Don't waste your time with these ripoff artists!! They quoted me $399 to come out and replace 1 burner on my Pitboss combo grill smoker!! This would at most take 1hr to maybe 1.5 hrs!!! I already have the parts Pitboss sent me. They provide nothing but a little bit of labor. Granted, I'm not very mechanically inclined and was willing to pay $150 or so for the quick house call but come on $399.....!!!!! read more

We had RenuGrill come out to clean our BBQ and they did a fantastic job! Our grill was starting to collect a lot of burnt food particles and the grates were starting to get pretty coated in residue over the last 5 years of use. They came out with two technicians and meticulously took apart the grill and scoured every single part before putting it all back together again. My grill looks almost as clean as the day it was installed! We will definitely book with RenuGrill again when we have grill needs in the future. read more

They did a professional job. My BBQ Grill is currently 6 years old but now it's renewal again. The burners are back normal flame again. It was worth to have them to come here to do work on my BBQ grill. read more

I had the team come out to clean up my 2 heavily used Treager Smokers. They start by taking the grills through a diagnostic check my first grill checked out and they did an amazing job. The second grill had a number of errors come up (hand not used it in about a year) quoted a fix before anything was done and we landed on letting it go. There was no pressure to do the fix which was going to be around $700 and recommended saving the money for a new grill. These guys were amazing and will be using them for all my grill and out door kitchen cleaning needs. read more

They did a great job, both repairing clogged plate heating elements, and renewing the spark gaps across all points. They also cleaned up the side burner as well. Besides making it more safe identifying that the heating element pipes were clogged but were also in the wrong place both for the start spark elements and the natural gas port. This fixed a previous dangerous situation. Overall, great experience, professional as well. The scheduler also help shift things around as needed quickly and efficiently. Overall great service and professional work. read more

I had concerns that my Bull Gas Grill burners where not functioning properly. It turns out they were function properly. The technician unclogged one of my burners and cleaned them. He also lubricated the burner knobs. Excellent service. I was given some tips for care and maintenance of my grill. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided great practical advice. I highly recommend this service. read more

Renu did an amazing job cleaning our Lynx. We thought some parts needed to be replaced, but with the thorough cleaning by Renu we discovered everything was in perfect shape-it just had been really dirty! Renu saved us a lot of time and money and we will schedule with them again. read more

First I want to say I highly recommend Renu!! Jimmy and Christine did with my grill what I thought wasn't possible. A fire had started in it and I had to use a fire extinguisher to put it out so it was covered in powder inside and out. As you can see from the pictures this thing back to perfection. Originally they quoted me one price but when they got here and saw it wasn't as bad as they expected they knocked off $100!! They were so honest about it not needing replacement parts, that's the kind of service you want people!! Trust me, go with Renu!! read more

The tech and Amber, the scheduler were both great and kept me up to date on the repair since I couldn't be home while they were there for the repairs. They even sent pictures and videos. The grill works perfectly now and they will be coming back to fix my thermostat on top of the grill once I have ordered it because it could not be repaired . They said it will be no charge as long as it is within 6 months. That is quite a guarantee! Thank you. read more

My grill looks beautiful!! They did a great job!! It was looking pretty gross and now my grill looks brand new!

Sparkle came out today, and hooked up my old crusty Bull Grill! Replaced a couple of parts, and made everything look and work like new again! Promptly showed up when they said they would, & immediately got to work after explaining what they were going to do (as well as what it would cost). Professional, courteous, and observing current PPE protocols Thank You! read more

I applaud RenuGrill for being honest and responsive in resolving an issue with my grill. During the initial cleaning the crew forgot to bring a new ignition. The scheduler got back to me quickly, apologized and went above and beyond to not only replace the ignition but the electrodes as well. Since my Ducane isn't made anymore they had to do extra research to even find the parts. Renu is also good in letting you know who's coming out and what time. Both crews were right on schedule. Good job Renu! read more

What a great experience! I was blown away with the services of RenuGrill! Their full service package was amazing and well worth it! The team arrived on time and quickly got to work on their inspection and cleaning, and found a few parts that needed to be replaced. They were able to replace the broken parts and spent the majority of the time bringing my grill back to life. The time and care made for an awesome result! I could not be happier with their service! Super friendly and personable team! I would highly recommend! read more

I've dealt with some other companies to fix inside appliances in the past and had some very poor experiences. So far my experience with RenuGrill has been excellent. The tech, Jimmy, made his first visit today. Fixed a few things already and worked with me to order the necessary parts to fix the rest on his next visit. Tech was extremely professional and knowledgeable. So far I highly recommend this company. read more

Very professional, on time, fair price, and a very clean BBQ when they finished. I would highly recommend.

On time, super friendly, and did great work. Very professional and clean. Grill looks great now!!

