have a good time every time we come in. A few people on staff recognize us, and they ask us how our home gym setup is going, and that makes us feel pretty good when we come by. Here are some pro tips before you go to Rep Fitness: - They're closed on Sundays. - Look stuff up on the website before you go. If something is sold out on the website, it's sold out in store. The price on the website is the price in-store. - In the back of the store, there's a clearance area for returned items that are lightly used. For the most part, everything back there is 15% off. You never know what you'll find back there, but you'll usually be tempted to find something you want. - Ask the staff about their opinion of some of the items, and they'll guide you in the right direction. - If you're getting something big, your trip to Rep will take a little while. Stuff is heavy. And the guys and girls at Rep need to find and move your stuff to the loading dock around the back of the store. This can take 5-10 minutes after you check out because the stuff can weigh hundreds of pounds. Try and be understanding. Again, stuff is heavy. - All of the products, racks, and rigs are set up and available to use. Don't be dumb and try and PR your snatch here, but come dressed to try stuff out if you're curious about how it fits for you. We love Rep Fitness, and we feel lucky that it's local to us. The staff here really makes this a good experience, and the store is always showroom-ready. If you live anywhere near Denver, this is great place for all your functional fitness home gym or CrossFit gym needs. read more

I was willing to give Rep Fitness every benefit of the doubt due to Covid, I really was. I accepted the fact that emails were not answered for two weeks. I accepted the fact that fitness equipment is in great demand, and items that I want will take a lot of time and patience to get. So, I ordered as many items that I could, when I could, and opted to pick them up as soon as I could get an appointment, which added a week and a half to an already ridiculous amount of time to get a few basic items for my home gym. The problem I have with this company is the unbelievably horrible customer service. I get it, Rep, you have plenty of orders, with many more to come, and you don't need or want any business from me. You don't have to treat people like complete jerks when they come to your business to pick up items purchased from you, though. Here's the deal- I understand having a procedure for picking up items at your warehouse. The procedure is fine, it makes sense, and it's fair for everyone. Unfortunately, my phone broke ON THE WAY TO YOUR WAREHOUSE! On a Saturday. I didn't have time to get a new phone, because I had enough time to get to your warehouse and that is it. I apologize that my phone was unusable when I arrived at the warehouse, but when I got there, I did what any reasonable person could be expected to do. I grabbed my broken phone for proof, I put on mask, and I stepped two feet into the side door of the warehouse. I waited patiently for someone to acknowledge my presence, I didn't gesture, bother, or speak to anyone, as they all looked busy. When someone finally acknowledged me and came in my direction, his first words were "I need you to step outside." Fine. I stepped outside, trying to tell him why I didn't text as requested as I took the two steps required to get out, and he sternly told me a second time to get outside. He didn't care what I had say, and he was extremely rude for no reason. His only words to me after that were to ask what my last name was and he told me to pull around to the pickup. I pulled around, another guy loaded my items without even looking at me, and then the jerk came over with the last item, dropped it into the back of my pickup, and walked away. Hey Rep- I know these guys are just warehouse workers and they might hate their jobs and maybe they even hate your customers, but if you are going to do business this way, these guys are the face of your company. The entire transaction comes down to the moment when someone like me, who has placed an order, paid, waited patiently for my appointment time, arrives and picks up the items to complete everything. Your warehouse guy ruined the entire process for me, and for that reason, I will never purchase from you again. Like I said before, I realize that you have more business than you can possibly get to, but I can promise you that I will not be getting on your warehouse employees nerves again. Ever. read more

I have the same complaint as others. I ordered an item and before it shipped it went on sale for $35 less. I contacted them to have the sale price applied but I was told no, and that if I read the website it says no discounts... I saw the statement but thought it was worth a shot. However, when the response "read the website" bla bla bla, I decided at that point to never order from them again. I was planning on buying a power rack but chose to go with Titan instead. Spent around 5 grand in gym equipment. Every piece of equipment had defects. Chips in the plates poorly covered up with paint , J Cups they don't fit properly on the rack causing excessive movement when re racking? And ships on the rack itself. As well as did not get any of the incentives promised to us on the website. And have been told multiple times on email that they would be sent they messaged me today asking if I'd rather have Spring clips instead of barbell collars ?!!! What a ripoff. Very poor customer service and equipment is definitely below average They could be a really successful company if they showed more pride in their work and displayed professionalism when dealing with issues customers have. UPDATE: I called in and spoke to Lance and described what I had experienced and my disappointment. He immediately apologized and made sure he quickly sent out the missing parts. I bought a rack from Rep Fitness with a Lat attachment. After continued problems, and multiple cables after trying to return the materials and get $200 back they refused. Management also promised to emails and call back initially it took over a month to get a response. I'm beyond disappointed. Sales team was excellent, but the fact that I asked to return their bad attachment for either a refund or some discount on other equipment they refused. They lost a customer, and I'll be dumping their attachment in the trash, instead of taking it back so they can see if it was a defect. Worst management I've ever dealt with. read more

