We had already had some holes dug and when she asked me what size bit i needed I didn't remember off the top of my head- her response to me was "it sounds like you need to hand the phone to someone else who knows what they're talking about". The machine we had originally been using needed repairs and so I asked "do you do repairs on machines like this" her response was "why would we touch other peoples machines when we have our own?" Apparently they don't feel the need to be pleasant, so don't need business very badly. There's multiple other places in town that do rentals, I think we'll avoid this one, you should too.
