Horrible this one guy was very disrespectful towards my mom, because earlier that day we had gotten…read morea tractor. We got home and we had left to go back for something. We had someone who tried to start the tractor while on our way back and we got a call that the tractor wasn't working so when we got back there, we told this one guy that it wasn't working. He proceeded to act like my mom was stupid and didn't know what she was talking about, while asking for a ball we got a call that the tractor was working, we told him that it had worked again, THEN PROCCEDED TO START MAKING SNID COMMENTS ABOUT THEM. Then when they were loading the ball on HE GOES FULL SPEED ALMOST TO THE BACK END OF THE TRAILER. I was in the car with my siblings, the whole car shaked, doors closed because how fast he was going, then he slammed things down. I don't care how mad you are you are in a business that you should represent it with kindness and patience. Absolutely rude, and unprofessional, and you additionally endangered kids in the car with your immaturity.

I called and asked the temperature of their climate controlled storage. The employee told me "65…read moredegrees during summer and 75 degrees during winter". That is clearly the opposite of what anyone would do. They obviously would not pursue the cost-maximizing approach. Also, why the ten degree differential? It would obviously be cheaper to maintain, say, 70 degrees all year long than 75 during winter and 65 during summer. I like to torture myself apparently, so I pushed back. She angrily insisted that she knows what she's talking about, despite the fact that she obviously does not. I've sworn this place off a few times in the last 40 years. I guess I'm an optimist, because I keep thinking, well maybe they have finally fixed this place. But my optimism is always completely misplaced. It only gets worse here, never better.
