So when they went by our house, the first time they didn't have a phone number to call to even understand that it was the wrong address that she put in. I so wish I could get a hold of the owner of the company because their receptionist is absolutely horrible. It's unfortunate because they might have great services, but you can't even get their services because their receptionist is such a poor communicator, I'd fire her in a heartbeat if my company was being run like that. I told her I couldn't believe that she was trying to put a wrong address on me as if I made one up and she said that we will not be able to service your home. Also, the first time they didn't have any of the right information. the second time they canceled was because they were having car troubles.