Thanks for the great job you guys did to help get our fire pit fixed. It's been a long journey because of the manufacturer who was not standing by their product. But you hung in and picked up the slack for them. You even paid for the parts. That was unexpected but you did it anyway. Sparkle Grill went above and beyond for us. It is much appreciated. We are now enjoying our fire pit for the first time in a long time. read more

First, this company and their technicians do excellent work and I strongly recommend them and will use them again. I didn't give them 5 stars because of their business practices. I ask if they took MasterCard and the technician said yes but there would be a 3% convenience fee. Ah come on . . . there should be no convenience fee - that is the cost of doing business in the U.S. (Yes, government agencies charge convenience fees but they do so because of law) I then ask the price for their work and they gave me the price and I wrote check #1. During the cleaning the technician told me I needed a new igniter but that he did not have it with him and he would have to come back later to install the igniter. I gave him check #1 and he told me I would have to pay for the igniter now. I asked him why I had to pay for something that he was unable to provide to me and he told me it was his company's "policy." I ask the price of the igniter and wrote check #2 (for the cleaning and the igniter). I told the technician that I did not have to be home for the igniter installation and he asked me who was going to pay for the installation! I assumed the price of the igniter included installation - but apparently it did not - I now wrote check #3. Suggestions for Sparkle Grill: 1. Drop the convenience "fee." A convenience fee is "old style" business and a turn off for the customer. You will get more customers by accepting credit cards without a convenience fee. 2. Don't charge the customer for parts you don't have and can't install at that moment. Plumbers, electricians and other trades don't charge until they have the part and have installed the part. Include the installation fee with the total price of the part. In reading other reviews Sparkle business practices are not always clear to the customers. read more

Great service!! The guys showed up on time and proceeded to turn my 10 year old Traeger grill into a new grill. I had the grill serviced in preparation for the sale of my home and I definitely plan to use their services in the new house. Very professional and fair pricing. No more ugly grills for me. Thanks for the great service Sparkle Grill. read more

They did a great job cleaning my grill. They spent about 4hrs doing a detailed "refresh" of the grill. Unfortunately, my radiant tray needs to be replaced, so I'm waiting for the replacements to come in before I can use the grill. Otherwise, I was happy with the service. read more

I moved into a new house, the island BBQ/grill was a disaster. They're pricey, about $400 for basic refurbishing but I was sold on the before and after photos. My grill kind of worked, only one burner's ignition was operative, but it was filthy. They said they could bring it back to brand new, I received an appointment in about three weeks. I'm sure this is the busy time of year for them so I wasn't bothered by that. I was given an hour window and they were there on time. A crew of two disassembled it and went to work power washing the whole thing. I was told they would fix the ignition and needed to replace the ceramic briquettes, an additional $80. I told them to go ahead. After about two hours the grill looked great. Maybe 80% brand new. They cleaned up the area around it, sink and such, I was quite happy. Only the original working burner ignited but it was still wet so I figured it would be fine when it dried. It wasn't. Island grills are generally a pain in the ass to light manually. I expected it to work, and it doesn't. It looks great, hence at least two stars, but I'm really disappointed the igniters don't work. At nearly $500, I would expect everything to be at least functional. read more

These guys are top notch. I have a grill that I inherited when I bought the house. Its almost 20 years old, and I've cleaned it myself several times - and it is always an absolute nightmare, taking the better part of the day. Recently my grill stopped producing enough heat to grill. So, I cleaned it again. Drilled out all of the burner holes, etc.. No dice. Sparkle Grill came out and correctly diagnosed the issue (bad regulator) replaced it and fixed ALL of my twist starters and my rotisserie regulator. Now it gets so hot, I swear I could cremate a body in there! :) Since I had just cleaned the grill I declined to have them do it now. I know they will do a stellar job, but I want to get at least some mileage out of my hard work, right? Anyway, based on the quality of their work, great communication, excellent results I almost can't wait to get my grill cleaned next time. I saw other reviewers talking about the $400 cost to clean the grill. Well, my grill costs almost $4000 to replace it with similar quality, so that is definitely a super price to get my grill in near new condition. read more

The two-person team spent close to 4 hours cleaning our built-in 20-year old grill that has never been professionally cleaned. They were very thorough and cleaned up the entire area around the grill after they were done. The grill looks like new. I got clear explanations on needed repairs. Scheduling was easy, too. read more

This crew of guys took my grill apart, carefully inspected it, recommended repairs that I knew were needed, none that surprised me, then cleaned it, repaired it perfectly. I'm an old Machinist. The guy doing the repairs was every bit of the perfectionist as I would have been if I did it myself. My wife saw it finished and said it looks brand new. Terrific job! read more

