i rented a dumpy little hole in the wall apartment from them for 6 years - paid a $750 deposit,…read morefigured i'd never see it again after i moved in, and certainly still felt like that after 6 years - who gets part of their deposit back after 6 years?? i moved out a month ago and just got a check for $510 from them. over the last month ive been reading all these bad reviews on google and yelp and figured they'd nickel and dime me to death afterwards, but no, they didn't. i paid my rent on time every month and didn't destroy anything. i cleaned the heck out of the apartment when i moved out. sure, their maintenance department is a little slow and needs lots of reminders, but hey, no one is perfect. a ticked off person is 10 times more likely to leave a review than a happy person, so take that into consideration when you read all these bad reviews. i'd rent from them again.

They answer questions and provide good information needed. When Weldon arrived to the house, he arrived just as scheduled. She rescinded that, because the other tenents were using oils and things to keep these pest at bay. The extermination lasted for four months. She informed me that I would have to pay for all four apartments fumigation, which came to $4000.00. during the month September she brought over a washer and dryer that I could use. Then in December of last she did an inspection. The paperwork didn't say that all tenents had to be there. My husband and I were coming back,and had leave to go get his med. She took it like we were snobbing her. I week later received a no cause eviction. Two weeks later she set up meeting day. I explained that I was not snobbing her. I told that I had all the rent and part of the extermination bill. She told me to hang on to it till she spoke with her attorney. A week later she said, that the eviction still stood. I was given a court date for February 3. I was admitted to the hospital on January 29, and released February 4. That same day I had her do a welfare check on my husband who was found to have passed away. She didn't care. I finally got some help to get my stuff out of the apartment. Karen still thought I was going to hang around,and clean the apartment. Karen then told our mutual friend that she had bent over backwards for me, one by buying me a new washer and dryer. It wasn't new, she paid $275.00. Then she told her that I wasn't paying my rent. If anyone who rents this apartment beware she will not tell you about the bed bugs. I advise you to look up the secrecy law. The landlord doesn't have to tell a perspective renter that the apartment was fumigated for them, and then if you in counter them you will responsible for the the fumigation of all four apartments. Don't Rent from Three Rivers.
