They had a two technician team come, and I wasn't home, I gave them the door code and they came on time, spent 4-5 hours deep cleaning the house and locked up when they completed! Valerie was the manager I communicated with and she was awesome! She communicated very well, was quick to reply in text message and even called me for a follow up to see if I was happy with their service! After inquiring with numerous cleaning businesses on Yelp, I noticed how responsive and professional Henry, from Maria's Cleaning, was and quickly received a quote from them of $280 for a whole house deep cleaning. For reference, the house is roughly 1,000 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Fast forward to the day of the house cleaning, Gala, our cleaner, was scheduled to arrive at 1:30PM. However, 1:30 came and went but no one showed up. We waited 5-10 minutes before I reached out and asked if anything was wrong. In fairness, Henry responded quickly and said there was an "unforeseen delay" and that she would be over in 5-10 minutes. Well, 10 minutes passed and still no one. Gala didn't arrive until shortly after 2:30PM, almost an hour after the scheduled time. Gala arrived and we helped her with her many cleaning supplies/equipment into the house, and she got right to work. She started with the bedrooms, and worked her way towards the front of the house. One slight problem was that Gala doesn't speak the best English and when my Mom asked her to focus on certain parts of the house, we weren't quite sure she understood us. However, she forged through and methodically went through the house. Gala probably didn't finish until close to 10PM, however, after she left we noticed a lot of missed areas, dusty corners/ceilings/walls, and some areas completely untouched. Honestly, we were surprised only one cleaner was sent as it felt more like a 2+ person job and as Maria's Cleaning wasn't the cheapest quote I received, I did have higher expectations for their services with a fee close to $300. Sadly, we were disappointed with the tardiness and overall with their cleaning services.

I reached out through Yelp and Vina (the Owner) responded same-day and quite quickly I booked our first cleaning for the following week. The plan was to have an initial cleaning and if all went well, we'd continue to have monthly cleanings. On day of cleaning, Vina arrived right on time and did a walk through to assess the level of cleaning needed for the first time, set expectations, and discuss pricing and scheduling. Vina's very professional and everything discussed sounded reasonable. Vina determined a deep cleaning would be necessary for the 1st time and the additional cleaning of the inside of the stove was quoted as well. Vina left and the two cleaners came in with all their supplies and got to work right away. Around 3 hours later, the cleaners were all done and our 2-story approx 1,800sqft house was immaculate and smelling fresh and clean. I text Vina to arrange payment which we agreed to complete via Zelle. Then, we set up a plan for Vina to text me at the beginning of each month to schedule the month's cleaning. April 1st Vina text me and we scheduled April's cleaning for the following week with a tentative timeframe. Day before, Vina text me to confirm the exact time. Day of cleaning, the same 2 cleaners came a few minutes after the scheduled time and same as before brought their supplies in and got right to work. Two hours later, they were done and the house was just as clean as the 1st time. My husband and I have both been very pleased with Home Cleaning Home service and are so glad we found them! Pricing for our size home (2-story, 3 bed, 3 bath, 1,800sqft) is $250/month and although it's significantly more expensive than a friend pays for her house cleaning, we feel it's worth it and that cleaners deserve to be paid a living wage so we're happy. I'd recommend Home Cleaning Home to anyone in the Sacramento area looking for cleaners for one-time or consistently.

Our floors had just been demo's except for some rooms that had dust from removing popcorn debris. The floors with the popcorn debris were incredibly dusty after the water dried up after the left. It was clear the just moved a mop around but didn't try to actually get the dirt off the floor. We asked them to scrub the walls to get the dirt and grime off and the walls looked like they had zero elbow grease put into them. Again, just like they had barely put some product onto the wall but didn't actually scrub anything off the wall. Would not recommend this service, as they finished a 1700 sq foot house in 2 hours.

Preface: Slavik, the owner of RSR, i.e., Roseville Shoe Repair replaced the main zipper for the Gianni Versace tote bag, re-sewed/reinforced the exterior seams, reinforced the interior silk compartment's lining seams, and replaced the interior tote's compartment zipper. In addition, Slavik replaced the black tote's warped, old zipper--replaced tote with a new zipper and sewed via attaching two new black leather tote handles due to the original handles were literally disintegrating. FYI and BTW: What are the reasons the inability throwing or recycling either tote bag away? Why waste money, energy, and time repairing two "worthless" tote bags, eh, Shirley? WELP . . . Because the Lancôme black tote bag was the tote bag my Mom gave me along with the largest Lancôme skin care and make-up collection in production for my birthday present seven years before she passed away, i.e., the black tote bag possesses tremendously endearing, sentimental value. They've worked on my 2017 Ford Transit Connect, 2014 Mercedes GL63, and 2014 BMW X5. They replaced a driver-side CV axle, did oil changes, replaced brake pads and rotors, diagnosed and fixed an A/C and heater blower issue, repaired a trunk/liftgate problem, and also replaced a valve cover and gasket and battery. What stood out to me most was how knowledgeable, honest, and fair Samson and his team were throughout the process. The staff are friendly, the front desk is welcoming, and the customer service has been great. It's hard to find a shop that does quality work at reasonable prices, but 916 Auto Repair has done that for me. Definitely recommended.

My AC Drier was cracked and inoperable since last year. In this region of the Sacramento Valley and Placer County, 916 Auto quote beat 5 shops I contacted in the region and 1 shop even told me it's not worth it and I should get a new car. Bet if my car was a 69 Camaro, they'd do it. Why? Cause its a Classic Camaro. No matter the condition. Some shops don't want to work on Imports. But oh well. Their loss, not mine. I contacted 916 Auto and spoke to Samson to schedule an appointment and he said to come by that very same day. And so I drove from Roseville to Gold River that morning. Samson is honest & to the point. When he pulled my car in, he noticed a coolant leak. Now I didn't notice any leaks in my driveway, as it would seem the Coolant is evaporating or dissipating, but he notice it was getting on my Alternator, by the stains. It turns out, my OEM water pump (factory part since 2003 for this model year in 2004) finally gave out at 262K miles. Who'd ever think a Mazda/Ford part would last this long. This was an unexpected thought as I only had budgeted for the quote. So I called my CFO (Wife) and let her know of the issue. She said get it fixed and she'll adjust other expenses as she knows I need AC for the upcoming summer temps. So I authorized Samson to proceed with the entire job. Now I can't couldn't do any price comparison, but he did give me a discount which still fit in my overall budget. I spent my whole day in their lobby. They have updated their lobby to make it feel more comfortable and less Auto Shop feel. I notice the many people who drop by to have their car service are all happy and are returning customers. From a Dealership oil drain plug that was torqued too tight, to oil changes, brakes, and even a customer who was a bit upset where the Dealership sent the wrong part twice. The Dealership. I spoke to many of them and they all had the same answer when I ask. "What made you come here?" They replied, "Their price can't be beat!". In summary, my AC is now working as it should. Now I only used my AC for 2 whole days It gets cold and it has been awhile since I have felt cold in my aging car of 22 years. With my new water pump installed as well, my car is running smoother overall. Smoother shifts, heater gets warm fast. Almost, now almost like it was in 2004. So, Did I find a new shop for my Project Commuter Car? Yes I sure did. They have gotten a new customer. Up next is my Transmission Gasket & plug. One thing at a time! After they cleaned the panels, I noticed a lower SMUD bill the next month and in the subsequent months and even to this day. They also send before and after pictures which show just how filthy the panels can get. They also cleaned our gutters this time which I didn't realize had a ton of gunk in them. Our home is two-story ~ 4k sq foot. We have about 12 panels and it was ~$200 to clean them plus another $360 to clean the gutters.
