This company is a disgrace. They deserve 0 stars. The owner and staff are nothing more than thieves preying on people who booked their services and left them deposits in good faith. I had ordered and paid for a custom back drop last year but my daughters event was cancelled due to covid. I called them 2 months ago to tell them I needed the backdrop for May 1st 2021. At that time I was informed they were no longer making custom back drops. Of course I then asked to be refunded. I was then told that might make an exception and make the one I ordered or issue a refund. Two months and more that 15 phone calls later( that all went unreturned by Joanna) I have been informed that I will not be receiving what I ordered nor will I be receiving my money back. I was scheduled to pick up the backdrop in 2 days ! Of course they cannot refuse to deliver my order and keep my money so I will be going to small claims court. I know people may think about using this company to celebrate their important events DONT DO IT they are not reputable they will steal your money. The only positive thing I can say Is they have 1 honest employee, Tiffany, who I truly believe felt worse than I did. I would hire her in a minute . Stay away , see you in court read more

They are very nice when you sign up for services. They confirm delivery dates (7/23/17) and times with no problem and they accept payment with no issues. However Day of the event is a different story. In my case they arrived 1.5 hours late causing major concern and disruption during setup. After the event I called several times to speak with someone to complain and the run around began. I was told someone would return my call. Never happened. After now almost a month and at least 10 calls, still no response. I am still waiting to hear from Ellie in billing, Jackie in billing, and Viola the manager. I would not recommend using them. Really unfortunate experinece... ordered flower wall, throne, and draping for bridal shower. They dropped the decorations off at the venue the night before and when we arrived there in the AM nothing was set up!! Imagine the 4 bridesmaids scrambling together, watching YouTube videos on how to assemble a flower wall, trying to call the company (but couldnt get in touch with anyone because the event was on a Sunday 30 min before guests arrived!! The equipment itself was extremely.heavy so we actually had to call one of the bridesmaids boyfriends to come help us. Guests started to arrive and it still wasnt set up which was embarrassing. We paid a pretty penny.for these decorations INCLUDING set up!! When I finally did contact the company on Monday they told me a manager would call me back which they never did. I called multiple times to speak to someone about what happened but was never able to talk to.this alleged manager. These people are frauds and just care about the money. Rented a flower wall backdrop, as well as draping backdrop for a baby shower. Thankfully, the delivery came on time; however, between the time I placed the order and the time the items showed up to the event place I was never told that we would have to pick up our own zip ties to secure the flower wall to the frame. An hour before the baby shower began, we were making store run to home depot for zip ties. Also, some of the curtains on the draping kit were stained. read more

Horrible service . They were 2 hours late with the equipment to the event and late to pick the equipment up . They steal your money !

Delivery/ pick up and flow up is horrible.   I must say I am very disappointed at the customer service I've received and will most likely not using your services nor referring anyone else here.  My baby shower was on may 14th.  The delivery was scheduled at 1pm and pick up at 11pm.  Although the delivery came in a timely manner the chair I purchased was incorrect.  After realizing this at 1:30 when I came to the venue o immediately called.  He (delivery person) vehemently stated that was the correct chair until I urged him to double check.  He then stated there was a mistake and they would arrive just before my event at 5pm.  The chair that was there had scuffs all around it so I was not willing to keep that one.  I became nervous by 4:30 and spoke to your staff as well as you which assured me they would be there by 5.  They came at 6:05pm in the middle of everyone they exchanged the chair.  Which disrupted the event.  At 11:00pm your delivery staff was nowhere to be found and did not give me a courtesy call to let me know they were running late.  It was not until 11:15 I called I was informed they would be there in a half an hr.  They came at 12:15pm.  I had to pay the hall owner an additional 50.00 to keep his establishment open for you to have access to your chair.  I wanted to speak to Will to have that money refunded due to this chain of events not being my fault. He has not returned the several phone calls or messages I left despite telling me he would give me some kind of discount on may 14th.  I am in my third trimester and I don't think it's fair for me to chase you for a mistake I as your customer had nothing to do with.  If I knew your company was the type that once you received my monies you would not care I wouldn't have ordered the chair. Thanks for the lesson.  As I've stated before many people have asked me where I received the chair she to it not being a regular wicker chair.  But I will not be giving a referral or recommendation. read more