Our Lynx gas grill caught fire, was totally destroyed, and Lynx made it incredibly hard to have our replacement parts covered under their warranty. We tried to call them several times and decided to just give up. I found Sparkle Grill Sacramento on Google and immediately gave them a call. Jimmy and Tung came out to do a free check up, which was really kind of them as it was pouring rain the whole day. The guys went above and beyond to help us. Jimmy contacted their office and somehow managed to get Lynx on the line. Just when I thought it could not get any better, they got Lynx to send us the replacement parts!!! That alone saved us $300-$400. They came back after a week and put the grill back together, cleaned it up, and it works better now than when I first got it! Their rate was extremely reasonable, consider the amount of time and work they put in. Jimmy and Tung were very friendly and hard-workers. I highly recommend these guys for bbq repair or cleaning. read more

RenuGrill - Like new condition again! Happy customer! - Appliances & Repair Near Me - Fair Oaks, California

My one star is not for the service I received but for the company itself. I had a $25 coupon (from a local trade magazine). My charge for the cleaning service was $299 so I gave the service technician a check for $274 and the coupon and he left. He came back to tell me the coupon was only for the comprehensive cleaning. So I gave him a check for $299. Apparently I received an express cleaning not a comprehensive cleaning. Two people were here for three hours and that's considered an express cleaning? If you see their coupon and want to apply it to your service get clarification up front. Not good business practice for getting a recommendation. read more

Outstanding! Sparkle came this morning and it took a crew of two about 4 hrs., but the end result is amazing!! Our 5-6 year old Weber propane grill had never really been cleaned, and we grill a LOT. The outside looks positively new, and Sparkle was able to get the inside of the hood to where it looks like it's maybe been used a few times. The grates look practically new - I can rub my hand across them and it stays completely clean. Will absolutely, positively do this again (and won't wait another 5 years, either). I apologize to Sparkle that I am an idiot & didn't think to snap a before pic so I could post a comparison / example of their great work. read more

I have an 10-12 year old 5 burner stainless steel BBQ that gets heavy use. I "clean" it every spring but this year the accumulated grime, ceramic briquette holders were rusted out, ignitors stopped working last summer, and this no gas flow at all crossed the line. Called sparkle, set an appointment with no problem. David showed up with a partner and dove in. Cleaned, scrubbed, polished, everything in the grill inside and out. Repaired regulator, ordered new ceramic briquettes, ignitors ignite, cleaned the area. I now have a virtually new BBQ ready for more years of cooking for way less than replacing the grill. Am very pleased and would highly recommend them. read more

I could not be happier with Sparkle Grill! We installed an outdoor kitchenette/BBQ a few years ago and recently decided to cover it. 3 years of normal wear and tear from use (and the elements) and our coyote grill was in need of some TLC. Sparkle Customer Service was great as I received same day response and was able to schedule an appointment immediately. Everything was done via text and email which made things easy. On the day of the appointment, I received a courtesy text and automated phone call 30 mins prior to their arrival and I was pleased to say that when the technicians arrived they paid great attention to detail, conducted the deep cleaning and left the area in better shape than before. Will definitely use them again!!! read more

Excellent service and customer service. Grill looks great and is working perfectly. Your company is great thanks for everything.

I had my grill cleaned today, the two technicians that came to clean the grill, fixed the issues that I was having with the grill before they started to clean. When they left almost 5 hours later my grill was the cleanest it has been in years, all the burners work great and the grill will last many more years to come. I had considered replacing it, but couldn't find one that I liked. With Father's Day around the corner would highly recommend giving your Dad this great service. read more

I looked on Yelp before contacting this company. When I called them they returned my call immediately which was very nice. We set up an appointment and yesterday the technician came out to fix our BARBQ which was not lighting. The fellow named Jimmy told us what was wrong and then got the parts and fixed it beautifully. He was very professional and knew exactly what was wrong with our high-end built-in BBQ. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with a problem or just a check-up before the season begins. read more

I was very impressed with this company from start to finish. I emailed for a quote and received a prompt response from Mai and set up a comprehensive cleaning appointment. The technician showed up early (sorry I can't remember his name now) and explained the other tech called in sick so he would be doing the job himself. He ended up far exceeding my expectations. As far as I know, our roughly 7-year old built-in Fire Magic grill had never been cleaned. It has seen consistent heavy use and was in pretty rough shape. He went over everything with me, even showing me a few different features I wasn't aware of, and got to work on the cleaning. He finished about an hour sooner than he estimated and I couldn't be happier with the result. My grill literally looks almost brand new. He even got the back burner cover to a mirror shine. He didn't try to upsell me on anything, and was extremely friendly and courteous. He even polished up the other stainless steel appliances out there for me. I would highly recommend! read more

I want to tell everyone how wonderful sparkle grill is! The technician was awesome! He came and diagnosed my grill he was honest. I was expecting to have to buy 3 new tubes for my grill. He told me to wait until they are cracked to replace them they were just a little clogged. I should get a couple more years out of them. Thank you for your honesty. I will for sure use them for any bbq needs! read more