TLDR: The leadership at this company is not putting any noticeable effort in to providing better purchasing opportunities for out-of-stock items (which is everything; everything is out of stock and has been for 5+ months). I won't put in work/time for a company who cares so little about new customers, regardless of their reputation or quality products. I'm going with Rogue Fitness instead - might cost me 10% more and I'll have to wait a bit, but I'm guaranteed to get the products I want without having to keep track of ETAs and checking their site everyday. If you've decided to go with REP for your fitness equipment, just be prepared to check their ETA page, site and Instagram everyday for months before even having the opportunity to purchase a bench/rack/plates etc. Long version: I've been planning to drop a good chunk of money to equip my garage gym with some high quality gear. After months of research I decided to go with REP Fitness for there high quality/affordable racks, benches, plates, etc. Almost everything worth buying from their site is out of stock; which is sort of understandable due to COVID. However, we've been dealing with COVID in the U.S.A. since March-ish (approx 9 months), and REP still hasn't provided any official in-stock notifications or pre-purchase options. I've been trying to buy a rack and adjustable bench from their site for 5+ months now, and it doesn't seem to matter how early in the day I check, I can't lock any purchases down. I contacted support to see if there was anything I could do to improve my chances of getting one of these products while they were in stock, and the response I received was "Follow us on Instagram". No email or text options, no ideal time to check for in-stock items, no pre-order or reserve options; just Instagram and luck. If you follow their Instagram page you get mostly posts that show off their nice products which is great for marketing, but for every post there are at least 2 comments that say something like "Nice! But when will it be available again...." or "Is this in stock yet??". At the end of the day I don't care if I need to wait for a quality product, but I'm not going to put in work everyday for a small chance of buying a product that I can get elsewhere, especially when the leadership at this company clearly hasn't prioritized getting business from new customers. They must see stock selling out and think they are winning, but many new customers are turning to other options. They obviously have a decent marketing team though, so they'll probably read this: My advice - get your sales people off their bums, and have them start doing some actual work like handling timely mass email/text notifications for.... - When a truck is expected and what's items are expected to be included. - When said truck arrives, "Truck is here! Our site is being updated as it's unloaded!" - When items are available "AB5000 is in, only 10 left, go go go!" ...instead of waiting months for your software development team to make it all automated. I've ordered 5 benches, 1 squat rack, a full Modular Storage System, Belt Squat system, a lat/low row, bar hangers, and multiple accessories from Rep. Speaking to their quality - it's a pretty decent value (cost/quality). It's not as perfect as the stuff that comes from Rogue (I've ordered my fair share there), but it's also not rogue price. And it seems to be better quality than the 2 things I've ordered from Titan Fitness. Is it the absolute best? probably not, but is it a decent to good value - sure. So equipment value - roughly 4 stars with the minor cosmetic issues that came in on the stuff I've ordered thus far. my serious issue is with ordering - its gotta be a negative set of stars. To begin this part: i understand supply issues given everything going on right now. I've factored this into my judgment. They just released a new website - it has a ton of bugs, things dont pop up, it's not user friendly, kicks you out if you click the wrong thing, ect. Again - factoring this is new into my consideration. now: They advertise things like "buy a rack and get 5% off everything in your order" ....sounds great! until you realize they have nothing in stock. No worries - you're okay with ordering it and paying for it now (so you get the sweet discount) and whenever it comes in, they can ship it to you! Nope - cant (or wont) do it. On half the crap that's out of stock they dont even show a price so you dont know what to expect to pay when it comes in. (it appears they now have a "notify me when in stock" option on one item I was hoping to buy today which they didnt have before - I can't testify to everything out of stock) When I spent my first couple thousand dollars with them, I had to order almost everything at separate times and dates due to nothing being in stock; idk what was more frustrating - 1. not receiving the discount because they wouldnt let me place 1 order 2. having to check back on specific dates to see if the items came in when they promised they'd be in - which they didnt so I had to check back a few times/week 3. contacting customer service to let them know about my concerns and them stating "we can't rain check you the discount because it's not all the same order, we cant override and place the order all at once; you have to check back every few days to see if it came back in stock" because the product eta doesnt/didnt include missing items - like if a 2.5lb weight was missing from a set of 2.5-45lbs, it wasnt on the product eta because they had the other items in the set in stock. 4. their modular storage set has not been live on the site since roughly June when I first tried to order it - then in august or september I figured out I could piece everything together on their accessories page (so they had everything needed for it in stock) and i ordered it - why didn't they have it live on the page as 1 complete set? NOW, on their new site - they dont even have a landing page for the MSS, but apparently they have all the accessories in stock, you cant search for them combined - you have to hunt and peck for each individual item. I priced out what I'd like to buy from them next - go figure in the 5-75lb dumbbell set, they're missing a set of dumbbells (in the 55-75 range) so they wont sell the 5-75lb set. This means I'd need to buy it separately as a 5-50lb set and a 55-75lb set. Buying them separately increases the cost, and not being able to buy the whole thing with the rack loses the discount. Do you think they offered to help me figure it out or rain check the discount or to override and place the order? NOPE. Here I am yet again trying to buy another rack, another MSS, and a nearly $2000 dumbbell set - and they're absolutely useless and not helpful as a customer service department. I'm sick of it and I'm hoping someone with common sense in their company reads this and addresses these problems. I've been trying to give them the benefit of the doubt since June or so, but this seems to be the last straw - a company with crappy customer service isnt a company I can support. read more