If I could give a Negative 0 star, I would!! HORRIBLE SERVICE! Not WORTH $50 delivery fee when coming late bringing items! I order round tables, chairs and cocktail table. My wedding started at 3pm. Remind you, that the confirmation paper says delivery will be drop off at 11am. I didn't have no tables or not enough chairs for my guests! I couldn't even use the cocktail table since they left the damn pole God know where at! Then they were supposed to pick up tables and chairs at midnight but nobody showed up to pick it up! Lol If I was anyone else, I would've just kept those tables to myself and not say sh*t but I have a good heart! Even the owner thought the tables and chairs was picked up! I mean seriously, what type of business is this when they don't realize their stuff isn't picked up! Smh! I will def be disputing this with my bank. I have very much proof that they showed up late as I have cameras around my house and I have my delivery confirmation paper. I SUGGEST DOING BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE! The worst, horrible experience. I ordered tables chairs ,table cloth bubble gum got bright pink ! Not matching my cake or candy table backdrop white / gold sheer with led twinkle lights. For a beautiful backyard engagement party we had for 60 plus ppl. I sent pics to William the owner/ manager of what I wanted for my party. When I got my order they sent me the wrong color pink table cloths , wrong light set up for my backdrop and no gold valance. My delivery came late the night before my event . I then called and emailed FB message rent4 parties early that morning . No one got back to me. I had to call them. They then processed to tell me that my correct items were on the truck and would be delivery by 12p then 2p then 3p then 4p this is all of my calling them back every hour to follow up. Keeping me on hold minutes When I asked to speak with the manger he was to busy to even speak with me. Never once spoke with him on the phone and when I called them back at 5p they told me my delivery was not coming. After I waited all day and had to use table cloths I didn't order , no point of me getting a back drop w/o lights. I'm was going to use them again but not now , never , so unprofessional they didn't want to tell me the truth. One girl said the lights for back drop were broken , the other says they were on the truck coming to me. Never did! Horrible service. And they didn't even want to speak w me about refunded me for their mistake !!!! read more

this company has the worst customer service. do not rent from them. i don't even want to give them a star, but in order to post this i have to. i ordered 9 rectangular tables, 80 white padded chairs, a rocking horse and a rug from them for my son's first birthday party and they were extremely late. when i called several times to inquire about where my delivery was, all of the women i spoke to could not provide me with any information besides they know the delivery guys are on their way. they couldn't give me the driver number or his location. the window time for them to arrive was 3-5pm (party started at 5pm) and the delivery guys didn't come until 6:30pm!! i had guests already at the party when they arrived and had to finish setting up with my guests there. one of the delivery guys finally called me at 5:50pm to tell me they would be there in 15 min and told me not to have an attitude and hung up the phone on me. what do you mean don't have an attitude your late delivering for my kids party and my guest already started to arrive!! then they still came 30 minutes later. this was the worst experience ever and i never plan to use them again. hopefully i can save someone from renting from them and going through what i experienced. read more

This place is a joke! It was always a different price whenever i spoke to somebody either over the phone or in person. The main issue i have with this company, is that they were supposed to pick up the chair and backdrop at 10 p.m. Also, the chair came scratched up and dirty. The scratches on the leather chair were horrendous! Anyway, I didn't receive a call until 11:49 p.m. ALMOST 12 IN THE MORNING, stating that they couldn't pick up the equipment from the hall i had it in. The venue charged me 1 hour to keep the hall open, just so these clowms can come pick it up or i had to take the equipment home with me, which would have been impossible due to the size of the chair and backdrop. So since they couldnt come on time that night, i had to call out of work the following day to wait for them to pick up the rented equipment. This company stated to "make things right", they will credit me the deliver charge of $65, but only as a credit for a next event. After telling Jackie, which i think is the onwers wife or secretary, why the hell will i ever use your company again, she stated it was the policy. Lol! I actually settled to receive the $65 as a refund and not a credit since i wasnt going to ever use it and they still denied the refund. They stated that the credit can be transferable to somebody else for their own event. Lmao!!! Why would i have anyone go through what i went through??? They didnt care. So if you want a headache, go for it. If you want to waist your time after your long event is finished and to miss out of work, then i say go for it! But i will NEVER rent ANYTHING from this place ever again. read more
