This practice is so common that we have gotten used to it. But not Rogue Property Management. When we had to move out of their office space, they took the time to thank us for being exceptional renters and gave us back our full deposit. I like when a company has morals and good work ethic. If you rent the house on Denn, please for the love of gawd treat it frequently for rodents and…read moreroaches. It had a previous infestation and still smells from time to time. Honestly it's not worth what they're asking, but you have to decide that for yourself.... The fence is falling over, the back deck is falling over, the foundation is failed allowing both rodents and other pests inside. They often die under the house and smell for months. The neighbors are super sweet. The ones directly across don't talk to anyone. The old man is a horder and is full of rats etc. The dogs a couple places over yap and yap constantly. There is a wild cat colony that poop all over the front yard. I started replacing the bark with rock myself to stop what i could. They just started going on the grass. The washer was full of mold and they didn't care. The dryer has exposed live wires and again they don't care. I bought (and took) my own because of the danger. According to their post they may have disposed of them. But I had to sign an amendment to my lease that I would store them (what ended up being 5 years) Because of the previous infestation, the wiring is wonky and probably needs to be replaced throughout the house. The lights flicker when you turn the volume up and down on the TV. I replaced the dishwasher at my own expense because the old one was full of rust. The 2nd bathroom faucets leak into the bedroom wall and have mold issues. The master bathroom shower doors leak under the flooring. I took them down and used a curtain to prevent more damage. I repainted a lot of the home because it was 37 shades of brown in the living area. It's not perfect because I didn't want to spend a ton. But better than it was. My family experienced a lot of illnesses while living here so please take that into consideration. The air conditioner is new because I had to ask for repairs a total of 5 times. My family went months in 100 plus degree weather with approximately $270 credit equal to about 8 days. The management doesn't give a shit about you as a human. I have proof of everything I've stated. If I could give negative stars, I would. Please do your due diligence before renting from this place. They're an absolute joke.

She rescinded that, because the other tenents were using oils and things to keep these pest at bay. The extermination lasted for four months. She informed me that I would have to pay for all four apartments fumigation, which came to $4000.00. during the month September she brought over a washer and dryer that I could use. Then in December of last she did an inspection. The paperwork didn't say that all tenents had to be there. My husband and I were coming back,and had leave to go get his med. She took it like we were snobbing her. I week later received a no cause eviction. Two weeks later she set up meeting day. I explained that I was not snobbing her. I told that I had all the rent and part of the extermination bill. She told me to hang on to it till she spoke with her attorney. A week later she said, that the eviction still stood. I was given a court date for February 3. I was admitted to the hospital on January 29, and released February 4. That same day I had her do a welfare check on my husband who was found to have passed away. She didn't care. I finally got some help to get my stuff out of the apartment. Karen still thought I was going to hang around,and clean the apartment. Karen then told our mutual friend that she had bent over backwards for me, one by buying me a new washer and dryer. It wasn't new, she paid $275.00. Then she told her that I wasn't paying my rent. If anyone who rents this apartment beware she will not tell you about the bed bugs. I advise you to look up the secrecy law. The landlord doesn't have to tell a perspective renter that the apartment was fumigated for them, and then if you in counter them you will responsible for the the fumigation of all four apartments. Don't Rent from Three Rivers.