I would for sure recommend this company/team for all your home gym needs! Not only is it a great "one stop shop" for well-priced & well-constructed equipment. The team members you will deal with are "off the charts 5-star material!" There was some confusion on getting one of my products delivered (UPS issue, not REP) & REP Fitness stepped in to make sure my issue was resolved & I was not inconvenienced for UPS' error. Out of everything I've bought there, the only thing that works well is the flex timer clock. That's because it's not made by Rep. Fitness. Their plates are out of balance and bend easily. Their boxes are junk and the plywood delaminates quickly. Even the stall mats are terrible. They've shrunk a full 3/4" in width and length. They don't stand behind their products and when you go in the store they treat you like they know everything and you know nothing. I've spent over $6000 at Rogue and their products get used every day and still function like new. The $1000 I spent at Rep was a waste of money. Thought it would be ok because I live down the street and was able to pick up and save shipping. I'll pay shipping for Rogue all day long. If you plan on actually working out with your gear, DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM Rep Fitness. read more

At this point in time I would give REP zero stars let me explain. First off I realize that right now is a hard time for everyone when it comes to shipping and delivering products. With that being said the simple lack of customer service is unacceptable. The only reason I will still wait on this equipment is due to thier lat pull down assembly and that is it. I pre-ordered on April 27th with an expected ship date of 10-21 june. No big deal I'll wait, however the lat pulldown assembly was not available at the time for the PR-5000 racks again no big deal I can wait. Back track a little it did take them 5 days and three emails to get back to me on the military discount code. Ok now fast forward to June 1st the lat pulldown becomes available I purchase it. June 5th I get an email saying that all my equipment for the preorder has arrived and should expect shipping in 7-10 days and NO other orders will ship before the preorders. June 13th comes around and I receive a shipment notification for the lat pulldown well obviously they are shipping orders before the preorders but oh well I'll have everything soon. June 17th get another email my order is ready to ship between the 17th and 24th. Ok well that email I got on the 5th was wrong but again no big deal I'll be patient (oh by the way the lat pulldown assembly is now in my garage on a pallet. June 24th no further info or shipment notifications and now start my daily emails to Rep to inquire on my status. July 1st today 8 emails later and not a single response. If I didnt have a lat pulldown assembly in my garage I would cancel this order. Listen as stated these are hard time however a simple update is absolutely necessary. When I first found out about this place I was stoked and they quickly responded to E-mails during the COVID 19 quarantine. Then they stopped answering Emails. I went to their website everyday since end of April to see when they would have stuff back in stock. Then they had this waiting room thing today (6-22-20) when they reopened their website for sales. Absolutely terrible way they did it. I understand they only have so much stock and some people (like me) aren't going to be able to get anything, but what a mess they made. No thanks. UPDATE: Bar is already bent less than 11 months old that has never had more than 160lbs on it and is only used twice a week. I cringed when I noticed the bar permanently bowed as I knew from prior experience that dealing with their customer service is always a time suck and a nightmare .................................... What a joke of a company! If you call them during business hours no one will ever answer. I drove over an hour to pick up some equipment I purchased online and they were closed when their posted hours say open till 4pm. Their equipment is just like all other Cheap welded China steel that you can purchase through many similar companies. A fellow gym owner warned me about them and their terrible customer service, I should have listened to him. I recommend you spend the money for quality and unmatchable customer service at Rogue or Torque. if you want the same cheaper quality equipment then choose Simpson Fitness Supply, Fringe Sport, or GetRxd for much better customer service and support. read more
